As you can see from her recent post, Paris spends a lot of time by the water. Naturally, she likes to swim to stay in shape. Paris shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself going for a dip. She shared this underwater photo of herself in the ocean, captioning it, "Mentally here." The CDC states that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Water-based exercise can help people with arthritis improve the use of their arthritic joints without worsening symptoms. People with rheumatoid arthritis have shown more health improvements after participating in hydrotherapy (exercising in warm water) than with other activities. Water-based exercise can also improve the use of affected joints and decrease pain from osteoarthritis."

She Does Yoga

Paris is a big fan of practicing yoga. She shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself in different poses. Paris also likes to help demonstrate in yoga classes, and shared this photo of herself doing so. She captioned the post, "This morning's yoga class led by the amazing @lifeofamandariley & demonstrated by yours truly 🙃 was such a success! We gathered on the beach to raise money for the @surfrider foundation & raise awareness for our 🌊 🌊 🌊 Honestly can't think of a better way to spend the day!"

She Bikes

Another thing Paris likes to do to stay in shape is going on bike rides. She shared this video of herself biking in scenic Aspen on Instagram. Paris captioned the post, "The sweetest escape. (But in hindsight, biking in boots was not my best idea.)" The Cleveland Clinic states, "Cycling is often recommended as a low-impact and engaging workout for people of all ages. It's an aerobic exercise and helps strengthen your heart, blood vessels and lungs."

She Horseback Rides

Paris loves to ride horses. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself riding on the beach, captioning it, "Taking the scenic route." Paris also posted this photo of herself at a stable, and captioned it, "I've never met a 🐎 I didn't like." The American Heart Association states that riding is something that can lower blood pressure. "One of the benefits of regular exercise is lowered blood pressure; horseback riding is exercise. Lower blood pressure can reduce the risk of heart disease. Plus just being around animals has been shown to do that as well."

She Rides Dirt Bikes

Paris doesn't just like to ride regular bikes. She also enjoys riding dirt bikes. Paris shared these photos on Instagram of herself taking a dirt bike lesson and riding on a course. She captioned the post, "Safe to say, I've never felt more bad ass thanks to @aspendirtbikeschool & it's not just because I like the outfit."
