"Because tennis includes short bursts of activity, it offers the same conditioning benefits of interval training, which has an unparalleled positive effect on the heart and lungs, slashing your risk of heart disease by 56% (!). Just an hour of play burns between 400 to 600 calories."

She Got Preventative Surgery

Elishi notably got thyroid surgery after finding a lump. While the doctor would later tell her that the lump was benign, she revealed to MailOnline that she didn't regret the surgery. "I was in so much shock – bless him to call me directly as well, I just think that was so nice of him, he didn't have to do that. But yeah, the worry is now over and the lump is out. Obviously it's benign which means there was nothing to worry about at the end of the day. But it's always good to get these things checked and taken out because you never know what it could be in the future. It's just a really big safety precaution. I don't regret having the surgery and I don't regret having the lump out but onwards and upwards. The results couldn't be any better – it's not cancerous and that was my main worry."
