Cirio opened up about how she lost the baby weight in a 2018 interview. She says that she started her journey off by walking. "The body is wise and you have to let it settle on its own, but the first months I put up with it, because I didn't want to get away from her for even a second. Also, after the C-section I couldn't train much, so I only went for a walk."

She Loves Zumba

Cirio also said in her interview that she went to Zumba classes to help herself lose her baby weight. "After two months, I started practicing Strong by Zumba three or four times a week, because I wanted to get back in shape. I weighed 60 kilos and I didn't want to see myself like this anymore, because a large part of my job is to do physical activity and expose my body. Thanks to the fact that I practiced it four times a week for an hour, with these exercises I managed to lose six kilos in 28 days. Still, it doesn't take much effort. The class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardiovascular exercise, and plyometric movements."

She Eats A Variety Of Healthy Foods

Cirio makes sure to eat healthy. She also makes sure to eat a bunch of healthy options. Cirio shared her diet on her Instagram story. "I try to eat at least 1 or 2 fruits a day," she says. "At lunch and dinner, I always incorporate vegetables, accompanied by proteins (like all kinds of proteins)."

She Manages Her Cellulite

Cirio is known for not having cellulite, which has left many wondering what her secrets are. She shared her secrets on her Instagram story. "Drinking a lot of fluids. I do lymphatic drainage (manually or with massage therapy boots) and the training plus walks."

Cirio is a big fan of yoga. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing poses outside. Cirio talked about her love of yoga in the post's caption.
