Lala Kent is heating up social media in her swimsuit. The reality star and mother shows off her incredible body in a black bathing suit and boots in one of her latest social media posts. “Mom’s turn,” she captioned an Instagram image of herself, standing in a field looking fierce. “Omg HAHAHAHAHAHAH. Also you look amazing,” commented Stassi Schroeder. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 of Lala Kent’s top diet and fitness tips for staying in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. Eat Healthy

5th Annual Vanderpump Dog Foundation GalaJC Olivera/Getty Images

Lala maintains a healthy diet. For breakfast, she will have a plain bagel with cream cheese or eggs with spinach. Then, for lunch, either a salad (with tomato, cucumber, cheese, chicken, and a creamy dressing,) or pasta from a nearby restaurant. As for dinner, she will whip something up in the kitchen, usually a lean protein, a carb, and a vegetable, she told Women's Health.

2. Don’t Diet

Moderation is key,” Lala wrote in a recent Instagram post. “I don't like 'diets’. "Enjoy your life. Eat amazing tasting food...Every body is beautiful, and if you feel confident and happy, that is all that matters."

3. Avoid Alcohol

Lala quit drinking “Today marks 3 years of sobriety. I can’t believe it,” she wrote in an October 2021 Instagram post. “I’m beyond grateful for this path that God & my late father placed in front of me. I’m grateful for my sober coach & my sponsor who I consider angels. I’m grateful for the program & the men and women who have shared their stories so honestly, giving me hope and inspiration to continue to never pick up a drink again. It is one day at a time, but I will say, I have never felt so strong in my sobriety. It’s the proudest thing I have ever done, aside from becoming a mother. My first priority is always my sobriety. It comes before everything- because without it, I am of no use. I love you all so much. I hope you know that.”

4. Find a Workout Buddy

Lala is a fan of the workout buddy system. “I'm going to be so honest. When I go into a gym, I'm like, ‘What do I even do with all of these things?’ I'm the type of person who has to take a friend with me who knows what they're doing or work with a trainer,” she told Women’s Health.

5. Hire a Personal Trainer

Lala trains with Jenna Willis. “She's been my trainer for a very long time and also a very dear friend,” Lala told Women’s Health. “If you're looking for a trainer, you have to find someone that you enjoy because it's almost like a therapy session. We're working on our body—and our mind and our soul and spirit.”

The Inside Soap Awards 2022Mike Marsland/WireImage

Turner is comfortable with her body. She tells Female First, "I'd love to be one of those people born with a curvy, toned figure, but I'm happy with my shape. I don't really care. And I wouldn't like to be stick thin." "Once you've learned which situations affect your self-esteem, notice your thoughts about them. This includes what you tell yourself (self-talk) and how you view the situations. Your thoughts and beliefs might be positive, negative or neutral. They might be rational, based on reason or facts. Or they may be irrational, based on false ideas. Ask yourself if these beliefs are true. Would you say them to a friend? If you wouldn't say them to someone else, don't say them to yourself," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Trained For A Role

National Television Awards - Red Carpet ArrivalsJoe Maher/FilmMagic

To prepare for her role in Our Girl, Turner had to get in shape. She revealed her process to The Mirror. “I did quite a bit of basic training like running and going to the gym. 3. She Doesn’t Have Regrets

4. She Doesn’t Restrict Herself

Turner is open about how she isn’t the healthiest eater. However, she tells The Mirror that she is working on a new eating plan. Turner says that she tries to not restrict herself too much on any diet, and that her current plan allows her to do that. “What I really like about my current diet is that I can have bread,” she says. “But with this you can have crumpets. I nearly had a heart attack when I found out! And you can have honey on it, yoghurt, berries. You can even have mayonnaise.

5. She Speaks Out

Turner supports a lot of different causes. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram that highlight causes she wants to bring attention to. Turner shared this post for a domestic violence helpline. Lala Kent first made waves when she joined the cast of Vanderpump Rules in its fourth season. She quickly established herself as one of the show’s breakout stars. Since then, Kent launched her own makeup line, podcast, and wrote her autobiography. She just shared some recent highlights on Instagram, including a photo of herself at a party for Valley Brat. Kent captioned the post, “A little bit of life lately.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Lala Kent stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Works With A Trainer Regularly

Female,Personal,Trainer,,With,His,Back,Facing,The,Camera,,LookingShutterstock

Kent works with personal trainer, Jenna Willis, to keep herself in shape. Willis shared some of Kent’s workout secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. “We’re on a four-times-a-week regimen. Most of my clients start at three, and then depending on their desire and their schedules they can progress from there.”

2. She Works Her Entire Body

Los,Angeles,-,Sep,10:,Lala,Kent,At,The,SummerShutterstock

Willis makes sure that Kent’s entire body gets a workout. “Our focus is actually evenly distributed between lower and upper body,” Willis tells Us Weekly. “Many women don’t realize they lack upper body strength until I put them through a strength test. I’ve witnessed tremendous growth among my female clientele with newfound strength in their upper bodies.”

3. She Believes In Moderation

Kent shared some of her wellness secrets on Instagram. She says that when it comes to her diet, she doesn’t like to limit herself and believes in balance. “Moderation is key. I don't like 'diets.’ Enjoy your life. Eat amazing tasting food...Every body is beautiful, and if you feel confident and happy, that is all that matters."

4. She Uses A Cleanser

Los,Angeles,,Usa.,28th,Sep,,2022,,Lala,Kent,Arrives,AtShutterstock

Kent shared some of her skincare secrets with Glamour. One thing she makes sure to use is a cleanser. “The first step is my LHA cleanser gel by SkinCeuticals. I love it because I find a lot of my cleansers do not take my makeup off fully, and I have to use a good toner or I’m going through tons of makeup wipes to get it off. I have white bedding; I don’t want anything on it. It’s also decongesting. When I’m filming, I like a matte finish on camera, and my pores get clogged very quickly, so I need something that’s going to pull everything off my face.”

5. She Uses Bio Oil

Kent tells Glamour that she uses bio oil on her skin. “I struggled with my skin when I was younger, and I find that even if you’re spending $400 on skin care, it’s not going to be a cure-all. It’s okay to venture into the drugstore and find something like Bio-Oil, which is my most favorite thing ever. I use it all over my face, all over my body. And this also for stretch marks, which it’s incredible for.”

1. Here’s How Maude Cares for Her Skin

Maude loves “the M-61 quick peel pads. I use those every few days, and my skin has really improved,” she told Glamour. “My mom turned me onto Skyn Iceland’s undereye patches. They’re so good for depuffing and calming. I put them in the fridge and will wear them on my way to work. When it’s really early in the morning, they’re the only eye patches that I use where I can see the difference.”

2. Here’s How She Relaxes

“I have been taking baths with CBD bath salts from Lord Jones, and they make me feel totally relaxed. I love those,” she told Glamour. "There are many intriguing findings in pre-clinical studies that suggest CBD and hemp oil have anti-inflammatory effects and may be helpful with improving sleep and anxiety," Brent Bauer, M.D., an internist and director of research for the Mayo Clinic Integrative Medicine program, says, according to the Mayo Clinic. "But trials in humans are still limited, so it is too early to be definitive about efficacy and safety.”

3. She Enjoys Infrared Saunas

Maude does infrared saunas with her mom, actor Leslie Mann. “Many studies have looked at using infrared saunas in the treatment of long-lasting health problems and found some proof that saunas may help. Conditions studied include high blood pressure, heart failure, dementia and Alzheimer's disease, headache, type 2 diabetes, and arthritis. But larger and more-exact studies are needed to prove these results. Some of these studies were also performed with people using a regular sauna,” says the Mayo Clinic.

4. This is What She’s Said About Her Director Dad

Judd Apatow directed his daughter in The King of Staten Island, among other films. “We have a very good working relationship. My dad is my mentor and gives me a lot of advice about everything that I do, with acting, writing, and directing. We have always had that relationship. But it's hard to take advice from your parents without automatically wanting to stand up to them or be rebellious. I don't know, sometimes he tells me things and I pretend not to hear them. But I always do listen to what he says. But I'll call him out sometimes,” she told Highsnobiety.

5. Social Media Can Stress Her Out, Especially During a Pandemic

“It's tricky. Some weeks I'm totally fine. I'll go on Instagram and Twitter all day; I'll feel totally comfortable and it doesn't get to me at all. And then other times, I find it so overwhelming, and it does start to really affect my mood. I think I've gotten [better] at realizing that if I'm getting stressed or upset by social media and looking at my phone all day, I can take a step back, block it from my Safari, delete it from my phone, and just take a few days off. It is unnecessary for me to be spending that much time on it every day,” she told Highsnobiety.

1. She Set Boundaries for Herself On Social Media

Lila has self-imposed boundaries when it comes to social media. “I try not to follow people on Instagram who I think live a better life than me,” she told The Kit. “Everyone puts out there what’s going on in their life that’s obviously good—you don’t put the bad stuff out there. If I’m following people who go to the beach every day, you don’t see behind the scenes, you don’t think about that when you see it. So that’s helped me re-look at Instagram, to see all influences in doing that, because that just makes you feel bad. You need to let stuff in that you want to see. So when I go on Instagram, I see new art—I follow loads of artists and designers. You need to inspire yourself and not look at things that are going to put you down.”

2. She Suffers From Diabetes

The 2022 Met Gala Celebrating "In America: An Anthology of Fashion" - ArrivalsDimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images

“I think not many people know that I have diabetes. It’s not visible from the outside, so no one would really know just by looking at you. I have type 1,” she told The Kit. The model has to stay prepared at all times. "I have some sugar tablets, in case my blood sugar goes low. … I'm diabetic so I have this, which controls a pod on my leg, which gives me insulin," she said on Vogue's In the Bag YouTube series. "This is very important to keep in my bag. It comes with me everywhere."

3. She Loves Taking Baths

Lila Moss described her perfect Sunday to British Vogue and it involved a little rest and relaxation. She would start it by lighting a Diptyque Baies candle and then drawing a bath. “I love baths,” she confessed.

4. Her Diet Is Healthy

Due to her type 1 diabetes, Lila maintains a healthy diet. Some of her favorite foods? During her Vogue interview she sipped on an oat milk matcha latte, ate mushroom toast, and showed a behind-the-scenes photo of herself snacking on chia pudding.

5. She Takes Time for Self-Care

Lila’s lifestyle is extremely busy, jet setting around the world, starring in fashion campaigns, and strutting her stuff down the runway. However, she makes sure to keep her mental health in check by taking time off for self-care. She captioned a recent set of vacation photos, “still floating but happy to be back.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
