Recently, Bieber shared a glimpse into her fitness routine on Instagram Stories, where she posed in sleek black workout gear. One snap showed her performing fire hydrant exercises with a resistance band, while another featured her flashing a thumbs-up. Whether she’s focusing on targeted exercises or practicing self-care, Bieber exemplifies a balanced approach to wellness. Here’s how she maintains her health and beauty.


1. She Does Fire Hydrants

In her Instagram story, Bieber is seen doing fire hydrants. These are a hip and glute exercise. According to Ace Physical Therapy, hip exercises are important. “The hip joint is subjected to tremendous stresses and forces throughout your daily life. If it is not capable of handling these forces, it will begin to ‘break down’ and eventually cause you to lose your ability to perform almost all activity. In many cases, maintaining the flexibility and strength of the hip enables a person to remain pain free and fully functional.”

2. She Uses Resistance Bands

Bieber is also seen using a resistance band to workout in her Instagram story. Resistance bands have a lot of benefits. Harvard Health states, “One significant advantage of resistance bands compared with weights is that they provide variable levels of resistance. This is particularly helpful in instances when you're stuck between weights that are either too light or too heavy. You increase resistance in different ways, depending on the type of band you're using.”

3. She Does Pilates

Bieber opened up about her favorite workouts in an interview with E! Online. She says that she loves doing Pilates. "It was very jarring to go from a busy lifestyle where I'm constantly moving to complete standstill, so I gave myself a quarantine workout routine. I used to be a dancer, so I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That's probably my favorite workout.”

4. She Uses A Cleanser

Bieber shared her skincare routine in an interview with OBB Pictures. She says that she makes sure to use a cleanser. “I started [oil cleansing] during quarantine, and it has honestly made the biggest difference in my skin. So that’s how I take my makeup off now. I don’t do it any other way. I like cleansers that don’t get super super foamy. I prefer something that’s like a milkier, hydrating, nourishing wash. I never like for my skin to feel dry and stripped and tight after I wash it.”

5. She Swims

Bieber loves to swim to keep herself in shape. She tells E! Online that swimming is also a big part of her skincare routine. "My skin feels the best when I've been in the ocean. Salt water is the best skin healer for me, and I've found that nature can be the most soothing for my sensitive skin."
