Fitness Trainer Lindsay Huelse in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Secret to Weight Loss in Your 30s"
Lindsay Huesle is a fitness trainer, businesswoman, and influencer. She shares a lot of her advice on Instagram. In a recent post, she shared her secrets for losing weight. "As a mom, I know what it's like to juggle everything and still feel like nothing is working… But here's the truth.. That last layer of fat WILL NOT come off until you start working WITH your body (*cough* healing your hormones)… not against it!! Two hormones that can directly impact fat loss are: • cortisol (your stress hormone) • insulin (lowers blood sugar & literally is a fat storage hormone)."
She Takes Supplements
Huelse revealed in her Instagram video's caption that she takes a supplement to help her lose weight and feel better. "Since MAY, I added in a HOLISTIC cortisol/insulin support supplement regimen and for the first time since having my son I ACTUALLY feel incredible. No exhaustion, no skipping workouts, actually toning up and shedding that last layer of fat, sleeping like a rock, libido is on 🔥🔥🔥, the brain fog… GONE 👏🏻 I finally feel like myself again 😭"
She Cooks
Huelse makes sure to eat healthy, and she does so by cooking a lot of her own meals. She shares some of them on her Instagram. In this video, Huelse made a roast. She captioned it, "The easiest recipe 👏🏻Ingredients • 2.5 lb Chuck roast • salt/pepper to taste • 1 bag baby carrots • 2 cans cream of mushroom. What to do ⬇️Put everything in order of ingredients in a Dutch oven. Cover and cook on 250 for 6 hours. Enjoy!"
She Gets Enough Protein
A big part of Huelse's diet is getting enough protein in it. She shared this video on Instagram of herself making protein bites with oats and peanut butter. Huelse captioned it, "🚨SAVE THIS🚨 serving size is 2 balls – makes 16 servings. MACROS: 15g C/9g F/ 6g P. 1 C no stir creamy peanut butter. 1/2 C honey. 1/3 C vanilla protein powder. 2 1/4 C old fashioned rolled oats. 1/4 C mini chocolate chips. 1/2 C mini m and ms. Directions: Add everything to a bowl, combine until protein powder is mixed in, roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Put cookie sheet in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes!"
She Loves Eggs
Huelse shared some of her favorite healthy snacks in this Instagram video. One thing she enjoys is a hard boiled egg. Keck Medicine states that eggs have a lot of benefits. "One large boiled egg has about 77 calories and contains: Vitamins A, B5, B12, D, E, K, B6. Folate. Phosphorus. Selenium. Calcium. Zinc. Six grams of protein. Five grams of healthy fats."
She Loves Avocado
Huelse also revealed in the previous video's caption that she likes to eat her hard boiled eggs with avocado. The Cleveland Clinic states that avocado is a very healthy food. "Avocados are as nutritious as they are delicious, and they're jam-packed with vitamins and nutrients. Avocados include vitamins C, E, K1, B6 and folate, plus essential minerals like potassium and copper. They're low in sugar, loaded with fiber and high in monosaturated fats, aka 'good' fats. Oh, and did we mention that they taste great and they're super versatile?!"
