Marlo Hampton in Bathing Suit Has "Amazing Boat Ride"

Marlo Hampton is best known for starring on Bravo's hit series, The Real Housewives of Atlanta. She was a recurring cast member for years before being promoted. Hampton just enjoyed a beach trip with her family and shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she wore a black swimsuit, her figure on display. She captioned the post, "Hips on parenthesis." She Worked With A Trainer

Hampton, like many, works with a trainer to keep herself in shape. Her trainer opened up about Hampton's progress in this Instagram post. He captioned the post, "In less than 30 days, she's made a noticeable difference on the scale, in her face, her arms & her DEFINITELY some definition in her midsection." The Australian Institute of Fitness states that having a trainer has a lot of benefits. "Everybody is different, and that means everyone's abilities and requirements are different when it comes to exercise. This could be anything from trying to bounce back after an old injury, to having a phobia that may impact on where or how you workout. For example, if you have an old knee injury that required surgery, but since then you haven't done anything to rebuild the muscles or improve mobility, then you are going to need different exercises and goals than an athlete who is training to run a marathon. This is where a personal trainer's experience can make a huge difference to your training program."


She Intermittent Fasts

In the same post, Hampton's trainer revealed that she intermittently fasts. This has a lot of benefits. John Hopkins Medicine states, "Intermittent fasting improved blood pressure and resting heart rates as well as other heart-related measurements…Young men who fasted for 16 hours showed fat loss while maintaining muscle mass. Mice who were fed on alternate days showed better endurance in running."


She Drinks A Lot of Water

In a post on her blog, Hampton shared some of her skincare tips. She says that she drinks a lot of water.  "The most important tip I can give you guys for healthy skin is to STAY HYDRATED. I don't care how many cocktails you've had that day, divas and divos, water is the most important! I like to drink at least a gallon of water a day. If I can do it, so can you!" 


She Limits Alcohol

Hampton talked about her diet on an episode of The Daily Dish podcast. In it, she says that she is limiting herself to just three cocktails or less a day. "One day, I went to my doctor, and I'm like, 'Am I an alcoholic?' She's like, 'Why do you say that?' I said, 'Because I have, like, a drink every day.' She's like, 'So are you drinking liquor straight?' I'm like, 'No! Like lemon drops.' It has to be sweet, mimosas.'" 


She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Hampton shared some of her favorite skincare products on her blog post. She says that she makes sure to remove all of her makeup. "I use ALBOLENE moisturizing makeup remover. Guys, I live and die by this stuff. It is AMAZING. It is so important to cleanse your face before putting makeup on. It hydrates, gets access oils and makeup off, and wakes you up!"
