Taylor Chamberlain is modeling a workout onesie. In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazing figure in a one-piece exercise outfit designed by one of her pals. “Love you and your buttery fabric,” she writes on the Instagram Stories image. “She has created something so special.” How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Drink Coffee

Taylor enjoys the perks of coffee. "Despite popular belief, caffeine is not bad for you," she told Bodybuilding. She enjoys hers with a tablespoon of vanilla-almond milk creamer, which keeps her within her macros for the day. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

2. Protein

Taylor prioritizes protein. "I try and have well-balanced meals throughout the day, with a steady flow of protein to help utilize protein synthesis to its max. I also try and make sure I am getting carbs in before and after my workouts (especially after—whether I am dieting or not). At night I tend to have a bit more carbs because I find that they help me sleep a lot better,” she tells Bodybuilding. According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

3. Here Is Her Booty Workout

Taylor recently shared her “Humpday Booty Burner,” revealing the exercises she does.

- 4x10 Bulgarian Split Squats (each side)

- 4x10 Barbell Hip Thrusts superset with Bodyweight Hip Thrusts

- 4x10 Goodmornings

- Triple Set:

- 4x10 Sumo Squats

- 4x10 Sumo Jump Squats

- 4x10 Sumo Bodyweight Squats

- 4x10 Box Jumps

4. Yoga

Taylor gets her zen on. “Recently I’ve been working really hard to listen to my body, and on days where I need to just slow down a bit yoga has been such a great way to show my body some love,” she revealed in a social media post. “The video is sped up, but take your time with each movement to fully feel the stretch. Complete each flow 3-4 times! Comment below if you’re planning to try this flow!!” There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

5. Visualizing Muscles

Taylor has a tactic for making the most of every exercise she does. "When you're targeting a specific muscle group, your mind-muscle connection is extremely important," explains Chamberlain. "Always try to visualize the muscle as you're working on it."
