Livvy Dunne is looking red hot and channeling Mrs. Claus – in her Vuori workout gear. In a new social media post the gymnast shows off her flawless figure in a red, two-piece exercise set from the athleisure brand to the tune of Santa Baby. She shared the images via her Instagram Stories. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Dunne has been doing gymnastics since she was 3. “I liked how I was in control of my own destiny,” she told Flaunt “I loved the thrill of learning new skills and improving myself every single practice. I fell in love with trying to be the best.” According to Pinnacle Gymnastics, there are physical and mental benefits of gymnastics. Physical benefits include flexibility, balance, and muscular strength. “These skills improve bone health and delay the development of high blood pressure,” they say.
Horseback Riding
Olivia enjoys riding horses. “The horse’s name was Friday,” she captioned a series of snaps of herself wearing a Vuori swimsuit while riding a horse on the beach. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.
Surfing
Olivia takes her athleticism into the ocean. While on vacation you can find her surfing. “Totally tubular,” she captioned Instagram photos of herself surfing in Hawaii. According to the Australian government’s Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. “Once you’re standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up,” they say.
Tennis
Olivia also hits the tennis courts. “Serving looks,” she captioned a post of herself with a racquet in hand. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
“You have to have tough skin"

“You have to have tough skin to do gymnastics or any artistic sport,” Sunne told Flaunt. “I actually looked at a statistic, and it said anorexia and body image issues are the highest in artistic sports. That is terrible, but I understand it. Growing up in elite gymnastics, it was very hard with body image. Being a young girl going through puberty, it’s hard to be in a leotard. The whole sport of gymnastics is having people judge you, and I just think that’s something not a lot of people talk about. Yes, I’m confident in myself, but it’s something I still struggle with to this day. I want girls to know that it’s normal. That’s normal.”
