1. She Does High Volumes of Leg Exercises

Wearing tight black workout pants and a sexy black top, Rivero shows off her favorite leg workout in a new video captioned, “My top 3 leg/Booty exercises 🤍” “I’m a smith Machine Girl always have been always will be 😂😅.Squats ,RDL and Bulgarians are a staple for my Leg Days I usually try and hit between 12-15 reps because I’m also a high volume girlie😝💅🏽”

2. She Doesn’t Give Up

In a TikTok video, Rivero showed a photo of herself before and then a series of quick images and videos working hard to meet her goal. At the end of the video she showed off the results and captioned the video ““I don't know who needs to hear this but KEEP GOING.”

I’m guilty of comparison but who isn’t ?? I was so down on myself for not maintaining a fit physique while I was pregnant I felt like it was expected of me. I gained 50lbs I had a 8lb baby on a 5’1 frame lol my stomach will never be the same and that’s OK! I grew a freaking Human 🤯 our bodies are insane ! #fitmom

Finding the balance in your diet that works for you can be challenging, but Rivero found what works for her. Here’s everything she eats in a day.

“I don’t track Macros I’ve been doing this so long I just eat intuitively. I hit about 115-130g of protein Daily and have really enjoyed moderate carbs moderate fats lately a good combo of both.,” she wrote. “Breakfast is usually just fats and protein unless I have an English muffin , wrap or oats. Pretty basic most days lol, I’m not a huge Veggie person so on days I don’t eat them I’ll Drink my Greens supplement (Greens Supreme Fusion). Post workout Protein and Banana a staple for YEARS I’m talking Atleast 15 years lol I’m using Titanium Whey (chocolate Graham Cracker) also @sannation . I use about 4oz of Organic whole milk 🤯😀 Top sirloin and chicken for my last two meals I’m more of a potato person and honestly I feel like my body just responds better to potato’s ! I like to end my nights with some Fats whether it’s almonds, almond butter, cashews or macadamia nuts.”
