In a recent post, Javorcekova showcased her go-to lower body exercises—like squats, deadlifts, and lunges—that are perfect for sculpting and strengthening glutes. Her approach to fitness is all about consistency and making the most of every workout, proving that dedication and effort can deliver impressive results anywhere, anytime.


1. She Does Squats

As you can see from her Instagram post, Javorcekova likes to do squats to stay in shape. Squats are a very effective exercise. According to Allina Health, “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

Javorcekova talked about her diet in an interview with Boratree. She says that she likes to make smoothies with protein powder. “I try to pay maximum attention to my diet, while I focus on the quality and origin of food. I exercise regularly, I go running and when I have time, I really like to go somewhere on a bike. But working out without adequate nutrition is only half of the puzzle of a healthy lifestyle that I profess.”
