Maja Kravarusic is modeling exercise clothes. In a new social media post the model and influencer flaunts her famous figure in a variety of looks from her new collection with Israeli clothing line TFS. “Come dress with me in my new capsule,” she captioned the Instagram video, driving her followers wild. “She is beautiful,” commented one of them. “🔥❤️🔥,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Dance

Maja loves to dance and even competed on Dancing with the Stars. “Half a year of intensive work training for this moment. When the heart is on 200 and doesn't believe it's over in a moment. And how much it was all worth it. Ups and downs, trips in the table, technique, give a show, feel every bit and bit in the body! Everyday, all day, 24/7. With each other, until the end,” she captioned a video.

2. Yoga

Maja enjoys doing yoga. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

3. Pilates

Maja is a Pilates girl. “We’re pushing it @juvisrael @hila_pilates,” she captioned a photo of herself on a reformer. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

4. Bubble Baths

Maja loves to relax by taking a hot bubble bath. “Only now and then 🤪,” she captioned a series of snaps of her taking baths. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

5. Jogging

Maja also runs. “Shawty go jogging every morning,” she captioned a post. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.
