Influencer Kendall Toole in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Mental Health Tip"
Kendall Toole is an influencer, podcaster, and fitness expert. A few weeks ago, she shared one of her mental health tips on Instagram. Toole recommended cleaning out your space. She wrote in the caption, "Mental health tip: PURGE & DONATE. While I am so greatful for all the PR and lovely merch that gets sent— it can become overwhelming and truly more than I could ever use or EVER need. While the chaos of cleaning out is stressful, the mental space and clarity it brings is EVERYTHING! A clean space, begets a less cluttered mind (and if you are a little #neurospicy like myself, my brain is already a wild place), so choose to purge and DONATE to those in need is a great way to reset before the seasons change. This time around, I am splitting the donation between a charity that supports refugees who live in the area and the local women's shelter."
She Cooks
Toole makes sure to eat healthy. One way she does so is by cooking a lot of healthy meals. Toole shares a lot of her favorite meals on Instagram. In this video, she makes bang bang chicken with rice. In this post, she made chicken in lettuce cups with rice. Toole captioned the post, "🤤 Better than the restaurant. Chicken Lettuce Cups with Crispy Bone Broth Rice. Around 41 g of protein per serving and NO soy sauce used (trust me it's not needed- also our #glutenfree friends can rejoice) this recipie doesn't lack in flavor or texture!"
