Garner enjoys dance-based workouts. "I do a mixture of Zumba and Ballet," she says. "Zumba is a great way to stay in shape and is also really fun, I go with a girlfriend each week and it is such a giggle, we find we are dancing around all evening after it. I also do Ballet once a week, its very relaxing and great for core strength."

Breakfast Like a King

Garner eats most of her calories earlier in the day. "I was always taught the old saying, breakfast for a king, lunch for a queen, and dinner for a pauper. It's so important that girls eat right, but not worry too much about it," she says. "I have started loving green juice as an alternative to coffee. It's made up of lots of healthy green vegetables, it's not the most yummy thing, but really makes me feel so well. Running around in London can be so busy and it's a great way to get some vitamins. I have always had a real sweet tooth, I love my sweet treats and feel that life is too short to not enjoy yourself occasionally."

Ballet and Pilates

Garner always looks incredible in her selfies, but admits she has insecurities just like anyone else. "It was quite daunting to put those photos of myself out there, I do get a bit shy about what people will think," she says. "To stay in shape, I do a lot of dance. I've found a great class which is a mix of ballet and pilates, and I really have seen a difference. I hate going to the gym, so going to a class suits me a lot more as I actually enjoy exercising."

4

Treats In Moderation

Garner allows herself room to have treats as part of a balanced diet. "I love food, and I do love my junk food," she says. "I try and have a healthy balance and eat a bit more in the day than at night. I think it's really important to have a healthy attitude towards food and eat what you want in moderation."

5

Skincare Over Makeup

Garner swears by proper hydration for beautiful skin. "I have always believed that it is so important to look after yourself naturally, and that makeup etc should just be a bonus," she says. "It has been said a million times but drinking lots and lots of water is a great way to hydrate the skin. I also started using Elemis products morning and night, they are very natural and great for sensitive skin. I use a cleanser morning and night and a good night cream is a great way to wake up looking fresh, even after a late night!"
