Lopez recently opened up about work workout routine in her newsletter, On the JLo, "I think as we grow and mature, we start losing muscle and start aching," she wrote. That along with stretching and staying limber and mobile are the most important things."

2. She Works Out Almost Every Day

Lopez also revealed that she lifts weight three to four days a week. When she wants to lean out, she adds cardio to the mix – 30 minutes of cardio then 30 minutes of resistance training. She usually starts with leg work, moving onto her back and shoulders, ending with core work.

3. She Prioritizes Mental Health

Jennifer revealed to Rolling Stone that she goes to therapy. She also said that she has “become much more spiritual” since having kids. She relies on daily prayers and affirmations to keep her grounded, including “I am whole; I am good on my own; I love the universe, the universe loves me,” she added. “I try to always live from a place of gratitude,” she said. “But today, especially, if you ask me what my first thought was, it was, ‘Thank you. Thank you, God, for this day. Thank you for my life, what it is.’”

4. She Hydrates

Jen pushes the importance of drinking plenty of water, "drinking plenty of water, especially before a workout, can help you push harder and get more out of your exercise routine," she revealed to HELLO! She has also revealed that proper hydration is one of the secrets to her J.LO glow. The Mayo Clinic agrees that drinking plenty of water helps to keep the skin hydrated and looking its best.

5. This Is Her Secret to Making 52 Look Like 22

Jennifer doesn’t use that as an excuse. She looks better and more fit than ever before at 52. "I'm in the best shape of my life," she admitted in InStyle’s 2021 The Beauty Issue. Her secret? Evolving her approach to exercise as she ages. “In my 20s and 30s I used to work out but not like I do now,” she said. “It's not that I work out more; I just work out harder and smarter. And it doesn't take me as long as it did in the past. I do it more for my health than I do for looks, which is funny. When you do things for the right reasons, you actually look better!”

Brad Pitt is 59 years old and seems in no danger of losing his title as one of Hollywood’s leading heartthrobs. Benjamin Button references aside, Pitt looks fantastic for being a year shy of 60—so how does it do it? According to the actor, there’s a lot more to it than Hollywood magic and personal trainers, and he just wants to be the best version of himself at any age. “I don’t know about running from aging, but this idea of being more health minded is something I’m interested in,” he says. How does he stay so fit? Read on to see 5 health, wellness, and diet methods Pitt utilizes to look the way he does at 59, and the photos that prove they work.

1. Health and Wellness

Celebrity Sightings In New York City - February 13, 2023James Devaney/GC Images

Pitt’s approach to wellness is to keep things simple and attainable—focusing on common sense over fad diets and workouts. “Trying to stay physical, try to eat healthy a little bit, try to stay creative,” he says, adding that he has cut back on the occasional glass of wine. “I stopped for a while, I’m taking a hiatus, self-induced.”

2. Giving Up Alcohol

Pitt now avoids alcohol, which is notoriously bad for health and appearance. “I enjoy wine very, very much, but I just ran it to the ground,” he says. “I had to step away for a minute. And truthfully I could drink a Russian under the table with his own vodka. I was a professional. I was good. [I] don't want to live that way anymore.” Pitt replaced his wine habit with cranberry juice and sparkling water. “I've got the cleanest urinary tract in all of L.A., I guarantee you! But the terrible thing is I tend to run things into the ground. That's why I've got to make something so calamitous. I've got to run it off a cliff.”

3. Taking Care of His Skin

"BABYLON" UK Premiere – ArrivalsSamir Hussein/WireImage

Pitt gets skincare advice from ex-wife Jennifer Aniston, and ex-girlfriend and Goop mogul Gwyneth Paltrow. “Aniston keeps sending me stuff,” he says. “I haven’t tried [her haircare], but she sent it. She’s all over it, I trust her. Paltrow is all over it too. I’ll call her up, ‘I need a tip’, [then it’s] approved or not approved.” Pitt sometimes dabbles in technology to keep his skin in tip-top shape. “I have a makeup artist friend of 30 years [Jean Black] who’ll always bring new stuff for healthy skin, with more of a skin care rather than a beauty focus, like [LED] masks with red lights. I’ll try but I can’t commit, it’s too much work. During films she’ll keep me relatively healthy, she’ll do a regiment. I want it simple, I think it’s true of most guys.” Pitt has also launched a skincare line called Le Domaine.

4. Embracing His Feelings

"Babylon" Paris Premiere At Le Grand RexMarc Piasecki/WireImage

Pitt says he is no longer running away from his feelings. "I think joy's been a newer discovery, later in life," he says. "I was always moving with the currents, drifting in a way, and onto the next. I think I spent years with a low-grade depression, and it's not until coming to terms with that, trying to embrace all sides of self — the beauty and the ugly — that I've been able to catch those moments of joy."

5. Focusing On Inner Health

Babylon premiere - LondonIan West/PA Images via Getty Images

Pitt helps support his mental and emotional health through creativity and manual labor. “I'm anxious to get to the studio,” he says. “I think it was Picasso who talked about the moment of looking at the subject, and paint hitting canvas, and that is where art happens. For me I'm having a moment of getting to feel emotion at my fingertips. But to get that emotion to clay—I just haven't cracked the surface. And I don't know what's coming. Right now I know the manual labor is good for me, getting to know the expansiveness and limitations of the materials. I've got to start from the bottom, I've got to sweep my floor, you know?”

Hollywood is notorious for superficial relationships and fickle friendships—but some couples have proved they can stand the test of time and temptation. Despite any disappointments in their past, these long-standing couples are not only at the top of their respective games when it comes to career, they absolutely define relationship goals too. "It was pretty intense," Nicole Kidman once said about falling for husband Keith Urban. "I believed by that point he was the love of my life. Maybe that's because I am deeply romantic, or I'm an actress, or I have strong faith as well, but I just believed, 'Oh, okay, here he is.'" Here are 10 celebrity power duos that will reaffirm your faith in love.

1. Tim McGraw and Faith Hill

28th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are not only the ultimate country power couple, they play husband and wife on hit Yellowstone spin off 1883. “We’ve been married 26 years,” Hill says. “We’ve never done anything like this together. Tim’s a legit actor, and I felt the only way to bring it as authentically as I possibly could was to experience James and Margaret for the first time on set. It would have been hard to separate the two for me. It seemed to work, because Tim still surprised me when we were working together — he did things as James I didn’t expect from him. I needed that in order to be as natural as possible.”

2. Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson

92nd Annual Academy Awards - ArrivalsKevin Mazur/Getty Images

Married since 1988, Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson are one of Hollywood’s most enduring couples. "I view my wife as my lover, and we have a bond that goes beyond words like wife or girlfriend or mother," Hanks told Oprah Winfrey in 2001. "For example, I was able to construct a number of things in Philadelphia because of my relationship with Rita. The way my character felt about his lover is the way I feel about mine. The same was true when I played Forrest Gump, who loved Jenny. Without my connection with Rita, I don't know how I would've been able to connect with what Forrest was going through."

3. David and Victoria Beckham

David and Victoria Beckham married in 1999, when she was a Spice Girl and he was a Manchester United star. “We talked for about an hour in the players’ lounge, and she actually got the train up that day, so she wrote her number down on a train ticket. Which I still have,” David said on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in February 2020. “And here we are, 20 years later and four kids later.”

4. Emily Blunt and John Krasinski

Emily Blunt and John Kraskinski are another Hollywood couple who work together—in their case, in the A Quiet Place movies. "I wouldn't be anywhere in my life without her," Kraskinski says. "On a daily basis, but certainly in a career-wise, as a dad, she pushes me to be better every single day at everything I do. So I look forward to the next day cause I know it'll be better than the one before."

5. Beyoncé and Jay-Z

It’s difficult to remember a time when Beyoncé and Jay-Z were not a unit. Married since 2008, the couple have built a brand with immense power. “I would not be the woman I am if I did not go home to that man. It just gives me such a foundation,” Beyoncé said in 2013. "He has helped me on so many levels ... just to have someone that you just like is so important. And someone that is honest.”

6. Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell

Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell have been together since 1983. The secret to their success? “Love, gratitude, compassion, because sometimes every man or every woman will drive their partner crazy,” Hawn says. “Family. Fun. Laughs… If you don’t nurture that, and remember, you’re done.”

7. George and Amal Clooney

George and Amar Clooney have been married since 2014, and the actor is known to wax lyrical about his wife of almost 10 years. "I met someone who I would absolutely trade my life for," he said in 2018. "I met someone, who, her life meant more to me than my life. I had never had that experience before."

8. Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have been married since 2012, and still have a close relationship and shared sense of humor. The couple got married after barely a year of dating.

“We were hanging out at this little restaurant in Tribeca that’s open really late, and this song came on and I was just like, ‘Want to dance?’ No one was in there, so it was just totally empty,” Reynolds says of the moment they fell in love. “And it was just one of those moments where halfway through the dance, it was like, ‘Oh, I think I just crossed a line.’ And then I walked her home.”

9. Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick

Married since 1997, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are one of Hollywood’s most low-key power couples. “I’ve always said one of the reasons we’ve had success is because we don’t talk about our marriage,” Parker says. “I’m not flattering myself that anyone’s discussing my marriage, but we’re certainly not going to add to it by saying, ‘Well, this is why it works.’ Next thing you know, there’ll be a very public divorce. So we just try to respect each other.”

10. Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban

55th Annual CMA Awards - ArrivalsJason Kempin/Getty Images

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban married in 2006, and still adore each other. "I met him later in life and it's been the best thing that's ever happened to me," Kidman told Gayle King. "That man is the best thing that's ever happened to me… We're a mix. We're very suited [for each other]. I'm incredibly lucky to have met him."

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”
