Lorin is one of the many stars who follows a time restrictive eating schedule. “For everyone dming me about my diet/workout, i dont workout but i do practice intermittent fasting so i try to eat from 12 noon - 6pm only,” she revealed to her followers via Twitter. Intermittent fasting works by “prolonging the period when your body has burned through the calories consumed during your last meal and begins burning fat,” explains Johns Hopkins Medicine.

2. She Practices Portion Control

Another way that Lorin manages her diet is by allowing herself to eat almost anything but not eating too much of it. “I eat whatever i want pretty much, just in controlled portions,” she said in the same post.

3. She Walks

While you might not find Lorin slaving away at the gym, she gets her steps in. “I try staying active through other things like walking around my village,” she added on Twitter. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. I used to be able to eat soooo much food and never gain weight but now I know I can gain weight so I’m watgching more what I eat. I don’t eat almost every morning for tjhe last year and I eat till I’m satisfied and not full. I used to be the person who will not waste food but now I know it’s so hard to burn it so if I’m satisfied I’m not gonna eat the full plate. Core and I usually share plates also if they are big," she wrote.
