Missy Keating is enjoying the sunshine in Holbox Island, Mexico—and it looks like the world's most fun work trip. The 22-year-old daughter of Boyzone star Ronan Keating shared behind the scenes pictures of a photoshoot, including one of her posing on a boat in a blue bikini. "Partners in crime," she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Keating stays in shape.

1

She Loves To Dance

Keating fell in love with dance after appearing on Dancing With the Stars. "If I could do that forever, I'd actually do it forever. I loved it so much," she says. "A whole new world opened up for me, I had no idea what the Foxtrot was and now I love the Foxtrot. I don't think I'm going to give dancing up anytime soon."

2

Skiing Trips

Keating loves to ski, as evidenced by her social media posts. "It is a great way to enjoy winter for people of all ages and abilities," says Randy Clark, exercise laboratory manager and manager of UW Health's Pediatric Fitness Clinic. "And, it's one of the best forms of cardiovascular exercise, it's easy on the joints, and more importantly, it's fun."

Keating enjoys fish and shellfish, especially oysters. "Eating fish is associated with several health benefits, including lowering triglycerides (type of fat), blood pressure and inflammation, improving eye health, reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke, protecting brain health and reducing Alzheimer's progression," according to the experts at UnityPoint Health. "Fish are rich in minerals such as calcium, zinc and magnesium, and it's a key source of omega-3 fatty acids."

4

Work Ethic

Keating's work ethic comes from her upbringing with a famous father. "I feel like because of traveling, and seeing my dad on stage and that kind of thing, I don't think I really found it that strange. I just loved it, and I felt, 'This is where I'm supposed to be'. It was like, 'This is right; this is normal; this is what I'm supposed to be doing'. Every single day we had early mornings, and I never cared," she says.

5

Positive Attitude

Keating has a positive attitude, even when things don't go her way. This attitude can help support mental health and has made Keating even more confident. "Every audition is an experience, whether you get it or not," she says. "Nothing's ever really going to stop me. I think everything is experience. You can't do anything without gaining something from it."
