"Mormon Wives" Stunner Jessi Ngatikaura in Two-Piece Workout Gear "Had the Best Time"
Jessi Ngatikaura is kicking off the debut of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives – in her exercise gear. In a new social media post the reality star and influencer flaunts her fit figure in a two-piece exercise set. "Had the best time celebrating the launch of @secretlivesonhulu with our friends and family here in Utah! #secretlivesofmormonwives #momtok #hulu #utahmoms," she captioned the post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
Coffee
In the clip, Jessi starts her day with a cup of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
Strength Training
It pays to have a huge, luxury closet. In a video chronicling her day, she gets in a workout first thing in the AM. "I started by getting up at 6:00 am. I went into my closet and did a little workout before starting my day. In the clip she uses light weights and does a few arm exercises. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:
- Develop strong bones
- Manage your weight
- Enhance your quality of life
- Manage chronic conditions
- Sharpen your thinking skills
Hydration
Jessi drinks lots of water. In the clip she fills her Hydra Jug with ice nuggets and water to keep herself hydrated throughout the day. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Plastic Surgery
Jessi recently went under the knife, getting a labiaplasty and boob job on the same day. "I'm getting a labiaplasty and they're cutting it all off, tightening it back up. I'm getting a mommy makeover," she announced during an episode of the show. "I've gotten my boobs done three times and now I'm getting my cookie redone," she added in a confessional.
A "Rebel" Mormon
Jessi does not belong to the Church of Latter-Day Saints (LDS), calling herself a "rebel" on Nick Viall's podcast. "I'm a zero out of 10 on the Mormon scale," she quipped. "I'm the alcoholic on the show. I'm like the rebellious one on the cast. My dad wasn't Mormon [and] my mom was, so I grew up like a mutt [and] have the best of both worlds."
