In them, she is seen in a black coat, a swimsuit, and sitting down. Kapoor received a lot of praise in her comments. How does she stay so fit? 1. She Works With A Trainer

Kapoor works with trainer, Namrata Purohit, to help her stay in shape. Purohit shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of the two of them exercising. The Australian Institute of Fitness reports that having a trainer leads to a lot of benefits. “Having an educated personal trainer beside you to demonstrate the correct posture and technique is invaluable. A personal trainer will ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and efficiently, in order to maximise results. Good form when performing exercises is also essential in reducing the risk of injury. Many people every year are seriously injured by performing exercises they have not received training for, and this can impact their health and fitness for a long time. Having someone trained in how to execute certain tasks will greatly reduce the level of risk and increase the effectiveness of your fitness routine.”

2. She Does Fun Workouts

Purohit makes sure to have fun when Kapoor works out with her. In this video, the two are seen tapping lights while in plank position. Purohit talked about why she makes Kapoor’s sessions fun in the caption. “Playing a game and burning it up with @khushi05k 🔥 fitness is so much more than we think - reaction time, mind body coordination, focus, concentration and of course the obvious strength, stability, balance! It all matters ⭐️ and we make sure we work on it all! And have fun while we are at it.”

3. She Does Full Body Workouts

When it comes to working out, Kapoor doesn’t skip a part of her body. Purohit does a lot of full-body workouts with her. Purohit shared this video on Instagram of herself and Kapoor doing a session. In it, they are seen doing squats and tricep and bicep curls with cables and a bar. Purohit captioned the post, “A full body workout this morning with @khushi05k ! 🔥 Working on everything.. strength, mobility, balance, stability and more.”

4. She Does Pilates

Kapoor does a lot of Pilates with Purohit. Her trainer shared this photo of the two of them using a reformer on Instagram. The Houston Methodist states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “As far as what muscles Pilates works, it's technically considered a total body workout. In working the entire body, though, Pilates' movements are primarily designed to target your core muscles, including your: Abdominal muscles. Hip muscles. Gluteal muscles. Lower and upper back muscles. Inner thigh muscles. The goal is to be in total control of your body as you move. That requires beginning from your central core muscles and using the stability these muscles provide to smoothly control your arms, legs and other extremities.”

5. She Gets Her Vitamin D
