Influencer Nienna Jade is known for her active lifestyle and love of nature, blending fitness and wellness in creative ways. She frequently shares how she incorporates her passions, like gardening and cooking, into her routine to stay healthy and happy. Recently, she posted a playful video of herself working out on a children’s playground, proving that fitness can be fun and adventurous. But her wellness journey goes beyond the gym—Jade is also passionate about growing her own food and whipping up nutritious meals, especially with ingredients like tomatoes from her garden. From boxing to jump roping, Jade keeps her routine dynamic and engaging while reaping the many benefits of an active, health-conscious lifestyle.

1. She Works Out on a Kid’s Playground

Kids aren’t the only ones who have fun on the playground. Wearing cute pink Adidas short shorts with a white side stripe and a black tank top, Jade makes her way up a child’s rock climbing wall before sliding down a green slide. There are plenty of workouts adults can do on the playground while thier kids play, such as park bench step-ups, monkey bar pull-ups, lunges around the park and more.

2. She Loves Tomatoes

Jade enjoys cooking and uses tomatoes in many dishes, including her homemade sales. She also stews tomatoes and freezes them for later use. Tomatoes are not only delicious but also healthy. “With powerful antioxidants, tomatoes boost your heart health and may lower your cancer risk,” the Cleveland Clinic states.

3. She Grows Her Food

One way Jade stays healthy is by gardening and growing her own food. From watermelon to peppers to pumpkins, Jade grows a lot of fruits and vegetables. According to the Mayo Clinic, growing your own garden can reduce stress levels, increase exercise, and help you eat healthier.

4. She Boxes

One way Jade stays fit is by boxing. In a YouTube video, the influencer shows off her boxing skills. “Both traditional boxing and fitness boxing bring a number of health benefits, both physical and emotional — and the more you box, the bigger the benefits!,” the Cleveland Clinic says. Boxing can improve heart health, boost endurance, enhances mental health wellbeing, provides total body strenth and helps with weight management, the site states.

5. She Jump Ropes

Nienna Jade.5karl-TV/YouTube

In addition to boxing, Jade jump ropes as a way to keep fit. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in,” according to the Cleveland Clinic.

Jessica Olie is a very successful influencer. She is known for her fitness content on Instagram. Olie recently enjoyed a trip to Arizona, and did a lot of hiking there. She shared a post on her page of herself and her boyfriend enjoying the scenery. Olie captioned it, “A sky full of stars 🌌 Hiking up in the dark under the stars was so special, I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many at once 🥹✨ No.7 to see the sunrise at the top of Cathedral Rock, I didn’t think we’d get any pink (wait for it) and then all of a sudden the whole sky changed colour 🌄🙏🏼”

She Hikes

As you can see from her Instagram post, Olie likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this post on Instagram of herself and her boyfriend enjoying a morning hike in Sedona. Olie captioned it, “Exploring the world with you 🥹🌵🥾🌄❤️🔥We hiked up Cathedral Rock in the dark to watch the sunrise at the top and it was one of my favorite things we’ve ever done ✨As we walked up, we watched a sky full of stars slowly turn pink just before the sun came up to say good morning 🌅”

She Strength Trains

Olie does a lot of strength training to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her favorite exercises in this Instagram post. Olie captioned it, “When I decided that I wanted to run 57miles (93km) for my Dad for charity in April 2025, I knew my training was going to have to change and running would of course take priority. BUT, my strength training has helped prep my bones and body so nicely for the increase in running and my yoga has of course done wonders for injury prevention. So, I’ve gone from 4 strength sessions a week to 2-3 & 0 runs a few months ago to now 5 x a week.”

She's Consistent

Olie makes sure to workout on a regular basis, no matter how busy her life gets. She shared one of her favorite quick workouts in this Instagram post. Olie captioned it, “To some this might look like an ‘incomplete’ workout, but this is what it looks like when you’re busy and don’t have as much time as normal to train but you still want to get your favorites in and MOVE. So, this is my workout from the other day. It was short, it was sweet and I hit a few of my favorites in 30min. Something is always better than nothing. I always feel better doing what I can with the time I have available to me, even if it looks different sometimes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

Jessica Olie is seen doing a pull-up.

Jessica Olie/Instagram

In the previous Instagram post, Olie is seen doing pull-ups. Gymless states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups can give size and strength to your upper body muscles. It allows you to target your lats, biceps, traps, and many more muscles. Practicing this consistently along with other variations that target different muscle groups, inevitably will give you the muscular aesthetics that you’re seeking. A study emphasized this by suggesting that this close kinetic chain exercise is designed to increase the muscular strength and endurance of the upper body and torso.”

She Does Lunges

Olie is also seen doing lunges with a barbell in the previous Instagram post. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, which makes them very beneficial to do. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

Ivy Ferguson is a professional model. She is known for her work as a Fashion Nova ambassador. Ferguson also has a large following on Instagram. Last month, she went to Cathedral George State Park for a hike, and shared highlights on her account. Ferguson captioned the post, “Otherwordly.”

She hikes

As you can see from her Instagram post, Ferguson likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shares a lot of posts on her page of herself going hiking. ACE Fitness states that hiking has a lot of benefits. “Hiking is cardiovascular in nature, so it can provide great benefit to heart health while also improving blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Hiking helps increase the strength in the leg muscles, builds stability in the core muscles and enhances balance skills. The more technical the terrain is, along with an increase in climbing intensity, the more balance and core strength is required because more muscles are being recruited to manage the steeper terrain. As you climb, the larger muscles in your legs are activated (such as the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings and calves), and on the descent, your glutes and quadriceps are working hard to prevent you from falling forward on the decline. Uneven terrain means many of the smaller stabilizer muscles are being worked, which increases stability and balance overall.”

She Swims

Ferguson spends a lot of time outside. An outdoor activity she does to keep herself in shape is going swimming. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Ferguson shared this video of herself in a hot spring. She captioned it, “Somewhere between gems and potatoes 🤎♨📍 Bonneville Hot Springs. Idaho has 120 soak-able hot springs, it’s one of my favorite states for this reason. It’s my second year in a row hot spring hopping in Idaho for my birthday and I’m well on my way to experiencing them all 🤎”

She Does Yoga

Ferguson likes to do yoga to keep herself in shape. And she doesn’t stick to the traditional classes. Ferguson shared this post on Instagram of herself taking a goat yoga class. According to John Hopkins Medicine, yoga has a lot of benefits. “Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility.Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength.”

Whey Protein

Juliana keeps her muscles growing by eating enough protein. She recently launched a new Whey Isolate with @soldiersnutrition, which comes in two new flavors: Lemon Pie and Passion Fruit Mousse! “Besides the amazing taste, he also delivers: 27g of protein per serving, Less carbs and less lactose, 0 fat and 0 sugar,” she writes. According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

Organize Your Method

Staying organized with your health and fitness routine is key, says Juliana. “Is your grind sabotaging you? Did you know this has to do with a lack of organization? But the organization is of no use if you keep doing what is not right for your goal! I want to challenge YOU who is lost and still haven't gotten good results! You will evolve much faster with our method that is individualized to your needs!” she writes in a post.

Walking On The Beach

Juliana gets her steps in. “A little of what went on in these very hot days,” she captioned a video of herself walking on the beach. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Self-Care Treatments

Juliana considers getting aesthetic treatments self-care. “I have always been very careful with the treatments I choose, especially my face. I had already done @harmonizegoldoficial on my glutes and saw that the results were incredible and super natural, so I had no doubts: I wanted to try it on my face! @drapriscillamartelli is a reference in harmonization and did the procedure on my face. Now I'm charmed by what I see in the mirror! It's that care that transforms not only the skin, but also our confidence! I feel even safer and happier! Your skin also deserves the best! Shall we join this self care journey?” she writes in a post.

Pia Miller is an actress, known for her role in the series, Home & Away. Miller also has a large following on social media. Last month, she shared a set of photos on Instagram of herself doing exercises on a Pilates reformer. She captioned it, “I always feel so blessed to be able to start my week with @kadeefit .. joyful , spirit filled body work like no other 🙏🏽🤎🫶🏽”

She Eats A Balanced Diet

Miller shared some of her wellness secrets with Vogue. She says that she believes in balance when it comes to her diet. "I am a firm believer in the 80/20 rule. 80% healthy, 20% treat. Depriving myself of certain foods has never worked for me, so I listen to my body and try to eat as healthy as possible when I can. I always feel better and have more energy when I’m eating well and that’s important when it comes to my kids and work."

She Stays Consistent

Miller tells Vogue that she tries her best to stay consistent with working out, and shared her secrets for doing so. "It’s tough and I’m definitely not perfect, but I just try my hardest to dedicate as much time as possible to the kids when work is busy. If I can’t exercise due to work or family then so be it – I don’t let it consume me or take over. Mixing family and exercise is always a win win – surfing with the kids, heading down to the park after work or going to school sport is always a good way to combine the two. Work is a different beast, but we make it work."

She Works With A Trainer

Personal,Fitness,Trainer,With,Workout,Plan,Close,Up,In,GymShutterstock

Miller tells Vogue that she likes to workout with a personal trainer. "I’m generally pretty active and my being on TV definitely is motivation enough to try and stay fit and healthy! So, I wouldn’t say I necessarily need the motivation to stay fit but I definitely need motivation when I am training. That’s why I love a trainer – to push me a little more than I would most likely push myself."

She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Miller tells Women’s Health that she does a variety of different things to keep herself in shape. “I used to do high-intensity training with a trainer but I just don’t have that time anymore, so I kick the footy with my boys and run around with them. We love the beach so we’re often swimming and playing in the water. I love going to yoga, too, but I can’t as much as I’d like so I’ve put a yoga mat in my dressing room. It’s just important to keep moving. I don’t exercise necessarily to look a certain way, but to feel a certain way. The more I do, the better and more energised I feel – I get tired at the appropriate times, I want to sleep at the appropriate time… my body starts responding accordingly.”

She Does Pilates

Miller is seen doing Pilates to keep herself in shape, as you can see from her Instagram post. Better Health states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates can be an aerobic and non-aerobic form of exercise. It requires concentration and focus, because you move your body through precise ranges of motion. It requires concentration in finding a centre point to control your body through movement. Each exercise has a prescribed placement, rhythm and breathing pattern.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
