Influencer Tawna Eubanks in Two-Piece Workout Gear Enjoys "Summer Sun"
Tawna Eubanks is enjoying the sun in her workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness influencer flaunts her incredible body in an exercise set while out and about. Four Day Training Split
"I've had the most success with a four day training split. I split up my body into two groups, upper body and lower body. I train each group twice per week," Tawna told Simply Shredded about her routine. Saturday and Sunday are her rest days.

- Glute Kickbacks: "Not a favorite but I am always down to work on my booty!" she told Simply Shredded.
- Shoulder Press: "They always seem to get me a good pump going and who doesn't love a good pump," she said.
- Abs: "It takes a lot for me to get tired on abs so I like to challenge myself and see how far I can go each time!" she revealed.
6 Meals a Day
Tawna eats six meals a day. "I have a fast metabolism so I get to eat quite a bit of good food!" she told Simply Shredded.

Tawna enjoys equestrian sports. "Just out here horsin' around🐴🍁🏔️🌲," she captioned a photo of herself riding a horse. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.
She Sticks to Cardio
When trying to cut down, Tawna sticks to normal cardio. "I'm naturally thin, and it's hard for me to maintain muscle so I prefer to use normal cardio over HIIT," she told Simply Shredded.
