Ice Spice is bringing white hot to the beach in her bathing suit. In one of her latest social media posts, the Munch rapper flaunts her famous figure in a two-piece swimsuit while making a splash by the sea. “Baddest lil bih frm my block,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Princess of rap,” commented one of her nine million followers. How does the rising star maintain her fit physique? Celebwell compiled a list of 6 ways she stays in shape.

1. She Dances

One way that Ice Spice stays in shape is through regular dance sessions. She even confessed to Elle that she wants to become a better dancer and start incorporating more twerking moves into her sets. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

2. She Was a College Athlete

It might be hard to believe, but Ice was a college athlete. She confessed to Interview Magazine that she played volleyball while studying in New York.

3. She Loves Spicy Foods

How did Ice Spice choose her stage name? She was inspired by her love of spicy foods. “I put hot sauce on everything,” she told Elle.

4. She Prays

Spice maintains that her belief in god helps her keep the haters at bay. “I don’t pay too much attention to the noise. I try to focus on the positive. I stay away from the comments section as much as possible, and I just pray a lot. That’s it,” she told Interview.

5. She Hasn’t Gone Under the Knife

While Ice Spice does believe that many girls in the rap game are going under the knife, she isn’t one of them. “My whole body’s natural, even though some people try to accuse me of surgery. Only thing fake is my teeth, which I got to get redone. And my nails. I be having some fake-ass nails,” she told Interview.

6. She Sips Wine

“I don’t like to party at all. So I only party when I’m getting paid to. It’s just not fun for me. I’m not a drinker like that. I like to sip wine, but I don’t like to drink hard liquor,” Ice told Interview. “Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy,” says the Mayo Clinic. “The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks.” While red wine is slightly healthier than white, the lighter shade of vino generally has fewer calories than the darker shade.

Nicole Fortuin is currently starring as Ririka on the live-action adaptation of One Piece and on the show Legacy. She has previously appeared in Flatland and A Cinderella Story: If The Shoe Fits. Fortuin just shared a new set of photos on Instagram. In one of them, she is seen in a swimsuit and snorkel mask. Fortuin captioned the post, “@carel_nel seems to think I say this all the time 🙄 and I know that I don't 🤣... this cast!! ... hearts and souls of gold. Everyone. je l'aime vraiment ici.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Nicole Fortuin stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Speaks Out

Fortuin tells Sarafina Magazine that she wants to use her platform to speak out about important causes. “I realized this small platform that I have does have the potential to reach people. I don’t associate myself with things that are not important to me on some level. I can only talk about things that are important to me. I recently did two PSA’s. One was for Brother’s For Life #RapeStopsWithMe. Everyone is aware of the violence that is happening across the world but in South Africa as well. I had always been really fascinated by what happens in people’s minds and in men’s minds especially because often I am really confused by how people operate and what makes it ok for them. I guess the throughline is my interest in other people but their campaign is about men and men making correct choices and being responsible.”

2. She’s Grounded

For Fortuin, staying grounded is important when it comes to being in the public eye. “I do feel like if I’m not grounded, I can’t be truthful in the work that I do,” she told Sarafina Magazine. “I know that for a fact because I’ve seen it. I’ve seen really great artists become really mediocre and boring and you realize [that] the line between real life and the work you do is thin. My commitment to being honest or emotive or touching someone else is so related to who I am and what I am doing on a spiritual level, on a financial level, whatever it is.”

3. She Swims

Fortuin likes to swim to stay in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Fortuin shared this set of photos of herself swimming in a pool. The Cleveland Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Like other forms of cardio, swimming can help you burn calories and lose weight. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a 154-pound person who swims slow freestyle laps for 30 minutes burns 255 calories. But that amount varies depending on your weight, speed and stroke.”

4. She Took A Social Media Break

Person,Using,A,Social,Media,Marketing,Concept,On,Mobile,PhoneShutterstock

Fortuin revealed to Iol.com that she decided to take a break from social media due to it overwhelming her. “Just this week I decided to take a break from social media. Precisely because there is so much information coming at you all at once. The last thing I remember seeing is the possible discovery of another planet? One that may have similar properties to Earth and is now being looked at as an alternative planet for human beings to inhabit? I am not sure if any of it is true (it's the internet after all) so please fact-check it before you tell anyone else about it.”

5. She Has Snorkled

Snorkeling offers a plethora of health benefits. Firstly, it's an excellent cardiovascular workout that enhances lung capacity and overall fitness. The rhythmic breathing while swimming boosts endurance and reduces the risk of heart disease. Additionally, snorkeling promotes relaxation and reduces stress by immersing you in the tranquil underwater world, which can improve mental well-being. It also enhances muscle strength and tone, particularly in the legs, as you kick to explore the underwater landscape. Moreover, the buoyancy of water reduces joint impact, making snorkeling an ideal low-impact exercise for those with joint issues. Overall, snorkeling combines fitness, mental relaxation, and enjoyment of nature, making it a fantastic activity for promoting physical and mental health.

Kaliii is heating up social media in her swimsuit. In one of her latest posts, the Area Codes singer flaunts her famous figure in a tiny bathing suit. “i hate home,” she captioned the Instagram photos with her million-plus followers. “Sexcy!” commented Rubi Rose, while Ice Spice added heart-eye emojis. How does the young musician approach mental and physical health? Here are 5 things to know about her.

1. She Doesn’t Want to Be a “Toxic Girl” Anymore

Kaliii explains that her next EP, Toxic Girls Need Love Too is “a play off” of her last EP called Toxic Chocolate. “And I feel like in Toxic Chocolate, that was my real Toxic Girl era. Me going through it with men, and just finding myself. And Toxic Girls Need Love Too, is me... I had my toxic phase, obviously, then I got in a relationship. I fell in love by accident, and then it didn't really work out, but instead of me going back to my toxic ways, I asked myself what do I want for me, and what do I want for my music and my career? And I just wanted to be outside with the girls,” she told Uproxx in a recent interview.

2. She Played Soccer

Pink,Soccer,Ball,Or,Football,And,Sport,Equipment,On,PinkShutterstock

Kaliii was more interested in a soccer career than a rap one through high school. She even dreamed of making the US Women’s National Team and playing in the World Cup. She told Uproxx that her parents were “really strict about” meeting those requirements of greatness and stressing the importance of achievement over having fun, as youth sports parents sometimes do, which was “the death knell” for her dream. “As a teenager, nobody wants to come to your soccer game,” she added. “They want to be outside.” That, combined with the “tough love” it all became “too much.” “It's not that I was falling out of love with it,” she insists. “There was just too much going on. I felt really sheltered. I felt like I couldn't be outside without soccer. My weekends were consumed with that.” At 18, she quit, refocusing on her music.

3. She Looks at Her Career as a “Team sport”

“Soccer is a team sport and you have to be working with your teammates to win,” she told Uproxx. “I feel like that's everyday life, like me collaborating with other female rappers, working with my peers. That's how you create hits anyway: Working with other people, being able to collab with different producers and different writers. When you're playing soccer, you have to listen to the coach and you have to listen to people and your team. I have my team at Atlantic, my manager, everybody. I listen to them and their opinions and what they have to say. We're in this game together, and they know where they want to take me and I know where I want to go. So putting our heads together, there's nothing we can't win.”

4. Barbie Is “Healing” for Her

Kaliii, who has a song in the Barbie movie, has great memories of the doll and loves the message of the movie. “I know Issa Rae's in there. I'm really excited about that. She's hilarious. So I just know it's going to be hilarious too.” Her take on the ongoing Barbie-mania is equally funny, but just as sharply insightful as the film itself appears to be in its trailers. “It's not for the little girls right now. It's for everybody that's super grown, and it's like, ‘Oh my God, I need this for healing.’"

5. Subhead Goes Right Here

Kaliii admits she still has a lot of growin up to do. “I'm not saying that I'm 100% not toxic. I definitely still have my toxic tendencies, but my mission is to be 100% healed and not be toxic. Because when I take it there, it's like, yeah, I'm really up there.” But for now, she says she’s ‘grown,’ asserting that “I know what I want to stand for now, and what I want my brand to be. And I really want girls to look at me and be like, ‘She's so confident and she has this effortless beauty and confidence.’ I just want to be everybody's homegirl,” she said. “So that's what this tape represents for me,” she continues. “I wanted to be more vulnerable and show girls that I go through things, just like y'all go through things. I've cried over men before. I've done the back and forth. But instead of blaming that relationship and going back to my toxic ways, I kind of want to grow from it and become the best version of me. So Toxic Girls Need Love Too is basically me showing that, being more vulnerable, finding my sound, and finding who Kaliii is, to build the best me.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper / Instagram

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”

Victoria Justice in Two-Piece Workout Gear Has "A Little Reset"

Victoria Justice isn’t just an actress and singer—she’s a longtime fan favorite, thanks to her roles in Zoey 101 and Victorious. But beyond the screen, she’s also known for her effortless style and active lifestyle. Recently, she gave fans a glimpse into her wellness routine with an Instagram post captioned, “Very grateful for this little reset & this little life 🙏🏼✨🌅”—and judging by the photos, that reset involved plenty of movement.

From hiking along scenic trails to stretching it out with yoga, Justice embraces an active approach to self-care. Here’s a closer look at the habits that keep her feeling and looking her best.

She Hikes

In her Instagram post, Justice is seen hiking by the beach. Hiking has a lot of benefits. Piedmont states, “Going up and down hills gets the heart pumping, creating a great cardio workout. Like most cardio exercises, hiking helps reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and even some cancers. Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise that builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis. Hiking can help you manage your weight.”

She Swims

Another thing Justice is seen doing in her Instagram post is going for a swim. Better Health says that swimming is very beneficial. “Swimming is a great recreational activity for people of all ages. Recreational swimming can provide you with a low-impact workout and it's a good way to relax and feel good…Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water.”

She Does Yoga

Justice is also seen taking an outdoor yoga class in her Instagram post. Yoga has a lot of health benefits. Harvard Health says, “Yoga develops inner awareness.
