Gracie Hunt is following rainbows – in her swimsuit. The influencer shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit during an African getaway. “Angel’s Pool 😇 or Devil’s Pool 😈? There are two pools on the precipice of Victoria Falls. They flank a tiny piece of land called Livingston Island and when the Zambezi River isn’t at high season, you can swim right on the edge of life or death. It’s one of the most awesome and terrifying things I’ve ever seen. I followed the rainbow and it led me to my choice…which one do you think it was?” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gracie Hunt stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. Her Diet Is Healthy

2023 Kelce JamBarry Brecheisen/Getty Images

Gracie maintains a healthy diet, starting with fat-burning breakfast. “I am breakfast obsessed!” she said in one of her blogs. “The first meal of the day kick starts your metabolism and helps to provide the energy and focus needed to work efficiently throughout the day. One of my favorites is this delicious and vitamin-packed berry smoothie bowl and a vegan matcha latte. She follows it with a “nutritious lunch” that helps “reduce stress and provides the fuel your body needs to take on the afternoon work grind,” she added. “I like to keep my energy up with a sweet potato & quinoa salad with turmeric-coated cauliflower on the side,” she writes. As for snacks she slices up some tomatoes and pairs them with light mozzarella, and “just a splash” of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. “Don’t underestimate the power of snacks,” she says. At the end of the day she enjoys a replenishing meal. “Dinner is an important part of the day, it makes up for the nutrients that may have been missed during the day. That’s why I eat something that is packed with protein, like a salad with shrimp and lentils,” she writes. And no, she doesn’t skip dessert. “ Since I do have a sweet tooth, I love a dessert that is delicious and satisfies my craving but is also somewhat healthy. I love making this simple one-ingredient banana ice cream. Plus, no ice cream maker needed for this rich and silky delight!”

2. She Does Yoga

"Outer Banks" Season 3 Premiere - Red CarpetGetty Images

Gracie is seriously into yoga. “Yoga is a great way to put your body through active recovery and stretching which helps with injury prevention while also being active and getting a good workout in. It’s no surprise that after pushing myself to the limit during CorePower that I’m hungry!” she says. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

3. She Does Short But Intense Workouts

HIIT workouts are one of Gracie’s “favorite” workouts. “They burn more calories, target multiple muscle groups at a time, and can also lower blood sugar and blood pressure. Just remember: HIIT & don’t quit!”

4. She Is a Runner

Gracie is a runner and has even completed two marathons. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

5. She Stretches in the Morning

Gracia does Kayla Itsines’ morning stretch video every morning after she eats breakfast. “Stretching is essential for recovery and is a great way to get your body moving in the morning!” she says.

Mollie Gould, known for her connection to Luis Miguel, knows how to look great in the spotlight. Gould shared a new photo this week to her story. In it, she posed in a maroon bathing suit. As a professional dancer, she knows the tricks of the trade. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Mollie Gould stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Dances

Los Angeles Fashion Week Powered by Art Hearts Fashion 2022 - MISTER TRIPLE X + DR.MARTENSArun Nevader/Getty Images

Gould is an avid dancer. She even likes to take classes. Gould posted this video of herself doing a combination from a class on Instagram. She captioned it, “DANCE! FIRE & DESIRE! Thank you @therealtank for coming and watching class!” "Scientists gave little thought to the neurological effects of dance until relatively recently, when researchers began to investigate the complex mental coordination that dance requires. In a 2008 article in Scientific American magazine, a Columbia University neuroscientist posited that synchronizing music and movement—dance, essentially—constitutes a 'pleasure double play.' Music stimulates the brain’s reward centers, while dance activates its sensory and motor circuits," says Harvard Health.

2. She Goes Outside

Gould spends a lot of time outside. She posts a lot of photos of herself enjoying the great outdoors on Instagram. She shared this photo of herself running on the beach in Malibu. She captioned it, “Footprints in the sand.” Gould also posted this beach photo, captioning it, “Whatever is good for the soul, do that.”

3. She Swims

One outdoor activity Gould likes to do to stay in shape is go swimming. She shares a lot of videos and photos on Instagram of herself in the water. Gould posted these photos of herself in an infinity pool. She captioned it, “This planet is so beautiful.” Gould also posted this video of herself in the ocean. She captioned it, “Summer vibe always.”

4. She Gets Her Vitamin D

A little bit os sun each day is essential to get your vitamin D. “Vitamin D is one of the 13 vitamins discovered in the early 20th century by doctors studying nutritional deficiency diseases. Ever since, scientists have defined vitamins as organic (carbon-containing) chemicals that must be obtained from dietary sources because they are not produced by the body's tissues. Vitamins play a crucial role in our body's metabolism, but only tiny amounts are needed to fill that role,” says Harvard Health.

5. She Has Body Confidence

MollieGould.1Mollie Gould/Instagram

Gould frequently poses online in swimsuit photos, appearing body-confident. “Avoid 'should' and 'must' statements. If you find that your thoughts are full of these words, you might be putting too many demands on yourself. Try to remove these words from your thoughts. It may lead to a healthier view of what to expect from yourself,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Focus on the positive. Think about the parts of your life that work well. Remember the skills you've used to cope with challenges.”

Audrey McGraw has come into prominence over the past year. The 20-year old was mostly seen as the daughter of country music power couple, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. In it, she took a walk, and edited it to look black and white. She captioned the post, “Bag o’ watercolors secured.” How does she stay so fit? alice + olivia by Stacey Bendet Spring 2023 PresentationStacey Bendet/Getty Images

As you can see from her recent post, McGraw likes to walk to stay in shape. Walking has a lot of benefits. The National Foundation for Cancer states, “Exercise doesn’t need to leave you winded and exhausted. A brisk walk is an excellent form of exercise – as long as you’re doing it right! When walking as exercise, you should be slightly out of breath and feel your heart beating a little faster. Getting exercise this way can protect against many types of cancers, including cancer of the bladder, breast, colon, kidney, and stomach. Regular exercise can also prevent obesity, a risk factor for many cancers. Additionally, it can also improve immune system function, control hormones related to cancer growth, and prevent high blood glucose levels of insulin.”

3. She Horseback Rides

McGraw likes to horseback ride. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself riding on the beach. McGraw captioned it, “Pure happiness.” Riding has a lot of benefits. The American Heart Association states, “A study commissioned on behalf of the British Horse Society found that horseback riding is indeed a good cardiovascular workout. Even just a half hour of riding is considered ‘moderate exercise,’ said BHS PR executive Megan Hawkins, ‘while trotting exerts more energy than playing badminton.’”

4. She Gets Vitamin D From the Sun

"You can get vitamin D in a variety of ways, including:

  • Sun exposure on your skin (however, people with darker skin and older people may not get enough vitamin D through sunlight. Your geographical location may also prevent adequate vitamin D exposure through sunlight).
  • Through the food you eat.
  • Through nutritional supplements," says the Cleveland Clinic. "Despite all these methods to get vitamin D, vitamin D deficiency is a common worldwide problem."

5. She Got Honest About Birth Control

"Post birth control effects are REAL," she once said. "Not only does my body feel wacky and my brain foggy, but my skin especially feels messed up at the moment, like never before... I'm trying my best to stay calm as I know it's a trivial thing to worry about. But at the same time, it's not so easy to deal with."

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
