Cheyenne Woods is living it up in New Mexico with Notah Begay III and his Notah Begay III Foundation – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the golfer shows off her amazing body in a two-piece workout set while teasing an announcement. “Can’t wait for you all to see what we have coming with @golfpass, stay tuned!” she wrote in the Instagram caption. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Tiger Woods is Her Uncle

“Once I made it there [the LPGA Tour] I struggled to feel comfortable and believe in my ability. You sometimes think you have to play a different game or change as a person. What got you there is actually what’s going to keep you there. The Tiger Woods thing was tough for me, I didn’t think it would be hard but it was. I struggled with trusting my own ability but I’m through the other end of it now. I know who I am as a player and a person. I do believe I haven’t reached my potential,” she confessed to The Guardian. She maintains her uncle is “supportive” but people have trolled her because of her relative. “Growing up with the last name of Woods I knew what to expect. I understood the headlines catch attention a little more. I thought if I just pretended it didn’t bother me, it wouldn’t – but I learned that I truly did have to address it. I had to see for myself that I am a person, a golfer outside of being Tiger’s niece, before anybody else can see that as well. I know why I am doing this, I know who I am. I had to disregard what people wrote or said. I’m doing this for me,” she continued. “I have had those moments of wishing I was Jane Doe. But listen, it has helped me; I have been able to have conversations with Tiger, have doors and opportunities open to become a better player and person. At one point I wanted to prove everybody wrong. Now I see the positives.”

2. Strength Training

Cheyenne hits the gym for strength training sessions. “Happy&Healthy✨,” she captioned a gym selfie.

3. Hiking

She also enjoys getting outdoors and taking hikes. Here she is hiking in Arizona wearing a Nike sports bra and leggings. “Az in December,” she captioned the post.

4. Dancing, Track, Volleyball

Athleticism started for Cheyenne when she was young. “I started playing and taking lessons when I was five or six, which was very young. But I played a lot of sports growing up so golf wasn’t my entire life. I danced competitively, I ran track and I played volleyball. My parents wanted me to be pretty rounded and left me to decide which sport to concentrate on,” she told Kingdom.

5. Golf

Golf is Cheyenne’s main sport. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Sports Host Taylor Rooks Says "You Look Good"

Sports host Taylor Rooks puts in the work to keep herself healthy. “I’m so proud of myself. After my first class, I didn’t know if I’d make it to my second but I’ve now done hundreds. A reminder that the big moments only happen because of the little decisions,” she said on Instagram. Here’s how Taylor stays looking and feeling her best.

She Gets Therapy

She believes in therapy. “I'm a big believer in therapy. I think sometimes when people hear therapy, they think it means something's wrong with you. And that's not what therapy is,” she said to Parade. “In my experience, therapy is literally just talking to somebody about your day and what happened and the things that you're going through. It’s just someone who listens. I don't think that as humans we value listening as much as we should. And we don't value the positives that come out of just talking. Sometimes they're just things that you want to say and work through and you're like, “Well, who do I just bounce this off of?” A lot of times, the therapy session isn't even me listening to the therapist; it’s me talking to her and her giving her feedback at the end.”

She walks

She finds ways to stay active. “I'm not a big gym person. I know that going to the gym is really good for your self care and I believe in mind, body, spirit—all of those things have to work together for you to reach your maximum potential. So I definitely would like to incorporate that more,” she said to Parade. “I really just go to the gym and do squats. But I should probably work on cardio. The thing that I do like to do is I'm a big walker. I will walk to Midtown—I live all the way downtown—but just because I like being outside too. I find a lot of peace outside. Even though New York is crazy, the energy of it is comforting to me.”

She like to eat

She loves her comfort foods. “I'm a big believer in a good meal. I'm southern so it's very important to me to always find good carby food to go eat at any point. I believe in indulging in good meals,” she said to Parade. According to the Cleveland Clinic, “the most common reason people support cheat days is psychological. Some find that the prospect of indulging helps them stay disciplined the rest of the time — and there’s some research to suggest that “planned hedonic deviations” really can help us stay on track.”

She appreciates the company

For her, sitting down to a meal with a table full of friends and family holds a lot of value. “I think a lot of happiness comes from good meals and not just the fact that you’re eating but who you're eating with. I think that dinner and lunch and those settings are very good for fellowship, being around your friends and sharing food and unwinding. I find a lot of peace in that,” she said to Parade.

She journals

She likes to end her day with reflection. “At night I journal. Every day I reflect. I write down three things I heard, three things I read, and three things I learned. It's really nice to look back on what you journal because it shows that life is constantly evolving and just because one day is bad, it never means the next day is as well. And I think journaling is a really good practice for anybody just to be reminded that the days change and you change and it may not seem like it in that moment, but life is moving quicker than whatever your circumstances are,” she said to Parade.

Professional golfer Nelly Korda is showing fans what her training looks like while she’s in Prague. Korda, 25, shared a video of herself wearing a variety of workout gear, lifting heavy weights at the gym under the eye of her trainer. “Snippets of the past two weeks in 🇨🇿 training @vistaresortprague with the best 🤩,” she captioned the post. Korda is a force to be reckoned with on the court and off—here’s how she stays fit and focused.

1. Pre-Round Warm Up Routine

Korda’s pre-round warm up is all about loosening up her muscles well before it’s time to play. It’s more that I’m working on my strike out there. It’s about finding my timing,” she told Golf Monthly. “I typically start about an hour and five minutes before my tee time. I want to make sure my body and muscles are loose. I start off with pitch shots on the range and then I work my way all the way up through my bag.”

2. Sushi and Pizza

Korda loves seafood, and saves pizza for when she’s in the mood to indulge. She especially loves cuisines that have plenty of vegetables and healthy fats. “[My favorite food is] sushi, any Mediterranean food, Greek food,” she told Golf.com. “I don’t really eat pizza too much but that’s probably a cheat food for me that I really like.”

3. Advice For Golfers

Group,Of,Golf,Ball,On,Practice,Artificial,Grass,Mat,WithShutterstock

Korda has good advice for recreational golfers wanting to know how to best prepare for a round. “I would say go to the course with a routine,” she told Golf Monthly. “I feel like people get really messed up with trying a bunch of different things. If you’re consistent and you have a routine and you stick to that every day you play, you won’t get better right away, but eventually over time you’re going to get better. You can’t make changes and expect to see a result right away. It’s all about consistency.”

4. Playing With her Sister

Korda grew up playing golf with sister Jessica Korda. “We used to play Future Collegians World Tour events back in the day and she won her division and I won my division,” she told Golf.com. “And that was the first time we won the same event.”

5. Golf Drills

Korda has specific drills she never misses. “On the putting green I do a drill because your eye-line and eyesight change every single day,” she told Golf Monthly. “You may see the ball and your line differently every single day, so doing a line drill is really important as you start your putting. Try it for five minutes to make sure you dial in your alignment. Once you do that, then you work on your distance.”

Pro golfer Michelle Wie West is extolling the many health benefits of Pilates workouts. West, 34, shared a video of herself working out on a Pilates reformer machine, wearing black leggings and a Nike shirt. “If I had one regret in my training journey, it’s that I wish I incorporated more Pilates. I feel so much stronger, centered, and balanced every time I get off my @flexiapilates reformer. So don’t make the same mistake I did and incorporate some Pilates in your fitness regimen!” she captioned the post. Here’s what Wie’s training and diet looks like.

1. Controlled Core Workouts

West is a strong advocate for core exercises and strength training—but with focus on control. “People talk about variety in exercise regime, but I think consistency is just as important,” she told RSNG. “Over time my prime focus has been on core strength, and that’s something I’ve always come back to. It is the foundation for everything else. I also believe in something I call mind-muscle. That is doing all your strength and power exercises but in a way that allows your mind to focus in on the muscles you are looking to train. I have lifted bigger weights in the past, but in a way that is forced and irregular. In that instance, what I am ultimately training is other muscles that are supporting a movement that is off balance. This has been really important to me in terms of getting back into shape after having my daughter. Less really is more sometimes.”

2. Home-Grown Produce

West grows her own fruits and vegetables at home. "I love my garden. It's something I always wanted to do before I stopped playing," she told The Beet. "I have so much kale that I make a ton of green juice and green smoothies. I make a lot of salads and pickled stuff with cucumbers and jalapenos and keep them in my fridge."

3. Golf Workout

West believes aspiring professional golfers should think seriously about their workout regimen. “It's an individual choice. We should never get to a point where golf has moved away from being fun – people should take from the sport whatever it is they want, at amateur level. But I would say that fitness, exercise and strength, as a platform for golf proficiency, is the way forward and accepted,” she told RSNG. “The other thing is, if it’s going to help your golf, it’s also going to benefit your quality of life in other areas, isn’t it? But yes, for those players who want to improve their game, such as the length they hit the ball off the tee, playing shots that they previously couldn’t make and just an all-round better round of golf, regular workouts are the answer.”

4. Venus Williams Protein Powder

West loves Venus Williams’ Happy Viking protein powder brand. "I've been dairy-free for most of my life and as a result, I have less inflammation, more energy, a cleaner, clearer mind, and I'm faster," she told The Beet. "Whenever I make protein shakes I feel like I have to add all these other ingredients, like collagen, oils, and chia seeds, and I don't know if I'm putting in the right amount. That's why I love Venus' product because it's all portioned out and I get exactly what I need. The type of protein matters as well and I also love that it's not soy-based. It's made of pea protein. It tastes like a milkshake and I know when I give it to my daughter to take to preschool, she is getting all of her nutrients in. It's so nice knowing my daughter is eating something nutritious. And I feel the same way for myself, too!"

5. Not a Quitter

West says quitting had never been an option for her career before officially retiring. “All I know in my life is golf, having first picked up a club when I was four years old, beating my father at the age of seven and playing a national tournament at 10 – how could it be anything else?!” she told RSNG. “Even now I am having time away and getting some cool projects off the ground, but golf is still my life. Along with my family, it is still the thing that gets me up in the morning. But yes, I have managed to overcome a lot in my career; and because of that I find it very easy to empathize with so many across all sports who go through similar situations. Life can be tough – you have to find the strength to move forward.”

Paige Spiranac has upgraded. “Very exciting news I’m finally able to share! After lots of hard work I’m happy to announce I’ve joined Passes.com!,” the former All-Mountain West Conference golfer announced, in a photo accompanying images of her in workout gear. ”As a lot of you know I had my own subscription site OnlyPaige but wanted to add in more features to enhance the user experience and found that Passes had everything I wanted and more. It’s bigger and better than anything I’ve done before! You have access to never before seen pictures and videos, can speak with me directly in DMs, live streaming anytime/anywhere, and so much more! …Come chat with me 🥰.” (Here’s the link to it.) How does she stay so fit? Here’s how.

1. This is How She Got Into Golf

“It was kind of an interesting story,” she told WKYC. “I don't come from a big golf family, and that's how most kids get into it because their parents are obsessed with it. And I was actually a competitive gymnast first and had a couple really bad injuries. And so I was looking for a sport that I'd be good at because again—sports was just such a big part of our family dynamic—and they always said, you need to focus in on something that you want to do. And sports was always at the forefront. And so after gymnastics I was like, what could I be good at? We brought my aunt out, she put me through some drills and tennis for a bootcamp of two days and I was like, I can't do this. It's too much running after gymnastics. And my dad was like, let's just go out and hit some golf balls on the range. And I fell in love with it instantly and have never looked back.”

2. She Went Pro But Found a New Career

She “had a really good junior golf career, played in college, and then I played one year professionally. And while I was doing that, I kind of blew up on social media, just kind of happened. And so I was doing both and I really couldn't do both. And so I finally decided I'm going to focus on social media and not play golf professionally anymore, which was now looking back the best decision I could have made,” she told WKYC.

3. She Found Her Passion For Competitive Golf Again

“I played junior golf, college golf and a year professionally. After that stretch I mentally couldn’t handle playing golf and especially keeping score,” she Tweeted this year. “I equated my score to my self worth. I know it sounds silly but competitive golf really beat me up emotionally. But I’ve found that passion again! I’ve started tracking my scores and grinding on my game. I’ll keep you posted here on my journey! This round at Austin CC I shot a 73. Such a fun track!”

4. Here is the Origin of Her Outfits

"I was a gymnast before I switched into golf," she told Sports Illustrated. "I was so comfortable wearing spandex and very little of it because that's just what you wear when you're wearing a leotard and you're competing. "When I switched into golf, we were struggling a little bit financially, and so I didn't have the luxury to go out and buy a whole new golf-appropriate wardrobe. And so, I wore what was in my closet, which was workout clothes. That's just how I learned to play the game."

5. Gymnastics vs. Golf

ShutterstockShutterstock

Spiranac was a champion gymnast before she played golf. “Gymnastics prepares you really well for something like golf,” she told Golf Digest. “I was doing it for seven hours a day, and I really learned body awareness and mental toughness. I just transferred those lessons and habits to golf. Golf is harder than gymnastics. You know how I know that? I could do a double backflip like it was nothing. But I can easily miss a three-footer.”

6. She’s a Social Media Genius

Spiranac found that was is “really well suited for social media because when I first started doing this, no one was really utilizing social media in the golf space,” she told WKYC. “And so I was the first to do this and it was out of necessity. I needed clubs, I need balls, I needed a place to practice. And so I was using my platform to be able to market and advertise for these companies so I could just get anything free. At the moment, I was really struggling financially and after that it just kept growing and it was like a snowball and I kept building and have a really great team around me. It's been interesting because no one has done this before. So we are paving this path and it's really cool to see all of these golf influencers come up behind me and have this blueprint that we just kind of built and came up with. And so it's been an amazing eight years of doing this.”

7. Her Favorite Golfer

Her favorite golfer? “I’m unfortunately not playing as much, but everyone has to say Tiger Woods,” she told Sports Illustrated. “We wouldn't be where we are without Tiger. He is so fun to watch the shots that he hits. And again, just his passion and competitiveness is something that we've never seen before. And I would say now current players, there are so many really amazing players, it's hard to pick, but I love Max Homa. I love how he incorporates social media into his job because most professional athletes are a little bit nervous to get all in on social media and he was one of the first to really do it in golf and he has a massive loyal fan base and playing some great golf. And so I love watching what he's doing.”

8. Self-Confidence

Spiranac is constantly trying to prove herself. “I don’t think a lot of people take me seriously and that’s what hurts the most because I’m grinding every single day to be better,” he told Colorado AvidGolfer. “I’m not overconfident, but my mentality is that I want to prove myself—and I think that’s more powerful. If I didn’t have that mentality, I probably would have quit by now.”

9. Happy Introvert

Spiranac is not interested in a party lifestyle. “I'm introverted, and all my friends make fun of me because all I do is work out and play golf,” she told Golf Digest. “I'm a grandma: stay in most nights and asleep by 9:30. One more thing about how I dress: Most guys have no idea how freaking comfortable yoga pants are.”

10. Lighten Up

Spiranac wants people to lighten up when it comes to golf. “I feel like when I’m on the golf course I respect the game,” she told Colorado AvidGolfer. “I think that’s what you need to preserve with golf, the sportsmanship. It’s not what I wear. It’s not the fact that I’m having fun—I mean, seeing me have fun on the golf course, is that so wrong? I think people need to have more fun, and that’s why golf is struggling right now. The younger generation wants to go out on the course and have fun, but they’re criticized for not wearing nice pants and a polo.”

11. She Considers Herself an Athlete

As for why she wears what she wants to: “I consider myself an athlete,” she told Sports Illustrated. “I consider people who play golf, which is a hot take to some athletes who play golf: Why don't we dress like athletes? They're out there, poor Lucas Glover and he's the unbreathable pants sweating like crazy. And I'm like, let's dress like athletes. And so that was always my mindset when I got into golf and it really rubbed people the wrong way, which is shocking. Shocking. But I mean, they'll have really intense discussions over if they should wear shorts or pants or a blade collar, a real collar. And I'm out here just in tank tops and spandex and people are like, what are you doing? But I love it. And I think we're starting to see that change and fashion is such a big part of growing the game and it's moving in the right direction.”

Sharvari isn’t just making waves in the film industry—she’s dominating the fitness game too. Known for her roles in Munjya, Maharaj, and Vedaa, the rising star proves that strength and discipline extend far beyond the big screen.
In her latest Instagram post, Sharvari showcased her grit with a hardcore beach workout, flipping a massive tire in the sand. Dressed in a sleek black workout set, she didn’t just make the workout look effortless—she made it look empowering. Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats
