In them, she sat in a river in a multicolored swimsuit. She captioned the post, “All good things.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Bri Teresi stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Golfs

Naturally, golf is the main way Teresi stays in shape. Golf has a lot of health benefits. Better Health states, “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

2. She Takes Chances

Inspirational,Quote,"make,A,Wish,,Take,A,Chance,make,A,Change"Shutterstock

Teresi opened up about her decision to become a golf influencer to The Sun. She says that she wants to make changes and take risks. “Life is crazy, you really never know what opportunities will come. I’m very thankful I said yes to that golf photoshoot a few years ago. I’m a very open-minded person and this has certainly allowed me to expand my business. “

3. She Wants To Inspire Others

Teresi tells The Sun that she wants to inspire other women. “Coming from the modeling world, I’ve always felt empowered with being strong and sexy, so it was easy for me to bring a bit of that energy to the world of golf," she said. "I think female golf influencers have definitely expanded the game for the better. I love that I have encouraged more young women to take up golf and feel empowered."

4. She Bikes

Teresi does a lot of outdoor workouts to keep herself in shape. One thing she likes to do is bike. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself biking. Better Health states that biking has a lot of benefits. “Cycling increases stamina, strength and aerobic fitness. Cycling can be done at very low intensity to begin with, if recovering from injury or illness, but can be built up to a demanding physical workout.”

5. She Fishes

Another outdoor workout Teresi enjoys doing is going fishing. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself fishing. Teresi shared these photos of herself and a friend going fishing, and posing with their catch. How does she stay so fit? Here’s how.

1. This is How She Got Into Golf

“It was kind of an interesting story,” she told WKYC. “I don't come from a big golf family, and that's how most kids get into it because their parents are obsessed with it. And I was actually a competitive gymnast first and had a couple really bad injuries. And so I was looking for a sport that I'd be good at because again—sports was just such a big part of our family dynamic—and they always said, you need to focus in on something that you want to do. And sports was always at the forefront. And so after gymnastics I was like, what could I be good at? We brought my aunt out, she put me through some drills and tennis for a bootcamp of two days and I was like, I can't do this. It's too much running after gymnastics. And my dad was like, let's just go out and hit some golf balls on the range. And I fell in love with it instantly and have never looked back.”

2. She Went Pro But Found a New Career

She “had a really good junior golf career, played in college, and then I played one year professionally. And while I was doing that, I kind of blew up on social media, just kind of happened. And so I was doing both and I really couldn't do both. And so I finally decided I'm going to focus on social media and not play golf professionally anymore, which was now looking back the best decision I could have made,” she told WKYC.

3. She Found Her Passion For Competitive Golf Again

“I played junior golf, college golf and a year professionally. After that stretch I mentally couldn’t handle playing golf and especially keeping score,” she Tweeted this year. “I equated my score to my self worth. I know it sounds silly but competitive golf really beat me up emotionally. But I’ve found that passion again! I’ve started tracking my scores and grinding on my game. I’ll keep you posted here on my journey! This round at Austin CC I shot a 73. Such a fun track!”

4. Here is the Origin of Her Outfits

"I was a gymnast before I switched into golf," she told Sports Illustrated. "I was so comfortable wearing spandex and very little of it because that's just what you wear when you're wearing a leotard and you're competing. "When I switched into golf, we were struggling a little bit financially, and so I didn't have the luxury to go out and buy a whole new golf-appropriate wardrobe. And so, I wore what was in my closet, which was workout clothes. That's just how I learned to play the game."

5. Gymnastics vs. Golf

ShutterstockShutterstock

Spiranac was a champion gymnast before she played golf. “Gymnastics prepares you really well for something like golf,” she told Golf Digest. “I was doing it for seven hours a day, and I really learned body awareness and mental toughness. I just transferred those lessons and habits to golf. Golf is harder than gymnastics. You know how I know that? I could do a double backflip like it was nothing. But I can easily miss a three-footer.”

6. She’s a Social Media Genius

Spiranac found that was is “really well suited for social media because when I first started doing this, no one was really utilizing social media in the golf space,” she told WKYC. “And so I was the first to do this and it was out of necessity. I needed clubs, I need balls, I needed a place to practice. And so I was using my platform to be able to market and advertise for these companies so I could just get anything free. At the moment, I was really struggling financially and after that it just kept growing and it was like a snowball and I kept building and have a really great team around me. It's been interesting because no one has done this before. So we are paving this path and it's really cool to see all of these golf influencers come up behind me and have this blueprint that we just kind of built and came up with. And so it's been an amazing eight years of doing this.”

7. Her Favorite Golfer

Her favorite golfer? “I’m unfortunately not playing as much, but everyone has to say Tiger Woods,” she told Sports Illustrated. “We wouldn't be where we are without Tiger. He is so fun to watch the shots that he hits. And again, just his passion and competitiveness is something that we've never seen before. And I would say now current players, there are so many really amazing players, it's hard to pick, but I love Max Homa. I love how he incorporates social media into his job because most professional athletes are a little bit nervous to get all in on social media and he was one of the first to really do it in golf and he has a massive loyal fan base and playing some great golf. And so I love watching what he's doing.”

8. Self-Confidence

Spiranac is constantly trying to prove herself. “I don’t think a lot of people take me seriously and that’s what hurts the most because I’m grinding every single day to be better,” he told Colorado AvidGolfer. “I’m not overconfident, but my mentality is that I want to prove myself—and I think that’s more powerful. If I didn’t have that mentality, I probably would have quit by now.”

9. Happy Introvert

Spiranac is not interested in a party lifestyle. “I'm introverted, and all my friends make fun of me because all I do is work out and play golf,” she told Golf Digest. “I'm a grandma: stay in most nights and asleep by 9:30. One more thing about how I dress: Most guys have no idea how freaking comfortable yoga pants are.”

10. Lighten Up

Spiranac wants people to lighten up when it comes to golf. “I feel like when I’m on the golf course I respect the game,” she told Colorado AvidGolfer. “I think that’s what you need to preserve with golf, the sportsmanship. It’s not what I wear. It’s not the fact that I’m having fun—I mean, seeing me have fun on the golf course, is that so wrong? I think people need to have more fun, and that’s why golf is struggling right now. The younger generation wants to go out on the course and have fun, but they’re criticized for not wearing nice pants and a polo.”

11. She Considers Herself an Athlete

As for why she wears what she wants to: “I consider myself an athlete,” she told Sports Illustrated. “I consider people who play golf, which is a hot take to some athletes who play golf: Why don't we dress like athletes? They're out there, poor Lucas Glover and he's the unbreathable pants sweating like crazy. And I'm like, let's dress like athletes. And so that was always my mindset when I got into golf and it really rubbed people the wrong way, which is shocking. Shocking. But I mean, they'll have really intense discussions over if they should wear shorts or pants or a blade collar, a real collar. And I'm out here just in tank tops and spandex and people are like, what are you doing? But I love it. And I think we're starting to see that change and fashion is such a big part of growing the game and it's moving in the right direction.”

Chantel Jeffries works hard and plays hard, living her best life on vacation at the beach. The DJ shared a snap of herself posing on the sand in a red bikini, with beach umbrellas and blue skies in the background. Jeffries is relaxing after performing a set poolside at Strawberry Moon in Miami Beach, making this a busy summer for the star. So how does she have the energy? Here are 5 ways Jeffries prioritizes her health and wellness, and stays on the move.

1. No To Dairy, Yes To Water and Vitamins

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,27:,Chantel,Jeffries,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Jeffries avoids dairy and stays hydrated. “For me beauty starts being healthy inside out, I think it’s really important for me to drink a lot of water, exercise to have healthier skin,” she says. “For my skin care I use CLEARGEN, it keeps my skin glowing. For my beauty products, obviously Chantelle XO eyebrows is very important, that is the main focus of my face. I also really like eyelash extensions! I mostly make sure to drink a lot of water, I have to stay away from dairy because it makes me breakout. I take supplements – a lot of vitamins!”

2. Cardio and Weights

Jeffries does cardio and weights whenever she can to maintain her physique. “I try to work out almost every day when I’m in town,” she says. “When I’m traveling, it’s kind of hard. I mostly do cardio and lift weights and work at Equinox – I like it there because I usually sweat in a steam room post workout. I put coconut oil on my hair quite a bit – my hair is usually really dry so I have to make sure to put a lot of moisture on it.”

3. She Plays Golf

Jeffries loves to play golf when she gets the opportunity. “We know that the moderate physical activity that golf provides increases life expectancy, has mental health benefits, and can help prevent and treat more than 40 major chronic diseases such as heart attacks, stroke, diabetes, breast and colon cancer,” says Dr Andrew Murray from the University of Edinburgh. “Evidence suggests golfers live longer than non-golfers, enjoying improvements in cholesterol levels, body composition, wellness, self-esteem and self-worth. Given that the sport can be played by the very young to the very old, this demonstrates a wide variety of health benefits for people of all ages.”

4. Adventurous Spirit

Los,Angeles,-,Feb,12:,Chantel,Jeffries,Arrives,For,MichaelShutterstock

Jeffries, who has a background in modeling, is passionate about trying new things. “I would describe myself as energetic and adventurous,” she says. “I love trying new things. Keeping life interesting is what it's all about. There aren’t too many things I won’t try at least once. Oh, and I love to make people laugh. Being 5’6” I never really thought of being a model.”

5. Her Beauty Tricks

Chantel-Jeffries-5Chantel Jefferies/Instagram

Jeffries’ beauty tricks are all about giving the illusion of a natural look. “I’ve learned so many tricks, but if you’re on the go and you’re a little greasy, you can always grab those toilet seat covers and use them to blot your skin,” she says. “That comes in handy a lot. Hair spray on a spoolie brush or toothbrush works really well too. And one of my favorite looks is faux freckles, because it makes you look like you’re wearing less makeup. And I love applying your makeup setting spray before you highlight, because it makes the highlighter really show. And I do that before my mascara, so it doesn’t make my mascara run.”

Alice De Bortoli doesn’t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless style—she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

Alice De Bortoli dyed her hair

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

Alice De Bortoli is seen cooking

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

Alice De Bortoli doing ab exercises

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

Alice De Bortoli works out with a friend

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”
