Gracie Hunt is following rainbows – in her swimsuit. The influencer shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit during an African getaway. “Angel’s Pool 😇 or Devil’s Pool 😈? There are two pools on the precipice of Victoria Falls. They flank a tiny piece of land called Livingston Island and when the Zambezi River isn’t at high season, you can swim right on the edge of life or death. It’s one of the most awesome and terrifying things I’ve ever seen. I followed the rainbow and it led me to my choice…which one do you think it was?” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gracie Hunt stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. Her Diet Is Healthy

2023 Kelce JamBarry Brecheisen/Getty Images

Gracie maintains a healthy diet, starting with fat-burning breakfast. “I am breakfast obsessed!” she said in one of her blogs. “The first meal of the day kick starts your metabolism and helps to provide the energy and focus needed to work efficiently throughout the day. One of my favorites is this delicious and vitamin-packed berry smoothie bowl and a vegan matcha latte. She follows it with a “nutritious lunch” that helps “reduce stress and provides the fuel your body needs to take on the afternoon work grind,” she added. “I like to keep my energy up with a sweet potato & quinoa salad with turmeric-coated cauliflower on the side,” she writes. As for snacks she slices up some tomatoes and pairs them with light mozzarella, and “just a splash” of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. “Don’t underestimate the power of snacks,” she says. At the end of the day she enjoys a replenishing meal. “Dinner is an important part of the day, it makes up for the nutrients that may have been missed during the day. That’s why I eat something that is packed with protein, like a salad with shrimp and lentils,” she writes. And no, she doesn’t skip dessert. “ Since I do have a sweet tooth, I love a dessert that is delicious and satisfies my craving but is also somewhat healthy. I love making this simple one-ingredient banana ice cream. Plus, no ice cream maker needed for this rich and silky delight!”

2. She Does Yoga

"Outer Banks" Season 3 Premiere - Red CarpetGetty Images

Gracie is seriously into yoga. “Yoga is a great way to put your body through active recovery and stretching which helps with injury prevention while also being active and getting a good workout in. It’s no surprise that after pushing myself to the limit during CorePower that I’m hungry!” she says. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

3. She Does Short But Intense Workouts

HIIT workouts are one of Gracie’s “favorite” workouts. “They burn more calories, target multiple muscle groups at a time, and can also lower blood sugar and blood pressure. Just remember: HIIT & don’t quit!”

4. She Is a Runner

Gracie is a runner and has even completed two marathons. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

5. She Stretches in the Morning

Gracia does Kayla Itsines’ morning stretch video every morning after she eats breakfast. “Stretching is essential for recovery and is a great way to get your body moving in the morning!” she says.

Gould is an avid dancer. She even likes to take classes. Gould posted this video of herself doing a combination from a class on Instagram. She captioned it, “DANCE! FIRE & DESIRE! Thank you @therealtank for coming and watching class!” "Scientists gave little thought to the neurological effects of dance until relatively recently, when researchers began to investigate the complex mental coordination that dance requires. In a 2008 article in Scientific American magazine, a Columbia University neuroscientist posited that synchronizing music and movement—dance, essentially—constitutes a 'pleasure double play.' Music stimulates the brain’s reward centers, while dance activates its sensory and motor circuits," says Harvard Health.

2. She Goes Outside

Gould spends a lot of time outside. She posts a lot of photos of herself enjoying the great outdoors on Instagram. She shared this photo of herself running on the beach in Malibu. 4. She Gets Her Vitamin D

A little bit os sun each day is essential to get your vitamin D. “Vitamin D is one of the 13 vitamins discovered in the early 20th century by doctors studying nutritional deficiency diseases. Ever since, scientists have defined vitamins as organic (carbon-containing) chemicals that must be obtained from dietary sources because they are not produced by the body's tissues. Vitamins play a crucial role in our body's metabolism, but only tiny amounts are needed to fill that role,” says Harvard Health.

5. She Has Body Confidence

MollieGould.1Mollie Gould/Instagram

Gould frequently poses online in swimsuit photos, appearing body-confident. “Avoid 'should' and 'must' statements. If you find that your thoughts are full of these words, you might be putting too many demands on yourself. Try to remove these words from your thoughts. It may lead to a healthier view of what to expect from yourself,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Focus on the positive. Think about the parts of your life that work well. Remember the skills you've used to cope with challenges.”

Getting exercise this way can protect against many types of cancers, including cancer of the bladder, breast, colon, kidney, and stomach. 4. She Gets Vitamin D From the Sun

"You can get vitamin D in a variety of ways, including:

  • Sun exposure on your skin (however, people with darker skin and older people may not get enough vitamin D through sunlight. Your geographical location may also prevent adequate vitamin D exposure through sunlight).
  • Through the food you eat.
  • Through nutritional supplements," says the Cleveland Clinic. "Despite all these methods to get vitamin D, vitamin D deficiency is a common worldwide problem."

5. She Got Honest About Birth Control

"Post birth control effects are REAL," she once said. "Not only does my body feel wacky and my brain foggy, but my skin especially feels messed up at the moment, like never before... Bianca Bustamante is revving up her engine in 2025 – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

She Supports Animals

Romani has her own charity, Help Miami Cats. She talked about how she started this in the caption of this Instagram post. “❤️ Guys!!!! I have always loved cats and had many growing up. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
