Julianne Hough has never been afraid to show off her body. Her Instagram is full of bikini post. Julianne shared a video of herself enjoying a hotel pool in Portugal on her page. In it, she wore a brown bikini. Julianne captioned the post, “Life was 50 shades of blue when I stayed at the @areiasdoseixo 💙 This gorgeous hotel is a must visit if you’re in Portugal! The views of the cerulean ocean and endless skies are unparalleled and the rooms are simply magical. She’s A Dancer

Julianne has been dancing since she was a child, and has competed in and won many Latin Ballroom competitions. Her skills got her a spot as the youngest professional dancer on the series Dancing with The Stars at 18, and won two mirrorball trophies from her stint on the show.

She Isn’t Afraid to Indulge

 

Julianne tries to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but reveals that she isn’t afraid to indulge. “I try to cut myself some slack if I’m being consistent with my nutrition and activity,” she says to People. “If I am craving a piece of chocolate I go for something dark to satisfy the craving.”

She Drinks Juice Before A Morning Workout

Julianne revealed her daily diet to People, and revealed that she works out in the mornings, and drinks green juice prior to doing so. Julianne says her recipe is, “Green juice with 1 cucumber, spinach, kale, pear, celery, carrot, green apple, ginger, lemon, and beets.”

She Drinks A Lot Of Water

In order to keep up her busy lifestyle, Julianne has to stay hydrated each day. She tells People that she drinks “4-6 glasses of water a day.” According to The Mayo Clinic, drinking enough water each day has a lot of benefits. “Every cell, tissue and organ in your body needs water to work properly. For example, water: Gets rid of wastes through urination, perspiration and bowel movements. Keeps your temperature normal. Lubricates and cushions joints. Protects sensitive tissues.”

She Works Out Her Core

Julianne has an impressive set of abs. Naturally, her daily workouts involve a lot of focus on her core. “I’m a big believer that everything stems from your core,” she tells SELF. She says that she’s a big fan of bodyweight exercises like planks and oblique workouts. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability.”
