Here’s how she stays in shape.

Gabriella Elnicki first made waves when she appeared on the most recent season of The Bachelor. She recently took a trip to Majorca, and spent time at the beach. She shared some highlights from her trip on Instagram. In some of them, Elnicki is seen on a paddleboard in the ocean. She captioned the post, "Getting aquatic." How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gabriella Elnicki stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

She Paddleboards

As you can see from her recent post, Elnicki likes to paddleboard to stay in shape. Paddleboarding is a great way to get outside and work on your balance. Having good balance is necessary. The American Heart Association states, "Having good balance is important for many activities we do every day, such as walking and going up and down the stairs. Exercises that improve balance can help prevent falls, a common problem in older adults and stroke patients. They can also benefit those who are obese since weight is not always carried or distributed evenly throughout the body. A loss of balance can occur when standing or moving suddenly. Often we are not fully aware that we may have weak balance until we try balance exercises."

She Swims

Paddleboarding isn't the only water activity Elneiki likes to do. She's also a fan of swimming. Elnecki posts a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. She shared this set of photos of herself at a pool in Miami. Elnicki captioned the post, "Soft smiling through the pain of my hangover."

She Does Pilates

Elnicki is a big fan of Pilates. She shared this video on Instagram of herself at the gym doing Pilates exercises. Pilates has a lot of benefits. Better Health states, "Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles. It improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness."

She Gets Some Sunshine

"It's hard to believe we have already been in Europe for a week! Mallorca was definitely sprinkling Spanish sunshine 😏," she wrote yesterday. Basking in the warm embrace of sunlight goes beyond just lifting our spirits; it offers a myriad of health benefits that are essential for our overall well-being. Sunlight is a natural source of vitamin D, crucial for bone health and immune system function. It also stimulates the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that enhances mood and helps combat stress and depression. Exposure to sunlight can regulate our sleep-wake cycles, promoting better sleep patterns and improved cognitive function. Moreover, sunlight triggers the skin's production of nitric oxide, which can help lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart disease. While we must protect our skin from harmful UV rays, incorporating safe amounts of sunshine into our daily routines can lead to a healthier and happier life.

She Loves the Beach

The beach offers a treasure trove of health benefits that go far beyond its scenic beauty and soothing sounds of crashing waves. The saltwater present in the sea is a natural remedy for numerous skin conditions, aiding in the healing of wounds, reducing inflammation, and improving skin elasticity. Coastal air, rich in negative ions, can boost our body's ability to absorb oxygen, enhancing lung function and respiratory health. Moreover, spending time at the beach promotes physical activity, as walking or jogging on the sandy shore provides an excellent low-impact workout for the muscles and joints. The sound of ocean waves has been shown to induce a state of relaxation, reducing stress and promoting mental well-being. Additionally, exposure to sunlight on the beach facilitates the production of vitamin D, essential for bone health and immune system support. Combining the therapeutic qualities of saltwater, fresh air, physical activity, and sun, the beach becomes a powerful natural remedy for overall health and vitality. So, make time for the beach, and let its healing embrace revitalize your mind, body, and soul.
