In them, she wore a leopard print swimsuit top, pants, and bandana. Elishi captioned the post, "I don't bite." How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Samie Elishi stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

She Golfs

Elishi likes to do a lot of sports. One thing she likes to do is play golf. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself on the course or at the range. Elishi shared this photo of herself at the range, captioning it, "Tee time." She also shared this photo of herself at Topgolf, captioning it, "When the world is slowly going back to normal."

She Plays Tennis

Another sport Elishi likes to do is play tennis. She shared this video on Instagram of herself on the course. Elishi also revealed that she is taking lessons in the caption, writing, "She plays tennis now. Thx mum for the lesson." The Colombia Association states that tennis has a lot of benefits. "Because tennis includes short bursts of activity, it offers the same conditioning benefits of interval training, which has an unparalleled positive effect on the heart and lungs, slashing your risk of heart disease by 56% (!). Just an hour of play burns between 400 to 600 calories."

She Swims

Elishi spends a lot of time by the water. She likes to swim as a way to stay in shape. She shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself going for a dip. Elishi shared these photos of herself sitting on steps in a pool, captioning them, "Girls just wanna have sun." She also shared this photo of herself going for a dip in Cyprus. Elishi captioned that post, "Waterbby." Better Health states that swimming has a lot of benefits. "Swimming is a great recreational activity for people of all ages. Recreational swimming can provide you with a low-impact workout and it's a good way to relax and feel good."

She Does Pilates

Elishi likes to do Pilates to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing exercises on a reformer. She captioned the post, "Come to a beginners reformer Pilates class with me!!🧘🏽‍♀️Now everyone that knows me knows 'Samie don't do gym'😂 but I've just started reformer pilates with @moveyourframe & I will never look back! Don't judge my shakey legs and arms, I'm still new to this but if your like me and hate the gym, I recommend it soo much."

She Got Preventative Surgery

Elishi notably got thyroid surgery after finding a lump. While the doctor would later tell her that the lump was benign, she revealed to MailOnline that she didn't regret the surgery. "I was in so much shock – bless him to call me directly as well, I just think that was so nice of him, he didn't have to do that. But yeah, the worry is now over and the lump is out. Obviously it's benign which means there was nothing to worry about at the end of the day. But it's always good to get these things checked and taken out because you never know what it could be in the future. It's just a really big safety precaution. I don't regret having the surgery and I don't regret having the lump out but onwards and upwards. The results couldn't be any better – it's not cancerous and that was my main worry."
