In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazing body in an exercise set while kicking off bottle caps. “It takes focus, determination, and decades of sweat to perfect the art of the bottle cap kick,” she captioned the Instagram clip. 1. Strength Training
Lindsay is all about strength training. “Nothing better than a good workout on the beach,” she captioned an exercise video. In it, she does a variety of simple but effective moves like planks, squats, situps, and running in place, while on the beach. “Been working super hard off track to get stronger. My strength has been a big challenge in these open wheel cars this year but I can see so much improvement already,” she captioned another post from the gym.
