Sanam Harrinanan is living her best life in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Love Island winner flaunts her incredible figure in a green bathing suit while relaxing on a lounge chair in Mauritius. ”I think it’s time I invest in a sun hat,” the beauty captioned the Instagram snap. How does she keep herself super fit? Celebwell compiled her top diet, fitness, and beauty habits.

1. Self-Care

Sanam understands the importance of self-care. "Self-care to me is a mixture of things. I love a clean environment and wherever I'm staying has to be clean and tidy. I don't like dirt or dust or things just laying around on the floor. I love cleaning, I have to put stuff away in certain places. I love fresh bedding, love clean clothes. Once it's all done, I literally feel a satisfaction come over me and I feel like my life is all put together, it's amazing. Sometimes my life isn't put together but it makes me feel like that!" she told Heats World.

2. Exercise

Sanam adds that self-care is looking after her “well-being” as well. Aside from healthy eating, “going to the gym” helps her achieve this. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

3. Walking

Going for walks also helps Sanam stay fit and happy. “Me and Kai go for lots of walks. Whenever we go on holiday, we love exploring and we do lots of hiking or walking around. All of that makes me feel really good and healthy,” she said. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

4. Skincare and Beauty

The “third element” of self-care involves skincare and beauty, Sanam explains. “Since doing Love Island, I've been doing lots of appearances and events and I wear so much make-up that I wouldn't normally wear, so I've had to up my skincare routine because I do care a lot about my skin and always have. That includes properly cleansing, exfoliating and using face masks."

5. Being Her “Best Self”

"Growing up I've always been taught, and even in my previous old job for younger people I've supported, I was always advocating that you need to make sure you are your best self before you can do anything else. I live by that. Since coming out of the villa, I am busy, I've got things here, there and everywhere and I'm travelling around. I always make sure I take the time to look after myself, whether that is lighting a candle and watching a movie, going to the gym, healthy eating and cleaning. Whatever it takes me to feel like the best version of myself, I will do that before doing anything else,” Sanam told Heat World.

Jess Harding is gifting her followers some swimsuit snaps on her birthday. In one of her latest social media posts, the Love Island winner shows off her famous curves in a bathing suit on her special day, wowwing her fans. “Wowwww,” commented one. “Stunner,” added another. How does the Brit reality star maintain her body and beauty? Here are some of her secrets.

1. She Gets Botox

Jess is the owner of Candy Aesthetics, which offers fat dissolving treatments including fillers, Botox and Brazilian butt lifts. “Considering it’s my job I don’t actually have a lot done,” she told OK. “I think a lot of practitioners do have their whole face jabbed, but I do stick to the natural look. “I’ve had a little bit of Botox,” she admitted.

2. She Gained Weight at the Villa

In an Instagram Q&A Jess was asked if she lost weight while on the show. "No, I put weight on when I was in the villa,” she said. "We were just eating and not moving around, just sitting in the sun."

3. She’s Gotten a Non-Surgical Tummy Tucks

On TikTOk Jess revealed that she had undergone a non surgical tummy tuck, sharing a video of a belt and machine wrapped around her stomach. She also shared before and after photos.

4. She Gets Cheek, Chin, and Lip Filler

Jess also copped to having “just a bit of cheek and chin filler and lips,” during the Q&A. “I had my lips done, since I was 18 I had such little lips, but it started off getting a little bit in my cheeks, just because it gives off that nice contour, it just gives a structure to the face.”

5. She Celebrates Body Confidence

Jess is body confident. She recently launched a size inclusive clothing collection, In The Style X Jess Harding. “I literally can’t even tell you how much this means to me, not just because it’s an amazing opportunity but because it’s a dream to be able to create a collection that all you girls can look beautiful in no matter what shape or size,” she wrote in a post.

Survivor star Kendra McQuarrie may not have won the show—but according to her social media, she won in other ways. McQuarrie shared a picture of herself back in Taos County, New Mexico, posing in a bright one-piece swimsuit while sipping on a drink. “Winner winner chicken dinner,” she captioned the post. “Loving this vibe for you!” a fan commented. Here’s what McQuarrie has to say about her time on the show.

1. Grateful For Survivor

McQuarrie is philosophical about her time on Survivor. “I just got blindsided and I’m just bummed at myself for not following my gut even though I’m a gut player,” she says. “I don’t even care that I’m starving, I don’t even care that it’s raining… I love feeling alive and free and having an adventure. This is the greatest adventure I’ve ever had and I’m so grateful for the opportunity.”

2. She Loves a Challenge

McQuarrie loves new adventures. “I love to challenge myself and put myself in situations to grow as a person,” she says. “Survivor checks all the boxes for me as far as an adventure goes and then some! Walking the Camino Primitivo in Spain by myself definitely prepared me for this game! Walking alone over 15 miles in a day in a new country with nothing but my backpack showed me how determined and resourceful I am.”

3. She’s a Comedian

Kendra.McQuarrie.1Kendra McQuarrie/Instagram

McQuarrie loves making people laugh. “I've been told I'm intimidating,” she says. “I stand at around 5'10". I have broad shoulders. I am confident; I definitely walk into a room with purpose. I hold myself very high. And I have a big personality. So, I take up a lot of space, but I'm hoping that I am also really goofy. I was the class clown in elementary school, middle school, high school. I was a stand-up comedian. I'm always trying to do something to make people laugh. And so I'm hoping that my goofiness, lightheartedness, and ability to make literally anything into a joke kind of takes that off.”

4. Relating To Contestants

`Kendra McQuarrie/Instagram

McQuarrie relates to past Survivor contestants. “I see bits of myself in a lot of strong female players, like Amanda, Michele, and Kim,” she says. “But the first player I really connected with is Carolyn from season 44! Like her, I am not afraid to be myself and let my freak flag fly. I love her authenticity and hope to bring that into the game myself.”

5. She’s Spiritual

McQuarrie is very much into the spiritual side of life. “I'm a spiritual ‘woo’ girl,” she says. “I freaking love astrology. I'm wearing coyote teeth on my earrings. I have all these tattoos; I have crazy hair. I can also pretty much recite any rap song that you throw my way. So I am a lot in one. And I hope that people don't see the competitive, intimidating part of me. I'm trying to give off more, "I'm happy-go-lucky. I love to travel. Astrology." I'm trying to play not as aware and observant as I am, but also still be myself because that is still myself.”

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
