Claire Hogle is getting into the music in her workout gear. In a new social media post the golf influencer flaunts her amazing figure while riding the course in her golf cart and getting into a song. “This song makes me feel like the last pic hehe,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Cardio

the @NordicTrack airglide elliptical has been the best addition to my workout routine! @iFIT provides so many options to keep my workouts fun and entertaining. led by some of the best trainers in the world, i’m more motivated and positive throughout my workouts! #ad

Claire is a fan of doing cardio. She has a Nordictrack airglide elliptical, calling it the “best addition to my workout routine!” she said in a post. She loves the programming iFit, which “provides so many options to keep my workouts fun and entertaining. led by some of the best trainers in the world, i’m more motivated and positive throughout my workouts!”

2. Hiking

Claire also enjoys getting outside and taking a hike. Here she is hiking in California. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

3. Vegan

Claire has practiced veganism. “it started as a dietary choice for my health but as i learned more, i found that i simply could not support an industry so cruel and environmentally taxing. did you know that 60 billion land animals 🐄 and 90 billion marine animals 🐠 are killed ANNUALLY? (keep in mind that the world population is only 7 billion). or that due to overfishing, it is projected that we will have fishless oceans by the year 2048? or that livestock produces more greenhouse gases than the entire transportation sector (🚗✈️🚂🚢) combined? after seeing how i could thrive on a vegan diet, learning all of these things made the right choice obvious. when you know better, you do better. educating ourselves can change our perspective so much! we all have the opportunity to create the change we wish to see in the world each time we sit down to a meal. you have more power than you think, remember that you vote with your dollar,” she wrote in a post.

4. Hydration

beautiful day on the course staying hydrated with @Seoul Juice 🍐🥰

Hydration is a key part of Hogle’s approach, she revealed in a TikTok. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

5. Golf

Golf is Claire’s main form of fitness. When I fell in love with the game at age 14, I was often the only girl at the course, always wishing I had other ladies to play with,” she wrote on Instagram. “Golf has significantly improved my quality of life, and it is good to see more women and girls playing this fantastic sport. Cheers to all of my female golfers!” A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
