Paige Hathaway is educating her followers about how to lose weight – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the influencer and fitness coach shows off her sensational body in a white crop top while talking calories. “What is a calorie deficit? In summary, it’s when you eat fewer calories than your body needs, causing it to burn fat for energy—simple but effective! 💪✨ For example, if your maintenance is 2000 calories, eating 1800 puts you in a deficit,” she writes about the Instagram video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. 80/20 Diet

Paige Hathaway.1Paige Hathaway/Instagram

Paige eats healthy most of the time. “I keep my diet 80/20, mostly sticking to whole foods like seafood, beans, quinoa, couscous, sweet potatoes, veggies, and lots of nuts and nut butters. But I still enjoy foods that might not be as healthy 20% of the time,” she says.

2. Lifting “Heavy”

Paige Hathaway.2Paige Hathaway/Instagram

Paige explained to Muscle & Fitness that strength training is the key to her fit figure. “I lift heavy with more compound movements 4-5 days week,” she said. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

3. HIIT

She also does high intensity interval training, AKA HIIT, “3-4 days a week on top of that,” she says. Her method is F45 Training, where she is an ambassador. She takes 45-minute classes that involve high intensity circuit training exercises. There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

4. Favorite Exercise

Paige Hathaway.4Paige Hathaway/Instagram

Paige also revealed “the piece of equipment I can’t live without”: Mini bands. “They’re a must for my weekly workouts—especially for leg day, traveling, or getting an effective workout at home,” she told Muscle & Fitness. As for her go-to workout? “The sled push is my favorite. It’s fun and works every muscle in your body!” she says.

5. The Toughest Exercise

As for the “toughest” exercise? The “man eater,” she says, “and it delivers the fastest results. You do a plank, pushup, renegade row on both sides, then burpee to shoulder press. At the top, you take it all the way back down. It’s absolutely exhausting.”

Jenna Fail is an extremely successful fitness influencer on Instagram. Last month, she shared her typical diet on her page. Fail eats things like chicken, grilled cheese and tomato soup, and collagen lattes. She captioned the post, “Some things change day to day depending on what I’m doing, but this is pretty average for not tracking and just going about my day.”

She Gets Enough Protein

Fail makes sure to get enough protein in her diet. She talked about her favorite foods in the caption of her Instagram post. “I tend to have eggs, chicken & sirloin each day and play up what I have with them to keep it interesting. I usually have 1-2 shakes per day (I use @1stphorm Phormula-1) and that helps me to more easily hit my protein goal.”

She Cooks

Fail likes to cook, and shares a lot of her favorite meals on Instagram. She shared this recipe for meatballs, captioning it, “All the great flavors of Thanksgiving all in one place! These Thanksgiving meatballs will be on your families meal rotation after you try them 😍 And even better, they whip up in no time! Preheat your oven to 375°. In a bowl mix: 1lb of ground turkey, 1/2 yellow onion (diced), 1 egg, 1/4-1/3 cup dried cranberries (I soaked mine in water overnight so they weren’t so chewy), Salt & paper, 1 box of herb stuffing, Green onion, Everything to your liking and preference. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done and that’s it! You can enjoy them just as they are but over rice or mashed potatoes with a little gravy and green onion would be amazing!! These are a great little holiday snack to keep stocked in the fridge 🤍 I have a feeling kids would love them too! Enjoy!”

She Focuses On Things She Can Control

Fail is all about focusing on things she can control. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “In a world that is unpredictable, chaotic, literally evil, and out of our single handed control - it’s best to put your focus on what you can control. Be aware of everything - but focus most on you & yours. Things you can control: Your mindset. Your daily movement. Choosing more nutrient dense foods. Daily prayer. Gratitude Being good to those around you and always offering help where you can. It’s easy to focus too deeply on the world problems that are too big for us to fix alone, but if we all fixed ourselves and followed the list above, there would be a whole lot more strong, kind, caring and gracious humans walking around which inherently would solve the bigger issues. World improvement starts with personal excellence.”

She's Consistent

Fail opened up about her fitness journey in the caption of this Instagram post. She says that she makes sure to stay consistent. “Continuing to show up is where you’ll always win. I’m so glad I fought through many uncomfortable years to finally get to where I am now. I live a super balanced life, I’m healthier than ever, my hormone health is perfect, my mentality on how I eat and train is practical and I feel amazing! The biggest thing I learned over the years is just how far baseline information and effort can take you. Nothing extreme is needed. I prioritize protein, supplement quality micronutrients, exercise to some capacity ~4x a week, drink plenty of water, optimized my hormones and get at least 7-8 hours of sleep.”

She Hikes

Fail likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this post on Instagram of herself and her partner hiking in the Grand Canyon. According to Piedmont, hiking has a lot of benefits. “Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise that builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis. Hiking can help you manage your weight. It is a joint-friendly form of exercise that can keep arthritis sufferers more limber and mobile.”

Fitness Influencer Meghan Callaway Shares "Step Up" Tips

Callaway shares her top workout tips for building strength and form.

Meghan Callaway, a fitness expert and influencer, is known for her practical advice and innovative workout techniques. From mastering step-ups to challenging core exercises, she consistently shares tips to optimize fitness routines. In a recent Instagram post, Callaway focused on perfecting step-ups, emphasizing proper form and technique: “Step-ups are a great exercise when performed correctly. Unfortunately, most people do not do them properly, so they do not obtain the full benefits.” Here’s a closer look at her approach to fitness and self-care.

She Does Step-Ups

As you can see from her Instagram post, Callaway likes to do step-ups to keep herself in shape. She shared her tips for doing them properly in the caption. “✅ When you are performing step-ups, the leg that is elevated on the surface should be doing most of the work (I prefer at least 75%). ❌ MANY people cheat by pushing off with their foot on the supporting side (usually forefoot/toes), and this makes the exercise MUCH less effective! ✅ One trick I find REALLY helps, and something I’ve been using for YEARS, is to pick up the toes of the supporting leg, and to not allow them to touch the floor for the duration of the exercise. ✅ You can see I’m only allowing my heel to lightly touch the floor. ✅ This makes it a LOT tougher to cheat with the supporting leg, and forces the planted/elevated leg to do most of the work.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣Many people ‘ego lift’ when they do step-ups! Less weight can often be more effective!”

She Does Core Workouts

Callaway shared some of her favorite core workouts in this Instagram video. She captioned the post, “If you want an extremely EVIL core challenge to sink your teeth into, give this exercise a try! This is advanced. By anchoring my feet this way AND contracting my hamstrings, I am inhibiting my hip flexors. I got this awesome idea from @lukahocevar . As Luka said, ‘my hamstrings were like WTF,’ so don’t be surprised if your hamstrings cramp 😂. While it’s widely known I’m a BIG advocate of hip flexor strengthening, when many people are trying to train their anterior and lateral core muscles their hip flexors often compensate. This amazing ‘hack makes the exercise SO much tougher because the hip flexors can no longer kick in.”

She Does Planks

Callaway is seen doing plank exercises in this Instagram video. Planks have a lot of benefits. Allina Health states, “If you want an exercise that engages most of your muscles in one easy step, then you should plank. The plank is a simple, effective bodyweight exercise that strengthens your core, as well as muscles in your upper and lower body. Core muscles, which include your back and abdomen, help you maintain posture and balance as you stand, sit and move throughout the day.”

She Does Squats

Callaway shared some of her favorite lower body exercises in these Instagram videos. In them, she is seen doing two different kinds of squats: split squats and negative Spanish squats. Callaway captioned the post, “Front heel elevated split squats + back foot elevated (with emphasis on forward knee tracking). Use a range that feels comfortable. 👉 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps per side. Negative Spanish squats. With Spanish Squats you will keep your shins in a vertical position for 100% of the movement, and there will be minimal ankle dorsiflexion. This can be a very knee friendly option.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ This is also an AMAZING leg finisher. 👉 2-3 sets of 6-12 reps.”

She Does Pull-Ups

Callaway likes to do pull-ups to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them. Callaway talked about her journey with the exercise in the caption. “Day 16 since I resumed pull-ups after a 7 month injury (radial nerve) layoff. 8 sets of 6. Final set (so I was a bit fatigued/form wasn’t as good). Then I did several sets of 2 reps of unassisted false grip pull-ups, and some banded sets of 5 reps. Usually I’d do these first but wasn’t planning on doing them so soon. The false grip felt surprisingly comfy. I basically did NO upper body training for 7 months. The injury would’ve resolved a LOT faster if I’d seen the good physio much sooner, but I had a lot of other stuff going on in my life and put my own recovery on the back burner. And I did several other treatments that normally would’ve been helpful, but ended up just REALLY provoking the nerve and setting me back. I’m filming pull-ups top off so I can make sure my pull is nice and even. When coming back from an injury it’s easy to guard and compensate, even when there are no symptoms. My form isn’t perfect yet, but will be. And I’ve regained a lot of my muscle as I lost a decent amount over my 7 month upper body layoff!”

Fitness influencer Paige Hathaway is modeling a bunch of new workout outfits and asking her 3.5 million followers what they think. Hathaway, 36, included pictures of herself wearing one-piece black workout gear, plus another of herself wearing two-piece black workout gear that emphasized her incredibly strong and toned physique. “Which photo is your favorite?” she captioned the post. “All beautiful in different ways,” a fan commented. Here’s how the trainer stays fit, healthy, and happy.

1. F45 Training

Paige.Hathaway.5Paige Hathaway/Instagram

Hathaway is a global ambassador for F45, something she feels strongly about. “Being a personal trainer myself, I find there are a lot of excuses for why people do not go to the gym: they are intimidated, they don’t know what to do, they don’t have any accountability, there are so many reasons,” she told Women’s Health. “The one thing I love about F45 is that they kind of crush all your excuses. It’s super innovative and there are screens on the wall showing you what to do.”

2. Pescatarian Diet With Lots of Carbs

Paige.Hathaway.4Paige Hathaway/Instagram

Hathaway enjoys a pescatarian diet. “So in the morning, I do a bean burrito with like some avocado, or a plant-protein smoothie,” she told Women’s Health. “I do a lot of carbs – I believe in good carbs, like rice and sweet potato and vegetables. I also eat a lot of fish and have two protein smoothies a day. Other than that, it’s pretty simple: just fish, vegetables and carbs.”

3. Phenomenal Results

Paige.Hathaway.3Paige Hathaway/Instagram

Hathaway does at least five F45 sessions a week. “It's a completely different style of workout to any class you'll find out there; the principle is to maximize your output with the most efficient and effective workout possible,” she told Who What Wear. “The Tabata/HIIT/interval style of training paired with functional movements continuously with ‘max on’ periods (generally around 30 to 40 seconds) interspersed with rest periods (between 10 and 20 seconds) is what really makes me sweat and see phenomenal results!"

4. No Burpees Please!

Paige.Hathaway.1Paige Hathaway/Instagram

Hathaway loves strength training and can’t stand burpees. “Monday, Wednesday and Friday is cardio, Tuesday and Thursday is strength training and weekends are a combination,” she told Women’s Health. “I love HIIT and strength training so if I had to choose my favorite days, it would be the weekend.”

5. Self-Care

Hathaway takes a full day off from training once a week. "I see a chiropractor on a weekly basis because good spine health is what keeps your body functioning properly!” she told Who What Wear. “I go in for some corrective scoliosis work paired with some spine rejuvenation. I also think it's very important for active people to get a deep tissue massage at least once a month. Massages decrease acute inflammation caused by overuse of muscles and are helpful in decreasing stiffness, pain, and inflammation."

Kim French is revealing the workout behind her amazing glutes – in her workout gear. In a recent social media post the fitness influencer flaunts her famous behind in a two-piece exercise set during a sweat session at the gym. “Spicy glute focused leg day 🔥🌶That triset will make your buns NUMB 😵‍,” she writes in the caption of the series of Instagram clips. “Listen ladies, I cannot make you get up and get your workouts done every day, but I can help with exactly what to do to get the best possible results for your efforts!” What is the workout and how does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. She Started by Cutting Calories and Running

Card,With,The,Word,Calories.,Cutting,Calories.,Cutting,Calories.,TopShutterstock

Three months after having her second child, Kim decided it was time to get back into shape. She was 182 pounds, 40 pounds heavier than her pre-pregnancy weight and she was regularly, “binge eating just to get through the sleepless nights,” she told Women’s Health. “So I decided to cut calories and start running, which I had never done before. With my new routine, I started to see changes on the scale, but I felt miserable. I didn’t enjoy running very much, and I was starving all the time on my 1,200-calorie-a-day diet—but I thought ramping up my cardio and lowering my calories was the only way to lose weight. Plus, it was technically working.”

2. Her Husband Introduced Her to Strength Training

“When I hit 140 pounds, I was back to my more ideal weight, but was completely unhappy with the way I looked. I had lost a lot of body fat, but I was still wobbly—I was, as some people call it, ‘skinny fat.’ My husband, who works out religiously, convinced me to go to the gym with him. I had never been to a gym before in my life, but I agreed to go and just test a few of the weight machines. I was so nervous. I felt very intimidated and thought everyone was going to be looking at me, judging me for not knowing what I was doing,” she continued. “But when I got in there, I realized that everyone was doing their own thing and didn’t really take much notice of me. I tried a few machines and, to my surprise, liked it. I liked feeling sore, I wanted to tone up and get stronger, and I liked lifting more than I liked doing cardio—so I signed up and soon started going to the gym on my own.”

3. LISS Workouts

“In the beginning, I was following up my weight training with an hour of cardio. I wasn’t that strong and didn’t know exactly what I was doing, so I would just do the exercises on low weight and practice my form. After learning more about technique, I started doing just 30 minutes of LISS (low-intensity steady state) cardio after lifting weights,” she continued. “I liked doing cardio after my weights so I could use up the energy from my pre-workout meal on lifting, and then burn off the rest during a cardio portion. I usually started with heavy compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and hip thrusts, and then moved on to isolation exercises. I put a lot of focus and effort into my glutes, cranking out exercises like squats, deadlifts, glute bridges, hip thrusts, and using the hip-abduction machine. But I'd also deliberately mix up every single session to keep my muscles shocked and growing. After a few months of training I started to see noticeable differences in my muscles as they began to grow and tighten. My workouts now: Tuesday is legs/glutes, Wednesday is back/arms, Thursday is legs/glutes and Friday is shoulders. Sometimes this changes depending on my kids’ schedules, but that’s my usual routine.”

4. Amping Up Her Caloric Intake

She also started eating more. “One of the biggest factors contributing to my success was ditching my 1,200-calorie diet. It was a struggle to get my head around eating all those extra calories since I didn’t want to put weight back on, but I just had to trust the process and forget about the scales. I discovered that the more food I fed my body, the more the muscles would grow, so I kept upping my calorie and protein intake until I was consuming 2,000 calories per day—and this is when I started to see the real progress, especially in my glutes, the area I focused a lot of effort on,” she told Women’s Health. “One thing I wish I had known from the beginning is that weight lifting increases your metabolism, which burns body fat faster—I put myself through such a miserable time with undereating and doing hours of cardio and home HIIT workouts, when what I really needed to be doing was lifting.”

5. 2,000 Calories Per Day and Counting Macros

“Now, I still eat 2,000 calories per day over five smaller meals. I eat every three hours starting at 9 a.m. and make sure each meal contains a ton of protein, adding up to at least 150 grams a day to help my muscles repair and build. I track my macros to make sure I am getting the right amount of protein, but I am not too strict about it. If I am hungry and I want a snack, then I have one. I listen to what my body needs, and what it wants—there aren’t any foods I will never eat. On the weekends, I allow myself treats; if I want chocolate then I will eat it, but I just try not to binge, and instead indulge in moderation,” she says.

6. Her Glute Workout

“Are you ready to bake those cakes?” she asks in her recent post, revealing her go-to exercises for glutes:

  • DB Deficit Static Lunges - 12 reps per leg x 3. “Adding the deficit creates more ROM,” she says.
  • Barbell Sumo Deadlifts - 10 reps x 4
  • Triset x 3

~ Banded DB Hip Thrusts x 10 reps

~ Banded DB 1/2 rep Hip Thrusts x 10 reps

~ Banded Abductions x 50 reps

  • Smith Sumo Squats - 8 reps x 3
  • Landmine Squat into RDL - 8 reps x 3. “Notice how I’m not fully extending up and keeping constant tension in my glutes,” she says.
  • Single Leg Leg Press - 10 reps per leg x 2

In her latest Instagram post, Sharvari showcased her grit with a hardcore beach workout, flipping a massive tire in the sand. Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
