It’s winter in Australia, but activist and influencer Nur Sajat isn’t letting cold weather stop her from wearing her favorite bathing suits. The Sydney-based Malaysian model shared a picture of herself posing in front of a mirror in her home, wearing an orange bathing suit. A very down-to-earth-touch was the basket of laundry in the background (hey, talk about keeping it real). “Morning🇦🇺☕️,” she captioned the post. “Gorgeous!” commented a fan. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Sajat stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Loves to Dance

Sajat enjoys dancing, which can be a fun way to do aerobic and cardio workouts. Research shows regular dance sessions can also benefit mental health. “Dancing also has a range of mental health and wellbeing benefits. It can help you to engage with your emotions and connect with other people,” says Laura McKay, senior physiotherapist at Bupa UK. “Some research suggests that regular dancing can improve your quality of life and help you feel less stressed.”

2. Regular Facials

Sajat enjoys regular facials as part of her wellness and self-care routine. Self-care is known to have many mental health benefits, experts say. “A professional-grade facial helps maintain the skin's natural elasticity through refining the texture of the skin,” says lead aesthetician Lisa Lincoln. “Facials also contribute to cellular regeneration which helps our skin prevent premature aging.”

3. Non-Alcoholic Wine

pexels-alina-skazka-14718937Alina Skazka via Pexels

Sajat likes the occasional glass of non-alcoholic wine, which is a great way to get antioxidants without the downsides. "Some research studies suggest that red and purple grape juices may provide some of the same heart benefits of red wine,” says Mayo Clinic dietician Katherine Zeratsky, RD. “Including reducing the risk of blood clots, reducing low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, preventing damage to blood vessels in your heart and helping maintain a healthy blood pressure.”

4. Treadmill Sessions

Sajat loves using the treadmill for cardio. “There are many benefits to adding treadmill training into your exercise routine and the convenience of the machine makes it a useful tool in commercial and home gyms,” says registered physiotherapist Sam Preston. “It’s important to vary the style of your training, as there are different adaptations and responses to each stimulus you apply to the body.”

5. Inspiring Others

Sajat is proud of her journey as a businesswoman. "When I reached Australia, I felt peace," she says. "And even though I had to start from zero, I'm actually blossoming when it comes to my career as a businesswoman… It's kind of sad, but at the same time it's empowering. I want to prove to the trans community that there's hope. My achievement shows everybody, not just LGBT people, that there’s always a second chance in life."

1. Training Every Day

Bomba makes a point of getting exercise every day. “I train every day. On Tuesdays we go to the swimming pool with [daughter] Tosia, on Wednesdays we go to the dance, on Thursdays we go to the playground, etc,” she says. “I exercise every day.”

2. Working Out First Thing

Bomba likes to get her workout out of the way first thing in the morning. “Morning workouts help reduce the possibility for obstacles to present themselves,” says Jasmin Theard, ACSM HFS, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center. “There is also less opportunity to make excuses. When you get up and exercise, you establish a healthier mindset, which makes you more mindful of what you eat during the day."

3. She’s Done the Keto Diet

Bomba says following a ketogenic diet helped her lose weight. “When I said I was on a ketogenic diet, I got a [lot of] buzz,” she says. “However, it serves me well, I don't have stomach problems, I fit into such a nice dress and I feel good.”

4. Skiing Trips

Bomba loves skiing with her family. “We never went skiing as a child even though I always wanted to,” she captioned an Instagram post. “My parents just didn't like it. Most of my friends from school usually spent their holidays skiing. Today I am a mom and tears of emotion flowed down my cheek when Tosia (3 years old) put on skis for the first time and went down the slope.”

5. Moving Throughout the Day

Even when Bomba is not actively training at the gym, she makes a point to move every day. “I just try to stick to my diet and do it intensively,” she says. “I use every possible opportunity to move. I give Tosia a bicycle and then I run after her. I believe that any move is better than none. So if I get a chance to practice with Mel B in front of the TV, I do it.”

Bollywood actress Aamna Sharif is more than comfortable in front of the camera, judging by her recent social media updates. Sharif posted pictures of herself looking beautiful in a bright lime green swimsuit as she posed in the pool, much to the admiration of her fans. “It's a good kind of madness 💚,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Sharif stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Never Skips Breakfast

Sharif starts the day with “A glass of water. I follow it with a glass of vegetable juice,” she says. “Breakfast is either fruits or cornflakes or an egg-white omelet. I cannot function without a proper breakfast.” "So what are some healthy breakfast choices? Here are some easy options to fuel you for your busy day:

  • plain yogurt, fruit, and nuts
  • oatmeal, fruit, nuts
  • whole wheat or rye toast with nut butter
  • black beans and tortilla (corn or whole wheat)," says Harvard Health.

2. She Loves Yoga

Sharif genuinely enjoys working out and staying active. “I am a fitness freak and regularly practice yoga,” she says. “It gives me a peaceful feeling and it is good for the body too. I believe in eating healthy. I don't diet. I love trying new cuisines. At the same time I am a fitness freak. I have to hit the gym and do a lot of cardio.”

3. Body Oil

Sharif uses body oil to keep her skin healthy and hydrated. “During winter, our skin becomes dry and itchy due to excessive loss of moisture,” says dermatologist Dr. Nivedita Dadu. “Oils have been used since ancient times in skincare and are not just a great pick for massages but also for moisturizing, tightening the skin and reducing stretch marks.”

4. Turmeric Face Mask

Sharif swears by home made turmeric face masks for beautiful, glowing skin. “It has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant properties that show promising benefits in treating acne, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and even pigmentation when either ingested and/or applied topically,” says senior chemist Sabina Wizemann.

5. Early Dinner

Sharif prefers to have dinner well before it’s time for bed. “I try and eat as early as possible as I believe that it's important that the food gets digested well before sleeping,” she says. “The benefit of an early dinner has to do with the fact that as the day winds down, the body needs less food for energy and should be entering a fasting state,” says Rachel Swanson, MS, LDN. “Capping your intake more than two hours before bed allows for an extended overnight fasting window to take place—the essential downtime your body needs to facilitate detoxification and cellular repair.”

1. Pilates and Dance

Sutaria loves dancing or working out first thing in the morning. “I don’t go to the gym,” she says. “I dance, and, sometimes, I like to do Pilates. You really don’t need any experience or equipment to exercise with me from home and to start feeling so much better physically and mentally.”

2. Spicy Eggs For Breakfast

Sutaria enjoys egg-based dishes for breakfast. “I’m not a huge breakfast eater, I’m more of a tea person,” she says. “When I do eat breakfast it’s because I’m on set and I need energy for the whole day. It could be an omelet or a fried egg with lots of chillies on buttery cheesy toast.”

3. Meat For Lunch

Sutaria likes to mix it up when it comes to her lunches, but usually enjoys something meat-based in the middle of the day. “For lunch, every day is different,” she says. “Today I had biryani for lunch and I tried making some mutton for dinner. My last meal, I try to do that as early as possible, around 8.30pm I think.”

4. No Dieting

Sutaria bucks the Bollywood trend of dieting or restricting food groups. “I don’t really have a diet,” she says. “I think most people in our industry stick to a certain plan and only cheat on Sundays. I would love to know how these people are doing it because I don’t know how.”

5. Tea All Day

Sutaria is not a fan of protein shakes or green juices—instead, she drinks tea throughout the day for health and energy. Tea is shown to have many protective health benefits. "Tea consumption, especially green tea, may not be the magic bullet, but it can be incorporated in an overall healthy diet with whole grains, fish, fruits and vegetables, and less red and processed meat," says Qi Sun, assistant professor in the Department of Nutrition at the Harvard School of Public Health.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
