La La Anthony is reminding the world that she is hot – in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the reality star flaunts her incredible body in a camouflage bathing suit along with a message for her followers. “A friendly reminder,” she captioned the Instagram Reel. “Reminder,” responded her pal, Kim Kardashian. “You are so fine my BFF,” added another follower. How does the basketball wife and entrepreneur maintain her killer figure? Here are some of her go-to health and wellness habits.
1. Regular Workouts

You can find La La working out with Kirk Meyers, founder of The Dogpound, on a regular basis. "I come here almost every single day and Kirk, the owner, has become one of my closest friends and a real inspiration in my life for getting myself together and focusing on myself," she told E! "I definitely have lost weight. I definitely feel better about myself, more toned, have more energy." She also added to HollywoodLife, "I love to box."
2. Prioritizing Self-Care

La La “learned how necessary self-care is,” she told Health in April 2021. “Once you start doing it, you realize that you have to find ways to recharge and rejuvenate—even if it's just taking five minutes to meditate. I think wellness starts with mental health. You have to make sure you're doing things that feed your soul. As women, we tend to neglect ourselves, and we really need to give ourselves the same love we give everyone else.”
3. Healthy Eating
“With looking right, it’s mostly about your eating,” she told HollywoodLife. “And, I feel like a lot of us struggle with that. I’m trying to stay consistent in making better choices when it comes to food. I can’t say I’m always great at it, but I try to keep that in mind. You can’t work your a-s off in the gym and then just throw it all away by eating horrible.”
4. Hydration
“I’m always staying hydrated,” La La told HollywoodLife. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
5. Self-Love
“My dad has always said that you have to love yourself from the inside. I used to be like, ‘Yeah, yeah, OK.’ But now I know it's a really powerful statement. If you walk into a room with confidence, other people feed off that energy. That confidence starts from the inside, and people see it from the outside,” she told Health.
6. Workout Buddies
La La is all about working out with a group, going on three mile runs with her crew and mixing in strength training workouts. “In the beginning I could barely walk it. I thought I was going to need a wheelchair. Now I’m running more than half of it. It’s the best cardio ever,” she said.
