Cat Osterman is glowing after her run – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the softball star turned ESPN analyst shows off her amazing body in an exercise set after going for a long jog. “This is the happiest face you’ll find after 7 miles,” she captioned the Instagram photo. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Adjusting Her Diet to Her Training

“I counted calories and was very adamant that I continue to pay attention to what I eat,” Osterman explained to Us Magazine. “Since then I’ve gotten a little more lenient. I don’t necessarily count calories as much as I just look ahead to what I need to do that day. If I have all three components of training, then obviously I need to eat a little more, but if I only have pitching and I don’t have lifting or conditioning, then I eat a little bit less or am smarter with what I eat.”

2. Here Is What She Eats in a Day

Cat dished about her diet to Us. “Breakfast can range anywhere from a smoothie to a yogurt parfait, which is yogurt, berries and granola,” she said. “This morning, I had a sweet potato hash that includes sweet potatoes, turkey sausage, peppers onions, and then I put an egg over top of it,” she said. She tries to be “conscious” of what she eats, but sometimes relies on a grab-and-go option for lunch. “Lunch can be anything from a salad to sandwich, occasionally maybe some chicken nuggets from Chick-fil-A. I try to do grilled chicken as much as possible,” she said. “For dinner, we eat pretty well. We cook for the most part. I will substitute zucchini noodles instead of spaghetti noodles or have potatoes or sweet potatoes instead of bread and rice. I’ll put quinoa in there sometimes, I’m pretty conscious about what I eat.”

3. Body Image Issues

Body,Positivity,Or,Negativity,Symbol.,Psychologist,Turns,Cubes,,Changes,WordsShutterstock

“I haven't, I've never, I don't shy away from it, but I've just never really talked about it,” Cat confessed to Burn By Mandy about her body image issues. “I struggled with it, not to the extent that it changed my eating habits or anything. I love food. So some of my body image issues come with the fact that I just have zero willpower when it comes to food. And I know that but you know, growing up I was very skinny. I was a late bloomer, so I was very thin for a really long time. My height didn't so much distract me or be something that I was subconscious of, or whatever.”

4. Basketball

One thing she wasn’t shy about? “I wasn't afraid of my height because I play basketball too. And basketball was my first love. So I knew height was gonna make me good at that,” she said. “Basketball promotes speed, agility, strength, power and endurance. It [has] also been shown to increase flexibility and motor coordination. As a result, basketball is uniquely oriented to improve fundamental motor skills that are shown to be beneficial in promoting general health,” Koco Eaton, M.D., orthopedic surgeon, founder of Eaton Orthopaedics and a former basketball player, tells Nike.

5. Running

In her latest post, Cat explains her recent running achievement. “Twice I’ve attempted 7 miles and come up short on finishing without walking. First time I felt like a massive failure; second time I saw progress,” she said. Today I was only supposed to run 6, but I felt good at 5 and told myself ‘you’re going to do this!’ Lo and behold I did! Finally!! Been a bit since something was such a struggle, but it’s fun to have a challenge! I’m not running 9 min miles like @skylar.wallace but these old legs are going. Conquer something today!”

WNBA superstar Caitlin Clark isn’t content with just being a basketball legend—she’s adding golf to the list of skills. Clark, 22, shared pictures of herself wearing black pants and a blue sweatshirt, hitting the green with golf pros Nelly Korda and Annika Sorenstam. “Fun day surrounded by two of the best to ever do it ⛳️📍The ANNIKA driven by @gainbridgesport,” she captioned the post. “What can’t you do?” commented teammate Aliyah A. Boston. Here’s how the Indiana Fever star stays fit, strong, and focused.

1. Strength Training

Clark put on eight pounds of muscle after working with strength and conditioning coach Lindsay Alexander in 2022/23. "Obviously she's a one-of-a-kind basketball player, but the thing is, she's not a one-of-a-kind person in the weight room," Alexander previously told Business Insider. "She has this very high skill set in basketball, but her physical development could really be improved."

2. Holistic Health and Wellness

Alarm,,Clock,And,Woman,Sleeping,In,Bed,With,Depression,,TiredShutterstock

Alexander made sure Clark employed a holistic approach to her training and wellness. "You can have the best training and the best basketball coach and all these things, but if you're not sleeping and taking care of your body appropriately, then it doesn't really matter," Alexander said. "[Clark] takes ownership of her sleep… and pretty good on the nutrition front. I think that has helped her really get to see the success from her training, because she's doing the other things as well."

3. Comfy Style

Clark has a specific style she feels comfortable in. “Usually I wear sweatpants and sweatshirts all the time,” she told Women’s Wear Daily. “I’m busy, I play basketball. But other than that, I feel like I’m very simple. I like simple things. I feel like I’m trying to get out of my comfort zone a little bit [now]. I mean, I’m definitely gonna show up in a Nike Tech fleece here and there.”

4. Record-Breaking Season

Clark had a record-breaking rookie season with the WNBA, and is still amazed at how far she’s come. "I think it's something that I'll always remember, like, coming into this league," she told CBS News. “A lot of these players are who I grew up watching on TV and wanting to be like, and now I get to play against them.”

5. Big City Dreams

Clark grew up in Des Moines, so Indianapolis feels like a big city to her. “I feel like Indianapolis is like such a good spot for myself,” she told Women’s Wear Daily. “It’s a basketball state — they love basketball through and through, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, but also I think the Fever is a first-class organization that is really trying to get back to their championship ways, and they’re gonna invest. So for myself, I can’t imagine a more perfect place to start my career. And obviously in the Midwest, I have a lot of fans. I can’t really script it any better.”

Christine Williamson is a rising star in the world of sports journalism, currently making waves as a host for ESPN and SportsCenter, after previously covering the Big 12. Known for her distinctive style and confident presence, Christine has built a brand that goes beyond her reporting skills. Recently, she shared a selfie on Instagram, sporting a black workout top with the caption "Happy off day," giving her followers a glimpse into her laid-back, off-camera moments. Her journey to ESPN success didn’t happen overnight—it was shaped by her desire to challenge herself and stand out in a highly competitive field. From embracing her unique bald look to staying true to her values, Christine’s story is one of persistence, authenticity, and staying comfortable in her own skin. Here's a look at how she carved out her own path in sports journalism and built a brand that resonates with so many people.

1. She Found Her Brand

In an interview with Voyage Dallas, Williamson talked about finding her brand. “I started building my brand while I was in graduate school at Clemson University. I studied broadcast journalism at the University of Miami and went on to cover and report for Clemson’s Athletic Department. During my first week, I met Scott Van Pelt who at the time was doing a segment for ESPN’s SportsCenter called ‘Bald Man on Campus.’ It sparked the idea to make my unique look a focus of the brand I began building. I thought it was a great way for people to not feel confused or uncomfortable about the fact that I’m bald (even though it is a choice and I shave my head pretty much every day).”

2. She Wanted To Challenger Herself

Williamson revealed to Voyage Dallas that she went into sports journalism to challenge herself. “I decided to go into sports reporting in undergrad. I was a broadcast journalism major, but I wasn't really sure which path I wanted to take. I was an athlete an undergrad too, and a lot of the projects I was doing for school was sports-related just because I was always around it. I even had one professor ask me to do something other than sports! Around that time, another professor asked us what we planned on doing in the future. He specifically asked how many of us wanted to get into sports and we all raised our hands. He said something along of the lines of this being a very competitive industry, and that we should consider being in news. That sounded like a challenge to me, so I was like ‘Bet!’”

3. She Wears What’s Comfortable

In an interview with One37PM, Williamson talked about how she found her reporting attire. “The biggest thing for me was the fact that I didn't want people to think I was going into sports to get attention from athletes. For me, I was trying to do things that wouldn't draw too much attention to myself and not wear stuff that showed the form of my body. I wanted people to know that I was in this for the right reasons—not because I wanted to marry a football player. A lot of the style choices I made early on were in that regard.”

4. She Gets Vitamins From the Sun

Williamson frequently shares photos of her outdoor activities, emphasizing the importance of spending time in the sun. She often mentions the benefits of fresh air and natural light, which help her stay energized and focused. Whether it's during a workout or simply enjoying a day off, she values the mental and physical boost that being outside provides.

5. She Enjoys the Sauna

Christine WilliamsonChristine Williamson/Instagram

Williamson has shared glimpses of her post-workout recovery routine, which includes regular sauna sessions. The sauna helps her relax after a long day and is part of her self-care regimen. It's a way for her to decompress and recharge, ensuring she stays at the top of her game both physically and mentally.

Brittany Mahomes is showing off her hot body at the gym in a few new mirror selfies. In a few new social media posts the former professional soccer player and wife of NFL star Patrick Mahomes flaunts her fit figure while at the gym, wearing a sports bra and leggings. “We love a neutral pattern,” she captioned one of the Instagram Stories. How does the fitness trainer and mom approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. “Unapologetically” Always Herself

Brittany.Mahomes.3Brittany Mahomes/Instagram

“I think I align perfectly with SI Swimsuit’s vision because I am unapologetically always myself in any setting. I want women to feel empowered to always be yourself, love yourself, and feel confident in whatever you do and I think SI Swimsuit does, too,” she says. “Be confident in who you are and be unapologetically yourself. People are going to love you or hate you, but finding your values and what makes you ‘you’ to be the best version of yourself is what really matters. Whether that’s health and wellness, being a great wife or mom, or career goals, being the best version of you is the most important thing you can be.”

2. A Love for Exercise

Brittany.Mahomes.4Brittany Mahomes/Instagram

Brittany recently told Sports Illustrated that she is the most confident wearing workout clothes at the gym. “When I was playing professional soccer over in Iceland, I didn’t have a ton to do outside of soccer, so I found myself spending a ton of time in the gym working out, creating workouts, and posting them online,” she explains. “I realized that I was enjoying that so much more than actually playing soccer.”

3. Walking

Two,Dogs,In,Forest,Looking,Up,At,Person,For,TreatShutterstock

She also gets her steps in. In an interview with Eating Well, Brittany revealed that “walks with the kids and the dogs,” are another form of fitness for her. A 2018 study published in the journal Obesity found a link between walking 10,000 steps a day and weight loss and weight management. Other studies published by the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) in JAMA Neurology and in JAMA Internal Medicine also linked walking 10,000 steps a day to less dementia and less cardiovascular disease overall, with less heart disease, less heart failure and fewer strokes.

4. Strength Training and HIIT

Brittany.Mahomes.1Brittany Mahomes/Instagram

Brittany’s workouts are a combination of strength training and high intensity interval training. “If you are a beginner, HIIT with BRITT it is an excellent starting point. This is a full body workout guide that focuses on toning. There are 25 workouts included and the guide can be done at home or in the gym. You will need minimal equipment, such as dumbbells, resistance bands (short & long), and ankle weights. Set some goals and go crush it!” she says on her website.

5. Consistency Is Key

Brittany.Mahomes.2Brittany Mahomes/Instagram

“Consistency is key. Don’t let anything get in your way! Don’t make excuses and don’t feel sorry for yourself! Go out and crush your goals without caring what anyone else thinks,” she says on the Brittany Lynne Fitness website.

In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Strength Training

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
