In a new social media post the stunning Landman star shows off her amazing body in exercise clothes as she enjoys a day in nature with her significant other. “happy place,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Happy & gorgeous wife with a handsome and smiley guy brings a happy life 💕💖📸🎥🍾,” commented one of her followers. “LOVE THIS 🥰🫶 It’s what life is all about! ☺️,” added another. 1. Horseback Riding
While on the set of Landman, you could find Kayla riding horses. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.
2. Coffee
While in New York City, she took a walk with her husband while drinking a cup of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
3. Walking Her Dog
Kayla spends a lot of time walking her dog. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
4. Hot Tub Soaks

In one of her Instagram Stories she indulges in a spa day, spending time soaking in a hot tub. If you don’t have access to a hot tub, just take a bath. They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
5. Pilates
In her Instagram Stories Kayla revealed that she does Lagree, a form of Pilates. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
