Laura Henshaw is unveiling her latest activewear collection – by modeling a two-piece set. In a new social media post the influencer flaunts her fit figure, driving her followers wild. “POV: You design your dream activewear collection,” she captioned the Instagram video. “Angel,” commented one of her followers. “Utterly GORGEOUS! 👏👏,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Clean, Healthy Eating

Laura’s diet is super clean. She starts her day with an espresso. “For breakfast, usually some type of smoothie. I am swapping between a green smoothie and our Keep It Cleaner Berry Good Smoothie at the moment,” she told Elle. “At lunch, I usually have a big salad with lean protein or fish (tuna usually).” For a snack? “I always need something sweet at 3pm, so I'll have one our Keep it Cleaner Choc Cherry Protein Bars as a snack.” Finally, “I always mix up what I have for dinner. At the moment I am loving our Mexican bowls or baked fish with veggies.”

2. 80/20 Method

Laura is all about moderation. “I don't usually have a 'cheat day', as I don't deprive myself of anything and believe in everything in moderation,” Laura told Elle. “I follow the 80/20 philosophy and eat well most of the time but a few times a week if I am craving a treat—I have it. Sometimes there is nothing better than hot chips.”

3. Running

Laura pounds pavement. “My favorite way to move my body is to run. I run about 3-4 times a week. A run always clears my mind—it is my form of meditation,” she told Elle. Running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” says Mayo Clinic.

4. No Yoga

One workout Laura dreads? “a long yoga session—I want to learn, though! It is on my goals list for the year,” she said.

5. No Crash Diets

Laura avoids crash diet. “I try to stay healthy and balanced most of the time so I don't have to ever 'diet' or restrict myself. If I do have something coming up I just make sure I am eating well and moving my body as much as I can,” she told Elle.
