1. She Golfs

Golf is one way Dzingel keeps herself in shape. According to Circle Health Group, since it is played outside, it has a lot of benefits. “Vitamin D boosts your health in a number of ways, including supporting your immune system, which is also thought to be bolstered by exposure to fresh air. Remember to wear sunscreen, as you’d be surprised at how much sun exposure you’re getting from a round of golf.”

2. She Makes Smoothies

Dzingel makes sure to eat healthy. She even has an Instagram story highlight dedicated to showing her followers her favorite meals. In one photo, Dzingel shared a homemade smoothie, which included spinach, flax seed, and banana. Northwestern Medicine states that smoothies can be very healthy. “A well-made smoothie can be both tasty and healthy. One of the best nutritional benefits of a smoothie is the fiber content. Fiber offers a wide variety of health benefits such as: Supporting your regular bowel movements. Helping your gastrointestinal system stay healthy. Decreasing your cholesterol levels. Stabilizing your blood sugar levels.”

3. She Loves Rice

Dzingel enjoys eating rice to stay healthy. In her Instagram story highlight, she includes a lot of recipes with rice. Colorado State University reports that rice has a lot of health benefits. “Rice is a rich source of carbohydrates, the body’s main fuel source. Carbohydrates can keep you energized and satisfied, and are important for fueling exercise. Brown rice, especially, is an excellent source of many nutrients, including fiber, manganese, selenium, magnesium, and B vitamins. Dietary Guidelines suggest that at least half of your grains be from whole grains, and brown rice is considered a whole grain.”

4. She Loves Avocado

Dzingel loves avocado. She is seen enjoying homemade guacamole in her Instagram story highlight. Avocados have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic states, “Avocados include vitamins C, E, K1, B6 and folate, plus essential minerals like potassium and copper. They’re low in sugar, loaded with fiber and high in monosaturated fats, aka ‘good’ fats.”

5. She’s Consistent

Dzingel makes sure to be consistent when it comes to her workouts. Even during the pandemic. Dzingel shared this photo on Facebook talking about the importance of consistency. “This is a reminder to take care of your body,” she wrote. “ During this pandemic and not going in to a gym, I’ve tried to find ways to stay active..whether it’s playing golf or as simple as walking the dog! What have you guys been doing to stay active?"
