The Venezuelan YouTube star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while posing with her husband, Guaynaa, and Juanpa Zurita. “Zuripons??????” she hilariously captioned the Instagram post. Lele’s secret weapon? her personal fitness trainer, Diana Maux. Lele lost 10 pounds in two months by following her health program. She revealed in one post that “exercises 6 times a week.” Her go-to moves include plank with knee tucks to jumps and squats, and other body-weight exercises.

Before transforming her body, Lele confessed she had terrible eating habits, “Coca-Cola every single day, chocolate every single night with milk. That’s what I used to do every single day,” Lele revealed in a post. Now, she follows a “strict meal plan,” she revealed in another post, adding that she eats “3 healthy meals per day.” For example, she substituted the milk for cashew or oat milk, celery and almonds for snacks and avoids meat and cheese.
3. She Hydrates

Lele revealed via her Instagram Stories that she drinks “one gallon of water per day.” According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
4. She Gets Cellulite Massages

Another way Lele takes care of herself? She revealed that a “cellulite massage,” is a part of her routine. A cellulite massage is a specialized massage technique that aims to reduce the appearance of cellulite, which is the dimpled, lumpy texture often found on the skin, especially in the thighs and buttocks. The massage typically involves applying firm pressure and kneading motions to stimulate blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and collagen production in the affected areas. By doing so, it is believed to break down fat deposits, improve skin elasticity, and help smooth out the appearance of cellulite over time. However, it is essential to note that while cellulite massages may provide temporary improvements, they are not a permanent solution, and multiple sessions are often recommended for optimal results.

Lele also prioritizes “rest” and getting enough sleep. “Its about maintaining a healthy life style!” she says. What are the health benefits of sleep?
