5. She Got Preventative Surgery

Elishi notably got thyroid surgery after finding a lump. While the doctor would later tell her that the lump was benign, she revealed to MailOnline that she didn’t regret the surgery. “I was in so much shock - bless him to call me directly as well, I just think that was so nice of him, he didn't have to do that. But yeah, the worry is now over and the lump is out. Obviously it's benign which means there was nothing to worry about at the end of the day. But it's always good to get these things checked and taken out because you never know what it could be in the future. It's just a really big safety precaution. I don't regret having the surgery and I don't regret having the lump out but onwards and upwards. The results couldn't be any better - it's not cancerous and that was my main worry.”

Fudge responded to them in an Instagram story, saying, “These comments really don't sit well with me, it's disgusting and people shouldn't be able to get away with trolling. I have always been one to struggle to put weight on no matter how much or what I eat. But do you know what I am HAPPY, HEALTHY & CONFIDENT in my body. That's all that matters! She revealed in a YouTube video that she turns her comments off on TikTok. “I just personally feel more comfortable and confident on TikTok without the comments on,” she said. “I feel like some people forget that we're still human beings and I'm putting myself out there doing something I enjoy and I go on the comments sometimes and they're very negative. Kendall told Glamour UK that she felt pressured into getting Botox after being told she was “old looking” during a photo shoot. "I was on a shoot – I won’t say what for – but the photographer and the client who had booked me were sat at the laptop screen and kept saying over and over again: ‘she’s quite old, we will have to airbrush her around her eyes, we maybe needed someone with a fresher face’, so I did actually go out and get Botox,” she said. "It will wear off so I’m not bothered but I don’t think I would get anything permanent; I think I would be a bit stronger now.”

2. She Eats “A Little Bit of Anything”

Kendall confessed that her diet “isn’t the best” to Glamour UK. “I just eat a little bit of anything I want. I have a real sweet tooth,” she said.

3. She Paddleboards

Kendall loves burning calories while on vacation. During a recent vacation in Ibiza, she went paddleboarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

4. She Hydrates

Kendall understands the importance of hydration. Here she is drinking out of a coconut. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

5. She Prioritizes Oral Hygiene

Oral hygiene is important to Kendall. She explained to Glamour UK that while she has been accused of having veneers, her bright whites are the result of her routine. "I just use a gel from my dentist to keep them looking white, and I brush twice a day."

Being in the public eye can be difficult, however, Brown tells The Sun that she has learned to ignore the trolls. "I'm constantly trolled by people asking how I've put on so much weight,” she revealed. “I've learned to live with it. Everyone says 'Love Island's for skinny people.’ While I completely support the idea of putting more diverse body types on the show, people need to remember the way I look now is how I looked in my first audition."

2. She Doesn’t Diet

Before going to Love Island, Brown is open about how she did a lot of working out and dieting. However, she tells The Sun that she quickly abandoned the diet, and encouraged others to do the same. "I looked amazing, but that diet really isn't sustainable. I'd end some days completely exhausted because my body wasn't getting all the nutrients it -- and, of course, the meals became SO boring.”

3. She’s Authentic

In an interview with Boohoo, Brown opened up about her life as an influencer and what she wants to accomplish. Brown says that she doesn’t want to just promote products and looks, but also show her personality. “The stuff I wear, I believe in the products that I promote. I wouldn't do it, but I don't just want it to be that. Yeah. That's not what my Instagram is from. My Instagram's from you knowing me from tv, not from what I wear. That's what I believe an influencer does and there's nothing wrong with that. I didn't grow my Instagram to be an influencer. I grew it because of my personality.”

This is almost defines skiing because skiing involves quite a bit of balance and coordination. There are so many slight movements and positions of your body that you must be conscious of to ski well. The more you ski the more you strengthen your ability to be aware of the movement of your body parts.”

Be Consistent

Consistency – at the gym and the martial arts studio – is the key to success. "It is a way of life," Rayna says. "It's not only teaching your body movements and being in synchronicity with your body, but also just like the mental aspect of it."

Fight Your Way to a Hot Body

Rayna is a big fan of martial arts. She has been doing taekwondo since she was 2, earning her first black belt at 6. "In the very beginning, my parents put me in the sport because I was just really shy, and I think they could tell that I needed something," says Vallandingham, who lives and trains in Los Angeles. "Immediately, I just loved it. I felt at home, and every single day, instead of watching Dora, I wanted to go to the dojo,” she told Well + Good. Studies confirm that the practice helps with balance, cognitive function, psychological health, weight loss, and physical fitness.

Work on Strength and Flexibility

Rayna recommends prioritizing strength, flexibility, and power. "Of the three, I think strength and flexibility are the top two," Vallandingham says. "We used to have people stand on my legs and force my knees to come down in butterfly stretch," she says. "I have permanent damage to my body—I have tendonitis [because of this]."

Lift Weights

If you want a strong, lean body like Vallandingham, you must lift for it. The star strength trains, focusing on supersets, doing two moves back-to-back that target the same muscle groups to double down on their gains. One of her favorite exercises is a goblet squat. She stands with her feet shoulder-width apart, folded forward until she can slide her palms underneath her soles (you could also hold your ankles or calves), then bends her knees, lowering her butt toward the floor while lifting her chest, coming into a deep squat. She'll bend and extend her legs several times in this position. Then, it's on to the main event, holding a weight in her hands while bending down into a deep squat. "I love utilizing a Bosu ball—they're pretty much in every single gym," she adds.

Stretch

Rayna never skips stretching. She starts by by lying on the floor with her legs up the wall and then allowing them to open out into a side split. "I let gravity do its work because that's my body telling me, okay, this is where we're at," she says. "My hips are opening on their own, and I'm not having to force anything." “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”
