Find out how she stays fit and healthy.

Kerly Ruiz is training her legs – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness personality shows off her amazingly fit figure during an exercise session. “Workout of the day!! Here I leave you today's exercise for quadriceps!!” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Here's What She Eats in a Day

Kerly shared a sample day of eating, starting with breakfast: 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg

30g of oats or 1/2 potatoes. Next up, a snack, a protein shake and 2 small Colombian potatoes. Then, for lunch she has 140g chicken with 100g rice and a green salad. For a snack she has 90g shrimp and zucchini vegetable pasta. And finally, for dinner she has 110g of fish with 1 egg and green salad.

Intermittent Fasting

In order to “lose weight, burn fat and get super fit” Kerly intermittent fasts, which she calls her eating method. Intermittent fasting works by “prolonging the period when your body has burned through the calories consumed during your last meal and begins burning fat,” explains Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Low Carb Diet

Kerly is on a low carb diet, she told El Estimulo, revealing she only eats “light” sandwiches. “I try not to eat a lot of bread because it makes my belly bigger, but when I can, I use whole wheat bread. I try to combine it with protein, which is very important to maintain muscle. I like to put some dressings that give flavor to the sandwich so that the diet is pleasant and I don't get bored,” she says. “Olives, avocado, olive oil, alfalfa, whole wheat toast, a grilled chicken breast and a little mustard, because it's the only dressing that doesn't have calories. No mayonnaise, no tomato sauce.”

She Counts Calories

“My diet only allows me a low-calorie sandwich, between 150 and 180 calories, which could be eaten mid-morning - I eat 6 times a day - because you can't eat carbohydrates at night. I try to find the right flavors, since I live on a diet. I put a little bit of what I have at home, avocado, which even though it has fat, it's the good kind, tomato too, so to speak, you can't overdo it either, and olive oil, which is a good fat for the body, skin, hair and nails,” she added.

No Mayo

One ingredient that she would never put in a sandwich? “Mayonnaise because I think that first of all it's greasy for the skin, it gives you acne and secondly it goes to your belly, your rolls. I don't like mayonnaise at all,” she said.

Powerlifter Kristy Hawkins Shares "Squat Workout"

Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Kristy Hawkins is getting a workout in and explaining why she opted out of Queen of the Platform. In a new social media post the powerlifter shows off her strength and impressive physique in a two-piece exercise set during a workout. “So this was my last squat workout before flying out to Florida to compete at Queen of the Platform, and I felt some tearing in my right outer quad halfway up. The swelling was not that bad so I thought there was about a 50/50 chance I could still compete. I flew out here, weighed in, and warmed up to about 200kg before making the difficult decision to pull out of the meet. It’s a pretty minor injury but I still felt a sharp pain that let me know it was not going to be a good day. I just need a little more time to heal,” she captioned the Instagram video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are all of her top diet and fitness tips.

Cardio Doesn't Always Cut It

Close,Up,Shoes,Woman's,Muscular,Legs,Feet,During,Running, TreadmillShutterstock

Kristy, a PhD, was overweight as a teen. She told Muscle & Fitness that she struggled and used extreme dieting to lose weight, and developed an eating disorder. She also devoted a lot of time to “work off” the excess weight with cardio and dance.

Take a Walk

Kristy understands the importance of getting her steps in. Luckily her dog, He-Man the Pug, who accompanies her to the gym, motivates her to walk. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Swim

Kristy also enjoys swimming — and so does He-Man. “Had to repost from @he_man_the_pug because I love him so much and am slightly sorry I traumatized him. But I loved how he kept trying to climb on top of my shoulders,” she joked in a caption about one of their swimming sessions. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Train Your Brain

Aside from being one of the best female powerlifters of all time, Kristy is always training her mind. She is actually a biologist! “Not powerlifting-related but this is how @he_man_the_pug and I spend our days. I’m proud to be a co-founder and CSO of Antheia using synthetic biology to revolutionize the way plant-inspired medicines are manufactured. #dogsofantheia #science,” she captioned a post.

Lift Weights

However, it wasn’t until she started strength training that she was able to heal. “In the same way my brain seemed natural to respond to learning about science and math,” she explains to Muscle & Fitness, “my body responded to exercise and training. I found that developing these two aspects of my life – mind, and body – created a balance that I found extremely rewarding.”

The key to real progress isn’t some magic motivation. It’s building trust with yourself by keeping the small promises you make every day. Show up, even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard.”

In her Instagram video, Corey is seen on the treadmill. According to Healthy Talbot, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Jogging or running on a treadmill helps to lose weight as well as burn fat quickly and effectively. Yet it’s easier on your knees and joints than outdoor running. This is the most popular advantage of working out on a treadmill workouts. Besides, these workouts burn calories at a faster rate than other aerobic exercises. To burn calories even faster, you just need to run longer and faster on the machine.”

Corye talked about this in the caption of this Instagram video. “Did you know...Running less *can* actually make you a better runner‼️Back when I first started, I thought more miles were the only way to get better. But after years of overtraining, burnout, and injuries, I’ve learned that strength training and smarter running made all the difference: 💪 Faster recovery 🚀 My endurance and speed improved 🛡️ Stay injury-free 🏅This EXACT approach helped me qualify for the Boston Marathon Now, I’m training for my 15th marathon—(my first in 8 years)—and I’ve never felt stronger. If you’re just starting your running journey (or trying to fall back in love with it), you don’t have to do it the hard way like I did.”

She Cooks Healthy Meals

Corey makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She makes a lot of her own meals. Corey shared this video on Instagram of herself making a burrito. She captioned it, “THE BEST BREAKFAST BURRITOS 🌮As a Dietitian, I fully believe healthy eating doesn't have to be boring ✋ I love burritos as they are SO easily customizable for your own preferences and macronutrient needs. INGREDIENTS: (per 1 Burrito): 1 Mission Sun Dried Tomato Wrap (you can use whole wheat or low carb). 3 serv Egg Beaters (or you can sub whole eggs 🍳). 1/2 Chicken Sausage Link. 1/4 cup roma tomato, diced. 1/4 green bell pepper, diced. 1/8 red onion, diced. 14 grams servings lite Mexican cheese. 4 Alexia Sweet Potato Puffs (optional but adds a nice texture). Creamy Sirracha sauce (optional). DIRECTIONS: •Add sweet potato puffs to air fryer (9 mins, 400 F) •chop tomato, peppers, onion, and sausage •cook veggies and sausage in a pan •add eggs to pan and cook until done •wrap everything in your burrito + cheese, and the sweet potato puffs then add to the air fryer to crisp for 3 mins! Then it's ready to eat and enjoy. I like to dip mine in some creamy sriracha.”

She Does Leg Workouts

Corey doesn’t skip leg day. In this Instagram video, she is seen doing workouts like lunges and abductors. Corey captioned the post, “Who’s ready to build their booty shelf? 🍑✨ Weak glutes? 🚨 They’re not just a missed gym goal—they can lead to: 👉 Poor posture 🪑 👉 Back pain 😖 👉 Knee strain 🦵 👉 Hip instability 😬 But when you focus on building strong glutes, the benefits are huge! As a runner, strong glutes mean: 🏃♀️ Better stride power (hello, faster splits!) ⛰️ Climbing hills with ease (no more burning quads) 🛡️ Reduced risk of injuries like IT band syndrome and shin splints 🔄 Better running efficiency for endurance. For the average gym-goer? Strong glutes = improved balance, stronger lifts, and greater mobility. Whether you’re squatting, lunging, or just living life, your glutes are the MVP of lower-body strength and stability. I’m on my journey to stronger cheeks this year so if you’re ready to grow buns of steel and take your workouts to the next level, make sure to follow & let’s build that booty shelf together 🤝”

Karrueche Tran is showing off her workout moves – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post the model shows off her amazing body in a sports bra and leggings during a rigorous workout at the gym. In the Instagram Reel she perfectly executes a key kettlebell move, proving to her millions of followers that she is strong and hardcore when it comes to fitness. What is the exercise responsible for her cut arms? Celebwell has the details.

1. Karrueche’s Exercise: Kettlebell Gorilla Rows

Karrueche.TranKarrueche Tran/Instagram

In the clip, Karrueche squats down and does kettlebell gorilla rows. “Gorilla Rows are a great Bent-Over-Row exercise variation that target the muscles of the upper back, including the lats, rhomboids, and trapezius, as well as the shoulders and biceps,” explains the Fitting Rooms London. “They also help develop core stability and lower body isometric strength as the movement requires holding a static hip-hinge whilst rowing unilaterally.”

2. Here’s How to Do Them

Karrueche.Tran.2Karrueche Tran/Instagram

Here’s how to do the move, according to the gym. Position two kettlebells of the same weight side-by side. In a mid-wide stance squat down and hinge your body forward, reaching for the bells without arching your back. Grip both and row one elbow back, aiming for your belly button. Repeat with the other arm.

3. She Works Out Three Times a Week

Red,Circle,Marked,On,Three,Days,Calendar,For,Reminder,OrShutterstock

Karrueche exercises “at least three times a week,” she told Muscle & Fitness. In addition to weight lifting she does barre workouts. “Barre is good for the thighs and the booty, and I’m all about the booty. I also work with a trainer in the gym. I use machines. I do squats and sumo squats with the bar on my shoulders, and lunges with dumbbells. I’m tiny, so I don’t want to use too much weight. I don’t want to be a little stick with muscle.”

4. She Also Does Yoga

“I do really hot yoga, like 110 degrees,” she reveals, noting that she loves Hot 8 in Los Angeles. — A California-based yoga studio chain that provides different styles of hot yoga, incorporating free weights and cardio exercises. “Hot 8 increases stamina and strength and provides a total body workout,” she told HollywoodLife.“I love that it isn’t just a workout. I can also detox my skin, my face, my body, just everything. It just makes me feel so good and powerful. Not only are you cleansing your body and your face, you’re just stretching and you’re flexible.”

5. She Makes Sure to Hydrate

Because she exercises so intensely, Tran prioritizes hydration. “My one thing is, I drink lots of water,” she told HollywoodLife. “I know it sounds cliché, but I try to drink big bottles of water. I try to drink at least one a day, or two, but it should be three per day, so three liters a day.” According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Krissy Cela is showing off her baby bump in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the pregnant fitness influencer flaunts her amazing body during a leg day workout. “Not going to lie it’s hitting me hard now. 33 weeks pregnant and workouts are feeling HARD! time to slow it down but first let me just finish this leg workout,” she writes. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care and what is her intense leg routine? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. This Is Her Leg DayWorkout

Here is her leg day workout:

  1. Squats: 5 sets 6/7 reps
  2. Explosive step ups: headers when you’re carrying a pineapple 😭 4 sets 7-8 reps each leg
  3. RDL: 4 sets 10-12 reps
  4. Leg press: 4 sets failure.

2. Waking Up Early

Analog,Alarm,Clock,Displaying,Five,O'clock,On,A,Yellow,BackgroundShutterstock

Krissy gets up for the day “around half five or six,” she told Closer. “The reason I wake up so early, it sounds ridiculous, but it helps me do everything I need to do for myself before I can give myself to everybody else. I have this concept where it's all fair and well doing things for the people we love, but if we're not taking some time out for ourselves, to check in or be productive, we'll constantly feel bottom of the list. So I wake up, half five or six o'clock.”

3. Protein Shakes

Glass,With,Protein,Shake,,Jug,Of,Milk,And,Powder,OnShutterstock

Krissy makes sure to get enough protein. “So for me, every single day I have protein shakes, it's just convenient. It's a great way for me to up my protein intake, but it's something I don't rely on. Food is key. Protein shakes are a step up from what you already have, so if you don't have a healthy diet or consistent training routine, then you can't expect it to do what it's supposed to do,” she adds to Closer.

4. Workout and Meal Prep

Cela outlines some of her top health habits in an Instagram post. The first one? Workout and meal prep. “It’s a small win but one that’s helped me with mental fatigue. When you know what you’re wearing you don’t need to stress about it,” she says about choosing her outfit the night before. As for meal prep, she suggests planning for the week ahead. “I have to always meal prep it just sets me up to succeed and also it saves money,” she says in the post. In the clip, she makes a batch of food and separates it into glass containers.

5. Plan Workouts and Don’t Wing It

Another one of her top tips? “Having a set gym program and not doing random workouts,” she writes. “I can seriously bet my entire life… not even bantering that the moment you have a set gym program you will absolutely see your entire life change.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
