Model and socialite Lori Harvey is sharing her latest swimsuit designs, modeled by none other than herself. Harvey, 26, shared a video of herself posing in her Yevrah Swim white Santorini T Shirt Bikini Top and Santorini Minimal Bikini Bottom, looking absolutely stunning in the swimsuit and gold jewelry. “Barbie couldn't be this perfect ❤️🔥 Lori you are unreal beauty 😍,” a fan commented. So how does she do it? Here are 5 ways Harvey stays fit, toned, and enviably curvy.
1. Pilates Classes
Harvey says Pilates changed her life. “Everybody’s been asking like what it is I specifically did to get my body to this point. So when Mike [B. Jordan] and I got together, I gained like 15 pounds of relationship weight and it was horrible,” she says. “None of my clothes fit, it was just not OK. I’ve been consistently doing Pilates for the past year. I’ve done it for a few years but I’ve been really consistent the last year.” Harvey’s choice of Pilates also made a difference. "I usually go to Forma Pilates. That has been the hardest Pilates that I think I've ever taken in my life," she says. "That is when I saw the most change in my body. I've gotten good at it, but I still need a trainer to show me all the moves."
2. Cardio Sessions
Harvey supported her weight loss efforts by hitting the gym for cardio sessions six times a week (and that’s aside from the Pilates sessions). “Pilates alone is not going to make you lose weight,” she says. “It’s just going to give you long, lean muscles. So yeah, that’s how I did it.”
3. Calorie Counting

Harvey counted calories while in weight-loss mode, keeping to a strict limit to not undermine her workout efforts. “I was consuming like 1200 calories a day max,” she says. “I wasn’t on a specific diet, I was just trying to do meat and veggies and minimal carbs.” When not in strict weight loss mode she allows more calories. "I really just watch my portion but I still eat what I want to eat for the most part. I also do my green juices in the morning. I've been on an overnight oats kick lately, so that's been my go-to in the morning."
4. Music Keeps Her Motivated
Harvey keeps herself motivated by making her workouts fun. “A great playlist always keeps me motivated to keep going even when I don’t want to,” she says. “I start off with a 5 minute warmup, then I’ll usually do a few circuits of strength training, either lower or upper body depending on what day it is and I always finish with ab work. I always keep some fruit around, I love strawberries and pomegranates. Lots of water. And some type of breakfast foods like eggs or oatmeal.”
5. Her Favorite Foods
Harvey’s favorite foods are sushi and desserts. "I've actually been really craving soul food lately, but I don't know if that's just because I've been missing home," she says. "I love fried rice and hibachi. Then anything sweet, whether that's a pie or cookies or ice cream. I have to end it with something sweet… Japanese is literally my all-time favorite cuisine. I could live off of sushi."
