Loren, who welcomed her third child earlier this year, makes exercise a priority. One of her tricks is getting up early to hit the gym. “Those 6am workouts! People always ask “how do you do it or find time”… the HARDEST part is starting! Whether it’s 1 hour or 10 minutes, find time for yourself! You’ve got this. Work hard. Play hard. Last time I did this I had 1 plate - now I have 2,” she captioned this video of a grueling workout. “Annnnnd I’m back!!” she shared a video of a workout after having her third child.
2. She Goes on Diets
Brovarnik joined the Jenny Craig weight loss program earlier this year, to focus on herself and “be a better me.” She chose Jenny Fresh, which comes with three refrigerated meals per day plus snacks. “I’m such a big fan of it,” she gushed.

Loren is open about having Tourette syndrome, and also revealed during a Q&A on Instagram that she wasn’t fully “prepared” for postpartum depression before becoming a mom, admitting it was “a real thing.” “My body dysmorphia, anxiety, tics, insomnia, etc. are at an all-time high because of it,” she wrote. “I need to constantly remind myself I just grew a human for months and it’s OK to take time to heal and adjust. Patience is a virtue and time heals all.”

Loren is a big fan of cycling. She owns Peloton spinning bike, which she keeps in her room. “Feeling good, like I should. Not edited. No filter. 5. She Supplements
Loren gets all the nutrients she needs with supplements. “As I mentioned before, one of my New Years resolutions is to take vitamins — something I’ve proudly been keeping up with!” she shared in a post. Loren is a partner with Ritual vitamins, revealing that she takes two of them every single day. “Aside from the minty flavor, I like the fact that I understand all the ingredients in them and overall I feel better, not to mention I’m beyond proud of myself! I’ve also been taking the postnatal vitamins (with dr consent of course). I like the name because instead of a resolution, I just have another daily ritual,” she wrote.
