Julie Sariñana Shows Off Fit Body and Flat Belly, Saying "Sun, Breeze, Tan, Sea"
Julie Sariñana is winding down her "European Summer" – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Sincerely Jules blogger shows off her amazing body in a swimsuit while vacationing by the ocean. "Sun, breeze, tan, sea. 🫶🏽," she captioned the Instagram video. "Picture perfect," one of her followers commented. "Your tan is my life goal 😍❤️🔥" added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
Hydration
According to Julie "drinking plenty of water," is what makes her skin glow. "I don't really drink wine…I'll have a Margarita here and there, but that's the only drink I have and it's only occasionally. I try to keep things mellow, at home," she told Women's Health. She also loves an electrolyte enhanced drink. "Coconut water saves all," she told Chalkboard Mag. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Exercise
Julie doesn't skip a workout. "I love to workout. I do better when I'm at home in LA and not traveling – when I'm on the move, I find it hard: you've got meetings at 9am and the last thing you want to to is get up at 6am [to train.]" she says. "At home, I'll be really consistent and workout six times a week with one of the two personal trainers that I see."
Boxing and the Gym
"I do boxing classes, go to the gym and then sometimes I'll go hiking.' Is she a short and sharp exerciser, or does she prefer a longer train?" Julie told Women's Health. "For boxing and the gym, I'll do an hour long session. Depending on how much I have going on, I might do an hour long session in the morning and one in the evening." Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.
Portion Sizes
While Julie doesn't diet, she does have certain food rules she follows. "I don't follow a specific diet," explains Julie. "But I try to eat the things that I enjoy in moderation and watch my portion size. I'd rather do that than be super strict, because I want to have fun. I think it's about being mindful."
Healthy Food
Julie has a few healthy treats and cheat meals. "Açaí bowls, all day every day," she told Chalkboard Mag. "I wouldn't call it a splurge, but when I want to be bad I go for fish tacos and pizza."
