In one of her latest social media posts the Bollywood star jumps in the ocean in her swimsuit. “Happy Birthdayyyy to meeeee🐬🥳😝 #blessed #Grateful for every day and all the love,” she captioned the Instagram post. 1. Go for a Run

Kiara hits the pavement. “I love to get a 20-minute run in, especially before something important. It gives me a great glow,” she told Vogue India. “Running is one of the most effective, time-efficient workouts around, but if you get off on the wrong foot, it’s hard to stay motivated and it can be easy to get discouraged. Starting and sticking with a running program doesn’t have to be difficult. It’s simply a matter of doing the right things at the right time,” says ACE Fitness.

2. Do Functional Training

Advani recently shared a video of her workout with trainer Sohrab Khushrushahi, which involved a bunch of functional exercises. The 40-minute workout consisted of exercises like squat jumps and crab walks intermixed with sprints.

3. Drink Hot Water with Lemon

Kiara starts her day off with a citrus-spiked drink. She is a fan of the Ayurvedic practice of drinking a glass of hot water with lemon, Pink Villa says.

4. Eat Lots of Plants

Per Pink Villa, Kiara’s diet involves lots of plants. She starts her day with a bowl of oatmeal topped with fruit, including apples, berries, strawberries, or oranges. For a pre-workout snack, she likes to munch on sliced apples and peanut butter. For lunch, she might nosh on roti and vegetables like spinach, pumpkin and sprouts. And, for dinner, she enjoys seafood to get in some protein and omega 3s. Other snacks she might eat include nuts, figs, and walnuts.

5. Maintain an Active Lifestyle

Kiara enjoys a lot of calorie-blasting activities. A few of her favorites? Dancing, boxing, and snorkeling. “You can’t stop the waves but you can learn to swim,” she captioned this photo of one of her under-the-sea sessions. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

6. She Gets Her Zen On

Kiara practices meditation on a regular basis. “Sky above, earth below, and peace within,” she captioned this Instagram snap of herself meditating after a hike. “When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,” says the Mayo Clinic.
