Influencer Hailey Rae Ostrom in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shows Off "The Best Way to Start a Round"

The golfer shares her active lifestyle, from golf and surfing to healthy eating.

Hailey Rae Ostrom is a professional golfer and influencer, known for her appearance on the Golf Channel's Shotmakers and her active presence on Instagram. Ostrom frequently shares content from the golf course, where she showcases her skills and love for the game. In August, she posted a video of herself doing a successful swing, captioning it, "The best way to start a round." But Ostrom's lifestyle goes beyond the green—she's all about balance, health, and positivity. Here's how she stays in top shape while enjoying life to the fullest.

1

She Golfs

Ostrom plays golf to keep herself in shape. Golf has a lot of benefits. Circle Health Group states, "As many golf courses are set in picturesque locations, you'll also benefit from the experience of being in nature. Being outdoors and close to nature can help reduce anxiety and is thought to improve concentration, while partaking in activities outside can help boost self-esteem."

She Surfs

Ostrom will take her golf club anywhere. Even onto the water. Ostrom enjoys surfing as a way to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself surfing with her club. Ostrom captioned it, "Powellpalooza 2024 🔥 feeling extra grateful for this group of amazing friends turned family."

She Loves Avocado

Ostrom makes sure to eat a healthy diet. One thing she enjoys eating are avocados. Ostrom shared a photo on her Instagram story of herself enjoying them with eggs. Avocados are extremely healthy. The Cleveland Clinic states, "Avocados are a good source of fiber, which is a type of carbohydrate that your body can't break down. You need both soluble and insoluble fiber — and lucky for you, avocados have both."

4

She Has Support

Ostrom has a lot of supportive people in her life. She opened up about her relationship with her parents in an interview with Shoutout Arizona. "My parents are a huge part of my success. They taught me to always let my morals guide me in life, business and relationships. They always helped me believe in myself and believe that the REAL version of myself would take me far; I never needed to pretend to be anything but myself. Thank you Mom and Dad!

5

She's Positive

Ostrom is all about being positive. She talked about this in an interview with People. "One thing I have learned over the years is a good pep talk for myself is to remind myself that a positive attitude is the only thing that you can control," she says. "You can't always control what other people are doing, or the weather, or whatever else that day, but you can control your attitude. If I have a good attitude, good things are gonna come my way — like hopefully a good putt!"
