Jordyn Woods is heating up Europe in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the model steams up Mykonos in her swimsuit while vacationing with her boyfriend, Karl-Anthony Towns, and some of his teammates. “Fly you out to Greece,” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she prioritize her health? Read on to see 7 of Jordyn Woods’ top diet and fitness tips for staying in shape and the photos that prove they work.
1. Take a Shot of Apple Cider Vinegar

“I try to take a shot of apple cider vinegar a day,” Jordyn revealed to Elle Canada. “I mix it with water just because it’s too acidic normally. It just doesn’t taste too nice.”
2. Make Your Workouts Count
“I try to do at least 20 to 30 minutes of cardio, starting to warm up and get your heart rate going. And then it’s good to always do abs. So every time you work out, do 30 minutes of cardio, always do abs, and then each day you can focus on a different part of your body. So one day you can focus on weight lifting for your arms and shoulders, one day for your back and one day for your legs,” Jordyn told Elle Canada about her approach to exercise.
3. Stay Active
Even when Jordyn isn’t at the gym you can find her sweating. In this reel she shoots hoops with friends. "Yes I train like an athlete, no I have no other reason except for the fact that I enjoy it," she captioned it. She also revealed on Instagram that she likes to play baseball. "Just a little baseball game to bring in the Labor Day weekend yesterday," she captioned another clip.
4. Take the Stairs
There’s an easy way to get your steps in, Jordyn says. "Take the stairs instead of taking the elevator or the escalator. Just make a conscience effort to do something to help benefit your well-being because your physical health can even help your mental health," she captioned an Instagram posts..
5. Use Resistance Bands

Jordyn is a big proponent of resistance bands. "I'm always traveling," she has said. "I'm always on the go and I wanna stay focused, but when I leave the country or just even leave the state, if I'm there for a week, a month, two weeks, however long, I don't wanna go find a gym, get a membership, leave the hotel even." She added: "These are really, really good for building muscle and just toning, especially."
6. Spin
Jordyn is a big fan of cycling. “I love SoulCycle, actually,” she told Elle Canada. “I used to do it a lot more often, and it’s such a good way to work out because you sweat – you’re bicycling the whole time. They always play good music, and just have a really good vibe.”
7. Eat Healthy
You can’t out-exercise a bad diet, says Jordyn. “I really like smoothies. Like a protein shake or a fruit smoothie. Or an apple. They’re easy, ‘cause after I workout, I don’t want to eat anything too heavy,” she dished to Elle Canada. You also won’t find her eating any greasy food. “I try to not eat too much fast food, but if I am going to go to a fast-food restaurant, it’s most likely In-N-Out back home, or Shake Shack in New York. And I love sushi.”
