Tracy Tutor, a well-known real estate agent and TV personality from Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles, is passionate about staying fit and prioritizing her health. In a recent Instagram video, she shared her thoughts on work ethic and consistency, stating, “You can fake a lot of things in life, work ethic is not one of them.” Tracy, who is dedicated to putting in the hours both in her career and workouts, uses fitness as a tool for success and maintaining balance in her life. Her workout routine includes strength training, cardio, and lower-body exercises, proving that her commitment to staying strong reflects her approach to her overall well-being.

1. She Works Her Legs

In her Instagram video, Tutor is seen doing lower body workouts. Specifically, she is seen doing donkey kicks and diagonal leg lifts. Leg workouts have a lot of benefits. Piedmont reports, “Having strong glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings and calf muscles gives your body a strong foundation and can: Tone your lower body muscles. Boost your metabolism as you increase muscle mass. Give you a higher calorie burn as you train larger muscle groups. Improve your balance.”

2. She Works Her Abs

Tracy Tutor.2Tracy Tutor/Instagram

Tutor is seen doing ab workouts in her Instagram video. She is seen doing bicycle crunches and holding a plank. Ab workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic states, “Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities.”

3. She Uses Weights

Tutor loves to strength train to stay in shape. She talked about this in an interview on The Daily Dish. "Over the course of the last several years, I've been working out a lot, changing my eating habits, but I think the most important thing that I have done that has changed my body is definitely strength training. As women, we never wanna lift heavy weights because we were told for so long it was gonna make us bulky. It is the polar opposite of that.”

4. She Prioritizes Health

Tutor opened up about prioritizing her health in an interview with Camille Styles. “During Covid, my biggest lesson was learning to prioritize my health. I’m getting to the age where it’s extremely important to get enough rest and make sure I get truly restorative sleep so that I can be effective throughout the day. I haven’t nailed all the perfect habits–I know I should be turning off my phone well before bedtime–but I’m working on it!”

5. She Does Fat Burning Cardio

Tutor makes sure to do cardio workouts. However, she tells Camille Styles that she has changed what cardio she does. “When I was younger, I focused on more intense cardio–I thought it was about going as long and hard as possible. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve learned to focus on more fat burning and moderate intensity cardio–this allows me to eat what I want, drink what I want, and feel good in my body. It also keeps me from injuring myself or burning out, so that I can rebound and stay consistent, rather than hitting these intense physical peaks and valleys.”

Selling Sunset star Bre Tiesi just went on the most incredible trip to Africa, and she’s sharing some highlights on social media. Tiesi, 33, posted several pictures from her trip, including one of herself wearing green two-piece workout gear, holding a yoga pose with a beautiful giraffe next to her. “Africa has ALWAYS been at the top of my bucket list ✈️✔️From hiking 9 miles to see silverback gorillas, to bottle feeding orphan baby elephants at the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, to staying at THE Giraffe Manor... this experience was a trip of a lifetime. 🥹 My full Africa travel vlog is finally live on my YouTube Channel, tap the link in my bio to check it out 🦒🎥🗺️🍿🤩🫶🏼,” she captioned the post. Here’s how the reality star stays fit, happy, and ready for adventure.

1. Morning Workouts

Tiesi starts her day with an early-morning workout. “I work out every morning at 6:00 am. That’s my number one thing for my mental health and, well, for everything,” she told Grazia. “At night I try to do my self-care things like an under-eye mask and hair mask. I have my glass of wine, my quiet time and my bath. Those are my main forms of self-care.”

2. She Loves To Box

Tiesi is a huge fan of boxing-based workouts. “I love boxing,” she told Grazia. “I think I just like to hit things [laughs]. It helps me de-stress. But I honestly love all workouts, it’s such a stress reliever and you get the endorphins and a healthy release. It’s been a big thing that, honestly, has saved me throughout my life as it really centers you and re-sets your body and mind.”

3. Making Time For Working Out

Tiesi has a son with Nick Cannon, and says she now understands how hard it is to find time for yourself as a mother. "People used to say all the time, 'I'm too busy to work out.' And I was like, 'No one's ever too busy to work out.' But now, I truly grasp it," she told OK!. "It's something I really want to help with because it really is difficult to find the motivation to get there and nonetheless know what to do."

4. Low Carb, High Protein Diet

Top,View,Shot,Of,Cooked,Oatmeal,With,A,Spoon,InShutterstock

Tiesi says her diet is “boring and plain” for the most part. “I get up in the morning and have my pre-workout, and then I come back and have my protein shake, oatmeal and coffee,” she told Grazia. “My snack is usually a bar or some grapefruit, and lunch is something like a turkey burger and vegetables, or I like to make breakfast tacos. I try to have at least half of an avocado too. My lunch is a lot of protein and is heavier on carbs, especially after a workout. Dinner is no carbs and more about protein and veggies. That’s basically it! I don’t eat after nine if I can help it.”

5. Family Workouts

Tiesi encourages her son to take part in her workouts. "It's very cute,” she told OK!. “He's in there and he's trying to copy everything I'm doing. I actually just got him a baby spin bike and some little baby weights. He loves it. He copies everything I do and I just think it's amazing because as he gets older, it's going to be something that he's interested in and he's seen me do and something that he will instill in his life. It's going to just be natural."

Lily James is “obsessed” with the Tracy Anderson method, according to a new gym selfie. The star of The Iron Claw, Baby Driver and the hit miniseries Pam & Tommy (in which she played Pam Anderson) looks superfit, and has a strict and disciplined workout regimen that keeps her on track for her roles. Read on to see 5 ways Lily James stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. When The Going Gets Tough, She Gets Motivation

Staying motivated during these intense workouts really helps Lily to drag herself out of bed and get started. Even on those tough days, Lily says to Cosmo, "my ultimate top tip is to drag yourself, even if you have to roll yourself out of your bed and into a sit-up – it's really not that bad once you start. Just be like 'you can do it' and when you get to the point of breaking, that's when you get fitter. You have to keep a positive mind, you need to push through the pain."

2. She’s Extremely Disciplined and Doesn’t Take Shortcuts

Lily James.3Lily James/Instagram

Being strict with her diet is just what works for Lily. No cheating. "I had to be really strict with myself, I knew if I cheated myself with chocolate and wine then it wouldn't work,” Lily said about preparing for the Fast Girls role. "I had to give up everything I love. We couldn't drink, eat chocolate, have sweets or desserts. But you know what, I got well into it... It's amazing to see how much better you feel and to see the change in your body." Some people can afford to have a cheat day, others fall off the wagon and so for her, she just sticks to it even if it’s difficult when she has a goal in mind.

3. She Breaks a Sweat Boxing and Running

Cardio is the backbone of any workout regiment. It’s the bread and butter of getting to a better place. As for what her fitness regime entailed, Lily explained she does a mix of running and boxing. "I felt really athletic, which I hadn’t done for a long time and there was great confidence that came from that... I feel less self-conscious on a beach now. It was really wonderful to feel like that, to feel so in my own body," Lily said.

4. She Stays Consistent

With maybe one or two rest days in the rotation, she really stays consistent with her workouts on days that she’s supposed to be training. Particularly for her athletic role in Fast Girls back in 2012. "It was very intense – we had about six weeks of training before the film even started," Lily said. Even running errands, she tries to walk and bike wherever she can.

slidetitle num="5"]Her Meals Are Loaded With Protein

Protein packed meals give Lily the energy to continue her rigorous fitness routine. “On top of the fitness and the health, we also had a diet plan we had to follow which involved eating between five and six meals a day that were really high in protein, so that meant lots of protein shakes, fish, chicken and no cheating," she said to Cosmo.

slidetitle num="6"]The Tracy Anderson Method Really Works

Lily James.6Lily James/Instagram

Anderson rose to fame by keeping celebs fit as she “created custom workouts and diets—which she overhauled every 10 days to keep the accessory muscles consistently engaged—and tracked and graphed her findings,” according to her site. “Over the past two decades, the Tracy Anderson Method has grown and evolved, though the basic premise remains the same: Tracy continues to develop thousands of new routines to ensure that no client ever plateaus.”

Twilight star Ashley Greene is giving fans a glimpse at the highlights of her year so far. Greene, 36, shared several pictures of herself and family, including one of the star wearing black leggings and a purple workout top, looking fresh-faced and very toned. “Life lately,” she captioned the post, adding the word “commitment” for her workout selfie. Greene is now the co-owner of a gym, and her fitness routine has adapted to motherhood—here’s how the actress stays fit and full of energy.

1. Sweating For Good Headspace

Greene previously talked about her love for Rise Nation workouts in Los Angeles. “Mentally, for me, it’s so important. It really keeps me kind of sharp and focused,” she told Women’s Health. “I kind of alternate between doing the Versa classes and strength training and I’m waiting for the day that I can do them both in one day! It’s always that thing where, even when I don’t go to the gym, if I’m just sweating and being active – even if it’s not an intense session – I always feel so much better and things are much more organized in my head.”

2. Fueling Her Workouts

Toast,With,Peanut,Butter,,Banana,Slices,,Honey,And,Almond,FlakesShutterstock

Greene eats to fuel her workouts. “I used to have to have breakfast, but it was, like, yogurt,” she told Women’s Health. “Now I have to have two pieces of wholegrain toast and almond butter, honey and bananas on top. That would bother some people because it’s got a decent amount of fat, but you have to recognise that it’s fuel; it doesn’t matter if I’m putting calories and fat into my body – I need it to do the type of strength training that I like to do.”

3. Postpartum Fitness

Greene was careful about jumping back into her workout routine after welcoming daughter Kingsley Rainn in September 2022. "I wanted to feel fully back into my body… I really wanted to focus on making sure that I gave myself enough rest for everything to go back into place, and made sure that I wasn't trying to jump back into where I was and hurting myself," she told PEOPLE. "I feel like there's this idea that you are cleared after eight weeks and you can just jump back in, and that is so far from the case. I think it's really damaging to a lot of people.”

4. Learning Self-Confidence

Greene has learned to become comfortable and confident in her own skin. “I don't know that I've ever met someone who hasn't had some type of insecure moment or stage,” she told HuffPost. “You're growing and you're learning, and some days are good and some are bad. I'm definitely the most comfortable in my skin than I've ever been. I understand that a lot of things aren't the end of the world.”

5. Gym Owner

Greene and husband Paul Khory opened their own gym NexGen Fitness in Sherman Oaks, CA, and she is thrilled her daughter will grow up being familiar with the place. “She was just running around this place that holds so much importance to all of us,” she told PEOPLE. “She’ll grow up understanding and have such a toolbox for mental health and physical fitness and reproductive rights, and that’s such a cool thing to be able to give all that to your daughter. It’s much more fulfilling to put your name and your face behind something that you truly care about."

Eva Longoria recently added a little bounce to her workout routine with the help of a trampoline. She doesn’t just jump on her mini JumpSport trampoline, she does kicks, jumps, and knee raises, alternating leg extensions and lunges, and lower abdominal crunches and leg and hip exercises. "Saturday workouts are better with a trampoline," she recently captioned an image of her workout. "Oh my god this feels amazing," she said while jumping. "It actually feels better on my knees." Dr. Fatima Cody Stanford, M.D., an obesity medicine physician and educator specializing in the care of adults, adolescents, and children, who's working with JumpSport Fitness to encourage the healthy habit of daily movement through their Maintain Your Weight campaign, explains that trampolines are low impact on joints. Vanessa Hudgens is one of the many devotees of cult workout The Dogpound, a New York City and Los Angeles based training studio that hosts hardcore, bootcamp like group fitness classes. She can often be seen doing the workouts on Instagram.

"I'm the type of person that needs to be in a class," Vanessa told Popsugar. "I need someone telling me what to do, and I love being in a group environment because I'm very competitive, so it pushes me to work harder than I would if I was by myself." In addition to the physical benefits of a high intensity workout, group exercise can also make your life better in other ways. According to a 2017 study in The Journal of the American Osteopathic Association, exercising in a group environment can help decrease stress and improve quality of life.

3. Kim Kardashian Does Strength Training

Celebrity Sightings In Los Angeles - May 22 2021 Photo by MEGA/GC Images

Kim Kardashian is in her best shape ever, and it has nothing to do with crash diets or trendy workouts. She and trainer Melissa Alcantara focus on long, strength training sessions to maintain Kim’s famous figure. "When it comes to booty and legs, we usually work out for an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes," Alcantara told Women's Health about their twice a week lower body workouts. "You don't want to go too hard or overwork that muscle, otherwise it doesn't have time to recover and grow.” Kim recently added treadmill sprints to her routine. "Been sprinting every day!" she wrote on an Instagram Story. "I've been seeing changes!"

4. Kate Hudson Does “Everything”

"I do everything. I have to switch it up, I get so bored," Kate Hudson told InStyle about her workout strategy. "I've been loving the Obé app, they have 20-minute workouts that are really hard and if you do them with the proper form they're really effective. I love my yoga apps, like Glo, and I use Body by Simone and Tracy Anderson's apps too — there's nothing better than her abs workout. I love my Peloton. I love Pilates — that's always been my number one." There are multiple reasons to switch up your workouts. Not only does it prevent boredom and overuse injuries but is a great way to ensure you are working all your muscles.

5. Halle Berry Fights

What's yours?" she captioned a recent Instagram post of herself in full boxing form. In a recent interview with W magazine, Berry revealed that she's a major fan of martial arts workouts. "Jiu jitsu and judo have become my fast favorites," she revealed. Not only are fighting workouts fun and a great way to get in shape, they can boost mental health. One study published in the Japan Journal of Physical Education, Health and Sport Sciences found boxing-style exercises promote feelings of relaxation and improve mood.

For Hewitt, fitness is all about variety. “I try to switch it up a bit,” she told OK! I’ve been doing pilates, I’ve been doing yoga, I’ve done just plain old walking. I wear 10 pound weights on my ankles while I’m working just so that as I’m moving during the day I’m constantly building muscle. It’s not great for your back but I’m doing it anyway. Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
