Gracie Hunt in Bathing Suit "Followed the Rainbow"

Here are 5 ways she stays in shape.

Gracie Hunt is following rainbows – in her swimsuit. The influencer shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit during an African getaway. "Angel's Pool 😇 or Devil's Pool 😈? There are two pools on the precipice of Victoria Falls. They flank a tiny piece of land called Livingston Island and when the Zambezi River isn't at high season, you can swim right on the edge of life or death. It's one of the most awesome and terrifying things I've ever seen. I followed the rainbow and it led me to my choice…which one do you think it was?" she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gracie Hunt stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

Her Diet Is Healthy

Gracie maintains a healthy diet, starting with fat-burning breakfast. "I am breakfast obsessed!" she said in one of her blogs. "The first meal of the day kick starts your metabolism and helps to provide the energy and focus needed to work efficiently throughout the day. One of my favorites is this delicious and vitamin-packed berry smoothie bowl and a vegan matcha latte. She follows it with a "nutritious lunch" that helps "reduce stress and provides the fuel your body needs to take on the afternoon work grind," she added. "I like to keep my energy up with a sweet potato & quinoa salad with turmeric-coated cauliflower on the side," she writes. As for snacks she slices up some tomatoes and pairs them with light mozzarella, and "just a splash" of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. "Don't underestimate the power of snacks," she says. At the end of the day she enjoys a replenishing meal. "Dinner is an important part of the day, it makes up for the nutrients that may have been missed during the day. That's why I eat something that is packed with protein, like a salad with shrimp and lentils," she writes. And no, she doesn't skip dessert. " Since I do have a sweet tooth, I love a dessert that is delicious and satisfies my craving but is also somewhat healthy. I love making this simple one-ingredient banana ice cream. Plus, no ice cream maker needed for this rich and silky delight!"

Gracie is seriously into yoga. "Yoga is a great way to put your body through active recovery and stretching which helps with injury prevention while also being active and getting a good workout in. It's no surprise that after pushing myself to the limit during CorePower that I'm hungry!" she says. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."
