This is her diet and exercise routine.

Love Island star Kaz Crossley is celebrating becoming an official Thai citizen by sharing pictures on social media. Crossley is currently in Bangkok, Thailand, soaking up the warm weather in a black swimsuit as she poses by a sparkling pool. Her happy emotions are evident by the big smile on her face. "My first photo as a Thai citizen πŸ™πŸΌπŸ‡ΉπŸ‡," she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Crossley stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

Never Skips Breakfast

Crossley enjoys a protein and healthy fat-packed breakfast. "My fav meal is breakfast, it starts my day off and I would never skip it," she says. "It normally consists of egg, avocado and toast! In many differentiations. [my favorite snack is] Greek yogurt 0 percent fat with blueberries, apple slices with peanut butter. And of course edamame!"

2

Martial Arts Training

Crossley mixes up her workouts, going from martial arts to resistance bands training. "I love training Muay Thai," she says. "I stretch mostly my legs and back each morning to start off the day: Backbends, forward fold, forward fold in straddle, lunges, downward dog." When she's working out at home Crossley swears by bands and weights by b_nd and the Shreddy app.

3

Lots of Protein

Crossley enjoys eating protein and plant-based foods as much as possible. "[I eat] as much protein as possible," she says. "I love eating boiled eggs as a snack. After I love to keep it clean with a chicken salad. I eat clean. I love eating at my vegan restaurant at the top of my road where I normally get a salad and quinoa with vegetable curry. I don't usually tend to eat after 6pm.

4

Exercise For Mental Health

Crossley works out for the mental as well as physical benefits. "I exercise at least three times a week, even if it's just a 20-minute jog if I'm really busy, to make myself feel better," she says. "I exercise to feel good mentally, not just to stay fit. I prefer the mornings – but in the summer I exercise a lot in the evening because I'm enjoying my day. I consider my Thai kick-boxing a sport. I'm not training to fight or anything, but in the past year I've been doing it a lot more regularly and going to training camps."

5

No Crazy Diets

Crossley enjoys vegan and vegetarian foods but isn't strict about it. "I enjoy eating healthy food, but I don't restrict myself or have a set diet," she says. I prefer soya and oat milk in my coffee because I drink a lot of it and they make me less bloated, but I'm not lactose in-tolerant. I love going out after the gym and having poached eggs, avocado and smoked salmon."
