Luisa Zissman in Two-Piece Workout Gear Is “Still Winning” After Back Injury

“I really did take my time.”

Luisa Zissman isn’t afraid to challenge herself when it comes to her workouts, even after injuring her back in March. Zissman, 37, shared a video of herself wearing black leggings and a gray sports bra, doing some exercises with a personal trainer. “Still winning 🙌🏻😝,” she captioned the video. “I think I’ve recovered so well because I really did take my time - I still have weekly physio + weekly sports massages & I was really fit & strong before the injury, I have a really strong core which I think also has helped. BUT I still get some niggles & have to really listen to my body now. ❤️❤️ my neuro surgeon is literally my hero! 😍😍,” she commented in response to a fan. Zissman is a self-made woman who is only going from strength to strength career-wise—here’s how she stays fit and happy.

Workout Routine

Zissman works out for both mental and physical benefits, including Pilates, yoga, and strength training into her routine. "I'm probably the fittest now than I've ever been in my adult life, but that's because I do prioritise it and I'm in a good routine,” she told Closer. “That's what I try and say to people, 'It only takes three weeks, apparently, to start a new habit'. So if you focus on it and then you get into that habit and realise how food makes you feel and how rewarding a routine is, then you will find your flow."

Ab Exercises

Zissman focuses on her core when she’s horseback riding and working out. “ I do focus on my abs because I find ab workouts easy,” she told Closer. “I also don't eat processed food and I don't eat a lot of fat. I think really, if you want to see abs pop you do need to have relatively lean body fat. But I enjoy doing abs, I love hanging and lifting my legs up. I've got a broken ankle at the minute and I was still in the gym today hanging and lifting my legs up. It was really heavy because I've got a boot on!"

Epsom Salt Baths

Zissman swears by hot baths for rest and recovery. "When I'm really cold and I've been riding, I'll get in a bubble bath,” she told HeatWorld. “I always use this Tropic Tahitian & Coconut Bath Foam and Epsom Salts because I always have muscle aches and pain because I work out so much.”

Building Her Brand

Zissman took a chance when she appeared on The Apprentice UK. “I applied for The Apprentice because I had the business and my husband at the time was involved. We were going through an amicable break-up, but I wanted to do something on my own,” she told Absolutely Magazines. “I thought, I’m just going to give it a whirl. I didn’t necessarily want to be business partners with Alan Sugar, but I wanted to branch out on my own. It taught me that I was better than I thought I was. I never thought I’d get into the final, so it was a big confidence boost and it taught me that a lot is possible – if you really want something then you most definitely can do it.”

Obsessed With Horses

Zissman loves horse riding in the countryside around her home. “I’ve lived in St Albans, I’m currently living in a village just outside of Potters Bar, and I’m moving soon to Bishop’s Stortford so I’ve covered the whole of Hertfordshire,” she told Absolutely Magazines. “I really loved St Albans, it’s such a beautiful place with a real buzz, but I love the villages and community feel too. I’ve got seven horses and I love riding around all the rural areas, but I like that you can still go to places like Bishop’s Stortford for a great night out.”

Heather Rae El Moussa is opening up about her post-pregnancy workout. In a new social media post the Selling Sunset star shows off her amazing body-after-baby and reveals the program she followed to get back into shape the healthy way. “Let’s talk about my postpartum body….” she started the Instagram caption. Here is everything you need to know about how the reality star got her body back without going to extremes and training with Paulina Hefferan.

1. Her Postpartum Workout Journey “Wasn’t Easy”

Heather starts by explaining that her postpartum workout journey “definitely wasn’t ‘easy’ and didn’t go as expected,” she writes. “I thought I was going to bounce back within 9 weeks!! HUGE LOL but the reality of being a mom to a newborn, breastfeeding, 2 kids, balancing my hormones, my work, my marriage and my life set in.”

2. She Found a New Way to Workout at Home with Paulina Hefferan

She reveals that she “didn’t want to leave the house and leave Tristan to workout,” so she knew she needed to change the way she worked out and what fit for her “new” life. “It was hard guys, I felt weak, old & not super motivated. I had never been someone who lifted weights or did at-home workouts until I met @paulinastein. It was a complete change for me but I lost 25 pounds, leaned out & got my strength back while working out with Paulina.” She adds that the workouts are “accessible and affordable.”

3. She Lost 25 Pounds

“Believe it or not, you guys, I lost 25 pounds postpartum and I did it straight from my living room using two 10 pound dumbbells, a mat, sometimes some ankle weights, sometimes some bands,” she continues in the video.

4. Paulina Helped Her Feel “Really Comfortable”

“Transforming your body after a baby or any time in your life is not easy. It takes a lot of discipline. It takes a lot of structure. It takes someone pushing you Sometimes, especially if you're like me. After I had Tristan, I thought, okay, I'll be back at the gym. I'll be back in hot yoga. I'm going to get my body back in nine weeks. Reality set in, and that did not happen. I don't think I really started working out until I met Paulina. She made me just feel really comfortable. She made me feel like this is a slow journey. This is my journey. I don't need to compare myself to anyone else,” she says.

5. She Worked Out While Tristan Was Napping and Even with Him

She adds that she was able to get the exercises in, even with her baby, because Paulina is “also a mom,” and the fact that I can do it from my home, I can incorporate Tristan, I can do it while he's napping, made me say yes and made me feel like, you know what? I can do this. Working out with her changed my life. I am so proud of myself.”

6. Her Body Was “Back” After Four Months

“I started really noticing that, wow, my body is back around eight and a half months postpartum, and I had started working out with Paulina when I was about four and a half months postpartum. Now that she has this app on days, I can't work out with her when I'm traveling, I can use her app, could work alongside with her, so it really makes you want to do it because she's doing it with you,” she concludes.

7. Walking and Weight Lifting

Crop,Woman,In,Gray,Sports,Bra,Holding,Black,Dumbbell, weightsShutterstock

On Paulina’s Instagram page, she reveals that “lifting weights” and “walking 8,000 to 10,000 steps per day” along with a healthy diet is the perfect equation for weight loss.

Zhang Weili is a successful MMA fighter. She competes in the UFC’s Strawweight Division, and is the recent champion. Weili showed off her belt in a new post on Instagram. In it, she held the belt while wearing red workout gear. She captioned the post, “I like my new kit. Thanks to the designer.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Zhang Weili stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Boxes

Weili likes to box to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself sparring with a trainer. Weili captioned the post, “Change yourself little by little. Make progress every day. Continue up UFC300 we're getting closer.” Boxing has a lot of health benefits. “Boxing combines punching drills and conditioning exercises that can improve your heart health, strength, endurance, balance and coordination,” physical therapist, Dr. James Edwards said to The Cleveland Clinic.

2. She Runs On A Treadmill

In order to get some cardio in, Weili likes to run on a treadmill. She shared this video on Instagram of herself on a treadmill. Weili captioned the post, “Continue to change yourself little by little.” HealthyTalbot.org states that using a treadmill has a lot of benefits. “Treadmill working is an aerobic/ cardio exercise. Studies demonstrate that aerobic exercise can minimize the risk of heart diseases. Moreover, they can strengthen your heart muscles. This helps to lower blood pressure and allows the heart to pump blood more efficiently. Most doctors recommend aerobic exercise to people suffering from cardiovascular diseases. Cardiovascular exercises control cholesterol levels in the blood, preventing artery blockage. They increase high-density lipoprotein and reduce low-density lipoprotein in the blood.”

3. She Weight Trains

Weili likes to weight train to stay in shape. In this video she posted on Instagram, she is seen doing kettlebell swings and lifting a barbell from the floor. Harvard Health reports that weight training has a lot of benefits. “A recent meta-analysis found that people who do muscle-strengthening workouts are less likely to die prematurely than those who don’t, adding to previous evidence that strength training has long-term health benefits. The study found that just 30 to 60 minutes a week of strength training may be enough. Those who worked out for this duration had a 10% to 20% lower risk of dying during the study period from all causes, and from cancer and heart disease specifically, compared to those who did no strength training. The benefits plateaued after one hour, and decreased after two hours. U.S. exercise guidelines recommend that adults do strength training for all major muscle groups twice a week. This can be accomplished through a variety of workouts, including weightlifting, exercises like push-ups and sit-ups, and some types of yoga.”

4. She Works Out In The Morning

Selective,Focus,Of,Alarm,Clock,Show,8,O'clock,Or,8Shutterstock

Weili makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She makes sure to exercise each morning. Weili shared her routine in an interview with CGTN Sports Scene. “I get up at six in the morning, before having my breakfast at seven. Then I go outside for fitness training at eight. Around nine o’clock, I arrive at the training site, where I start practicing for the next two hours. I train for three and a half hours before noon.”

5. She Learns From Her Losses

Weili shared her training routine in an interview with ESPN. In it, she talked about what she took away from a losing match. "Even though I lost to Rose in April, I learned something more important than simply winning that fight," Zhang said. "I learned how to stay focused and fix my weakness and how to improve myself. I think I'll be stronger this time. As I return, I think you'll see a better Weili this time."

Lewis makes sure to stay consistent when it comes to fitness. She shared her transformation in this Instagram post. Lewis captioned it, “The biggest challenge post challenge, is the maintenance. I love that a good challenge acts as a reset, and it was exactly what I needed but maintaining something that required my best step forward every single day has been tough. 2. She Works Her Lower Body

Lewis makes sure to do lower body workouts. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram video. In it, Lewis is seen doing side lunges, step ups, and seated deadlifts. 3. She Lifts Weights

4. She Doesn’t Pressure Herself

Lewis isn’t pressuring herself to lose the baby weight. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Baby #2 Postpartum is just.. different 😆I’ve not put any stress and pressure on myself to lose what I’ve gained and if I’m being honest, it’s simply because I’ve been too tied up with other priorities to think too much of it, ha! However, I do miss the health benefits and increased energy that regular movement provides me. So, there’s that! That’s been my most driving force of motivation..Wanting to increase my energy & strength!!”

5. She Embraces Failure

Lewis doesn’t let failure get to her. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “For sure, I fail more than I actually succeed these days, and that’s okay. It’s been a highly blessed year but also the most challenging year of my life thus far. As I struggle through discovering my new identity I’m also empowered by my new reasons.”

The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”
